Dies ist eine Wohnung im dritten Stock (oberste Etage) mit weitem Blick auf den ganzen Strand. Wir haben drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Vollbäder, eine große Terrasse auf der Meerseite, einen Balkon neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Einlass und einen weiteren Balkon neben dem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen riesigen an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher und der Meister hat auch einen großen an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher. im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben Wifi, einen DVD-Player, DVDs, Spiele und Bücher für Sie zu genießen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer über Etagenbetten - zwei Einzelbetten oben und ein Doppelbett unten. Es hat auch ein neues ausziehbares Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Wir sind eine kleine Insel, aber es gibt viel zu tun: das NC Aquarium, das Fort Fisher Civil War Museum, unsere berühmte Promenade, zwei Anglerpfeiler, Britts Donuts (eine Institution seit 1939), Squigly's Ice Cram Shop und Freeman Park - Hier können Sie losfahren und direkt am Strand campen. Fun weekend!

Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay at Mimi's Place

Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

Phenomenal place & views

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Views

Beautiful property - the beach is right at your back door! We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was also our daughter’s 21st birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two big meals for the holiday/birthday celebration. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were updated, clean, and spacious. Definitely would stay again!

relaxing week

had a wonderful week here. beautiful views, beach etc. house was nicely decorated, however it needs a few repairs in the bathrooms and the kitchen could be stocked better with cooking items. parking could be challenging, but was fine during our stay. the 3 flights of stairs provided some exercise- but the house and views made up for it. overall, it was a nice place.

Amazing view and very clean!

The property had reviews about updates needed and they have all been done and some others. The balcony view at sunrise is stunning. Plenty of room for our family and grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Cooked meals there and enjoyed the beach with a short walk down the property newly rebuilt deck. The rooms were well sound proofed as we had small kids and some early to bed. Parking is challenging so don’t take a large vehicle. There are about 8 units with an interior staircase that is a hike to the 3rd floor. Overall, we loved our stay, determined we need to exercise more and loved being oceanfront.

The only problem was the shower in the smaller bathroom, it was to hot. The parking was a big issue for our truck and all the stairs were too much for older people. I would recommend this place but not to older people and not if you drive a truck. We didn't get out to explore because of the parking issue.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were unaware that during high tide there was a terrible amount of flooding where we couldn’t leave the inlet. I know the property managers don’t have control over the tides I just wish we would have been made aware in advance. It was a beautiful rental! Loved how close it was to everything. We just sadly had to leave a day early because they were calling for a storm surge and we were nervous not being able to leave in the morning.

Excellent Condo: Clean and Completely Renovated

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience was renting this condo. My family was in town for a wedding and we needed a place to set up camp. Not only was White Caps E completely renovated, but the price was competitive with other condos (even though it has an oceanfront view)! They accommodated us when we needed to check-in a few hours earlier than the standard and made sure that everything was up to par (my mother is a clean freak). The condo was pristine and very clean; the bathrooms were very very nice. The only thing to note is that this condo is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator to get there. The stairwell is interior to the building so there isn't any air-conditioning. Just an FYI! I would recommend this property to anyone who is seeking a relaxing time on the beach, or for someone who wants walking access to local bars and restaurants. The best of the best!!

Awesome Unit with 2 setbacks

White Caps unit E was absolutely beautiful. The upgrades and amenities were perfect. However, the four flights of stairs was definitely a set back for any person of age or a family with young children. The only other issue with the unit was the parking situation. If the adjacent unit's tenants came back while you were out, there was an issue with the cars lining up as follows: their car, your car, their car, your car. In a single file line, the middle cars were stuck unless you could reach the other party and ask them to move their car. Once inside the unit, it was stunning. The owners most definitely put thought into this rental. The unit deserves five stars, but the stairs and parking deserve two.
