Wir waren fĂŒr 2 Wochen in der Villa Leelawadee und es war Traumhaft. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe fĂŒrs Detail eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars sowie der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefĂŒhlt und es war rundum ALLES perfekt fĂŒr unsere Ankunft vorbereitet inklusive vieler sehr hilfreicher Informationen zu SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Restaurants, AusflĂŒgen und vielem mehr... Auch ein grosses Lob an das gesamte Team, egal ob die Vermieterin selbst, Security oder die Managerin vor Ort,alle sind sehr zugewandt,freundlich und haben beim kleinsten Anliegen nahezu sofort geholfen. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen!

Hervorragende Villa mit viel Platz

Die Villa ist mit einem riesen Wohnzimmer und zwei sehr gerĂ€umigen Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer hat sogar ein whirlpool. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden was man nur braucht (Teller, tassen, SchĂŒsseln, Besteck usw ist alles vorhanden) . Als willkommensgeschenk haben wir auch eine obstplatte geschenkt bekommen die wundervoll geschmeckt hat! Wenn es Probleme oder Fragen gibt steht sehr hilfsbereit die kwae (Managerin) zur Seite und kĂŒmmert sich um alles sehr schnell. Auch chantal ist als Vermieterin stehts fĂŒr Fragen erreichbar und hat bei uns auch den Transfer vom Flughafen zur Villa gemanagt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der grĂŒne Garten der Villa sowie der Pool . Es gibt immer einen schattenplatz und man fĂŒhlt sich im Innen Bereich sehr wohl. Bei uns wuchsen sogar mehrere babybananen im Garten! Der Pool war ausserdem immer auf angenehmer Temperatur (nicht zu warm) da hier zum einen die BĂ€ume ĂŒber dem Pool hĂ€ngen, als auch jeden Tag ĂŒber die Pumpe Frischwasser einfliest. Die Sauberkeit der Villa ist ebenfalls hervorragend Die Villa ist fĂŒr mehrere Personen nur zu empfehlen

Perfekte Villa fĂŒr familien

Wir haben 10 Tage als Familie mit Kindern in der Villa verbracht, haben die Location perfekt sauber vorgefunden. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht um innen Zeit zu verbringen. Eine große schöne Essecke fĂŒr 6 Personen und eine voll funktionsfĂ€hige KĂŒchenzeile sind auch Teil des großen Raumes. In den Schubladen und SchrĂ€nken findet man alles was man zum tĂ€glichen Leben braucht. Aus dem Wohnzimmer gelangt man in den Außenbereich mit einem großen Pool, viel Platz zum Sonnen aber auch einer Sitzecke im Schatten. Eine Außendusche und Tualette

A private paradise for our honeymoon

My husband and I spent 2 incredible weeks in Chiang Mai prior to traveling to Phuket for our final week. We thought we were impressed with the first two weeks, until we (4 adults, no children) arrived at the villa. WOW! We were completely blown away! The property is in a prime location, yet manages to boast both privacy and a local feel. Everything was cleanly, staged beautifully, and provided a welcoming touch that you wouldn’t find at a resort. You can tell the property is lovingly maintained, from the landscaping to the art chosen to display. The host is lovely and communicative, though we interacted most with Kaew, the property manager. Not enough good things could be said to accurately represent her! She went above and beyond for us making sure we had everything we needed, including finding us a comfortable ride to our wedding ceremony. She had great suggestions during our stay, and we looked forward to seeing her sweet dogs loving life whenever we would leave from or return to the villa complex. They were our favorite hellos of the trip! It’s not often you find a vacation rental where it is obvious the staff takes such pride in their work, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. The local business owners are lovely as well, and our group found ourselves making friends with a few. Phuket has always been special to us, and having found our new “home base” for our time there feels great! Highly recommend.

