About rules well indicated on the booklets and sent after booking: Respect the place, take it clean and put bins outside. I suppose you do same at home. NOT ?? Dear Karen, I have no doubt that the appreciation you took the time to post reflects your feelings. As you say so well, « it depends on what matters to you as an individual. » The villa is called Villa Leelawadee from the name of the beautiful tree planted next to the swimming pool. It slightly protects the pool from full very hot sun and keeps it at a very pleasant temperature. Jumping into the pool, doing a few strokes and directing the few leaves and flowers into the overflow channel only takes us 2 to 3 minutes by day. From there to talk about full-time occupation… Knowing that a professionals team perfectly clean the pool twice a week too. Regarding the non-connection between the living room and the bedrooms, this is the very principle of a typical Balinese style villa !! Clearly visible in all the photos published on the booking sites and well explained in the informations booklets sent since you book. (cancelation free at this time). Now have a shelter built between the two parts separated by about 6 meters in case it rains... we really hadn't thought of that! About your jaccuzy comments : Indeed, a jacuzzy takes much longer time to fill than a simple bathtub. Anyone who owns one knows that. Your opinion concerning the adaptability of the villa to receive children is very surprising... knowing that you were 3 mature adults without children. You should know that a third of our booking are made by families with children, some of whom return several times. We are going to welcome this first September a family with a three-month-old baby and a two-year-old child. We provide two babycots, a high chair, a baby bath, games, buoys, dishes for children, all free of charge... which is also a plus. We don't know of any other owners on Phuket who offer this kind of service. In addition, the few stairs that quietly go onto a submerged bench allow the youngest to swim in complete safety. Regarding the air conditioning problem in one of the bedrooms, we were only informed of the malfunction the day after your arrival. As soon as you informed us, we reacted extremely quickly and the necessary was done during the day. You also sent us a message to thank us and said you were impressed by the speed of intervention and the professionalism of the electricians. As we told you, any electrical device can break down. The key is to react as quickly as possible to solve the problem, which we have done to your great satisfaction. Best wishes!
