Everything was great! The townhouse was well appointed with essentials to start, soap and seasonings and toilet paper and such. Towels, linens, all very good. The scenery heading in is incredible. My mapping system brought me in through some rough gravel roads, which I rather enjoyed, but if you don't like that, the route between the nearest town and the townhouse is paved all the way. I just came in the back way.I stayed during the summer/fall, but the location is VERY near the ski facilities. I just didn't check them out. There's also an ice rink over there, which is pretty cool. Next time I stay, maybe I'll try that. The area is amazing for hiking.Cows wander very near the townhouse, which is a lot of fun. The area doesn't smell like cow, they just graze through every other day or so. I saw several calves up close. I doubt they're out there during the skiiing months. There's a laundromat directly on the route going into Penticton, by the way, if one needs one.