Locaction fantastic

Upon arriving our first impression was this is fantastic, however we changed our mind once we realised that keeping the pool clean was a full time job. There is a frangapani tree over the pool so you are contstanly scooping flowers and leaves out of the pool and gutters. To get from the main living area to the bedrooms is difficult if it is raining as there is no shelter to keep you dry. The spa takes over one hour to fill and it is not worth the effort as the jets dont do much. Also i dont think the property is suitable for small children. In saying all of that Kaew and Chantal went above and beyond to fix the air conditioner in the main bedroom. We couldnt use our room the first night as it was like an oven. Kaew made sure we had a new one put in before sleeping on the second night. Chantal was kind enough to let us stay in the villa after checkout at no additional cost, which we really appreciated this. Kaew was only to eager to help when ever she could. I hope this honest review helps you make an informed decision on booking this villa. The location is fantastic and if you dont mind the things I have mentioned I am sure you will love this villa. Like anything it depends on what matters to you as an individual.

Beautiful Villa

I have recently stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was just like home. It has everything you need, just like home. The Villa is beautiful! The pool and outdoor area is amazing and lovely and private .. its like your own little tropical oasis. The villa is large and very well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and beautifully decorated. The beds are on the firm side (which i like) but extremely comfortable and I always had a great nights sleep. it is in a very quiet location but only a very short stroll to restaurants and beautiful Karon Beach. I have rebooked the villa for my next trip. Kaew was my host at the property and she is just wonderful and will help you with everything you might need. There is motorbike hire, laundry, restaurants, convenience stores and Chemists all within a 1 minute walk from the villa. this really is an amazing villa for an extended stay ... Its so good I have already booked my next scuba diving holiday and have rebooked the villa. Thank you Chantal and Kaew for an amazing holiday experience and beautiful Villa. Absolutely stunning

The villa was everything we had expected. The pool was the most amazing feature of the property as we used it everyday day several times a day. A relax after a very hot day of sight seeing. Please note - when seeking directions to the villa ensure the directions are correct and in Thai language. As we had difficulties finding it the Pugh the stayz website. Other then that small error we had an absolute amazing time ever. Thank you Chantal. Your villa is gorgeous.

Christmas stay

Lovely property, all amenities, ideal location , excellent helpful and friendly Manager Kaew , only downside ( if you could call it that) was the book of rules/chores , we found overwhelming, also only two sun loungers, it would be great to have enough for the amount of people staying., Chantal was very responsive to our needs and instructed additional pool cleaning when a local bonfire filled the deck & pool with ash , also within 24hrs of reporting a problem with Mosqitos she hired a company to treat the villa area..Finally on our day of leaving she kindly extended our check time to later in the day without charge.. thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful Villa, Amazing Host, Fantastic Location

So lucky to have found this villa on this website. The Villa is perfect for our family holiday in Phuket. Location is close to everything, shops, beach, food stalls. Villa is complete and beautifully decorated with security 24 hours and space to park a car if needed. The host, Chantal is amazing and helpful. Details provided before the trip and very accommodating with our request. Sadly we couldn't stay the whole visit due to Government lockdown in the UK but we very much love to come back and stay at this villa again soon!

This is one of the best properties we have rented. The design of the house with the pool in the middle is wonderful. You think you are off in the jungle with all the plants but in reality just a block from the main street. Perfect location. Great home.

Great little villa with all the comforts of home.

Excellent location only minutes from shopping strip & restaurants yet remarkably quiet. 5 min walk to the beach. A real home away from home with everything you need. Chantal the owner is quick to reply to any queries and full of useful information to ensure your trip is enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Nous avons louĂ© cette villa pour 1 semaine, la villa est magnifique mieux que sur les photos :). Ayant l’habitude de louer ce type de logement, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis avec beaucoup d’Attention, les propriĂ©taires sont soigneux et trĂšs soucieux de notre sĂ©jour, si vous ne connaissez pas le pays, laissez vous simplement guider par les propriĂ©taires encore merci et nous n’hesiterons vraiment pas a revenir... Emplacement top vraiment rien a redire !

Magnifique villa

Avons eu la chance de sĂ©journer 3 semaines dans cette superbe villa entourĂ©e du vĂ©gĂ©tation luxuriante avec un beau frangipanier dans lequel sont accrochĂ©es des orchidĂ©es que nous avons eu la chance de voir fleuries. Les photos correspondent totalement Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, les Literies sont d'une trĂšs haute qualitĂ© ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir durant tout notre sĂ©jour. Au dĂ©part de la villa une superbe randonnĂ©e pĂ©destre vers la plus haute statue de bouddha Ă  faire impĂ©rativement. Merci Ă  Chantal et Catherine pour leurs conseils avant et durant notre sĂ©jour ainsi qu'Ă  Kaew et toute l'Ă©quipe qui entretien parfaitement cette jolie propriĂ©tĂ©. Je connais trĂšs bien la ThaĂŻlande depuis 2005 et ma recherche principale sur l’endroit de mes vacances c’était le calme.Cette villa,spacieuse,idetinquie aux photos et surtout bien placĂ©e par rapport Ă  la plage et d’autres petits commerces,rĂ©pond totalement Ă  mes attentes😍.Kawee est trĂšs aceuillante et Ă  l’écoute pour le bon dĂ©roulement de sĂ©jour.Je tiens Ă  remercier les propriĂ©taires Catherine et Chantal qui sont trĂšs responsables et rĂ©actives.Une trĂšs belle expĂ©rience Ă  partager en famille,en couple ou entre amis.J’ai apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© des petits commerces,des bons restos thaĂŻ et le petit salon de massage U2 qui est juste Ă  quelques pas de la villa.Comme on dit vivement les prochaines vacances🙏

mon séjour c'est passé magnifiquement bien

notre premier voyage en Asie c'est fait de maniĂšre ultra accompagnĂ©e par la propriĂ©taire qui nous a rassurĂ©e et accompagnĂ©e tout au long de la planification de celui-ci. Chantal nous a apportĂ©e toute son expĂ©riences et ses bon et prĂ©cieux conseils qui Ă©taient tout Ă  fait vrai une fois sur place. elle nous Ă©galement aider pour certaine demande comme la location d'une voiture ou autre elle nous a mĂȘme organisĂ©e notre transfert de et vers l’aĂ©roport sans aucun encombre. Sur place, il y a une personne qui s'occupe du check in et check out qui est trĂšs disponible et quand on un soucis, elle fais tous pour le rĂ©soudre. il suffit de lui tĂ©lĂ©phoner et elle rĂ©git tout de suite. La maison est trĂšs belle et super bien entretenue.vraiment je recommande celle-ci les yeux fermĂ©. De plus sa situation et vraiment centrale et nous sommes a proximitĂ© de tous ce que nous pouvons avoir besoin. si je peux dĂ©finir le service en 3 mots : - disponibilitĂ© - propretĂ© - attention portĂ© au service

Beautiful house with all the comforts you need

The house as beautiful and clean. Very big rooms and gorgeous overall. We had a week stay with a 3 year old so it was good to have room, a pool and a good kitchen to make meals. On arrival we had some things left for us to make breakfast and the kitchen had everything you need to make meals, have a coffee and feel right at home. There was games in the lounge room and pool toys which made the stay more fun for our small boy. The shops were a small walk away and the beach was 5 minutes walk so close enough to the beach. Instructions were left were very informative and we had no trouble getting around. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful villa, perfect location

Spent 10 nights in this beautiful villa. Every aspect of our time here was perfect. Kaew was friendly and always helpful. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Location couldn’t be better, walking distance to everything in the area. Sad to leave but we will be back.

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé des moments inoubliables à Karon dans la villa Leelawadee. Le logement est d'un grand confort et tout est conforme à la description présente sur le site. Phuket ne manque pas de sites à visiter et la villa est parfaitement située pour rayonner dans l'ßle ou se prélasser sur la plage paradisiaque toute proche. Le ménage et l'entretien de la piscine et du jardin sont assurés trÚs réguliÚrement. Keaw, notre contact sur place est toujours disponible et d'un grand secours en cas de nécessité. Chantal et Catherine, les propriétaires, sont trÚs sympathiques et attentives. Elles vous fournissent toutes les informations utiles avant votre départ, notamment via les fardes de documentations trÚs complÚtes adressées à chaque locataire. Nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner dans cette charmante location dÚs que possible!
