DELUXE 3 BR + LOFT, 3 BA WOHNUNG - DOWNTOWN BRECK - Geräumig

Atrium 304 ist eine geräumige (1562 Quadratfuß) Penthouse-Wohnung, die perfekt für Gruppen von bis zu zehn Personen ist. Mit zwei Master-Suiten und viele Schlafgelegenheiten, es ist eine gute Wahl für zwei Familien zu teilen. Sie werden auch die Lage lieben: der Ski Shuttle hält direkt vor der Anlage, und es ist nur zwei Blocks zu allen Restaurants, Geschäften und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten der historischen Main Street Breckenridge!

Gewölbten Decken und viel Licht geben diesem Gerät eine offene, großzügiges Raumgefühl. Auf der obersten Ebene, der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine vom Boden bis zur Decke mit Kopfsteinpflaster Gas-Kamin und großen LCD-TV - es ist nur der Ort, um nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste für Getränke, Gespräch und einem Lieblingsfilm zu entspannen. Es gibt sogar einen Balkon und Gas-Grill direkt vor der Terrassentür. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist bereit für schüren Abendessen und Snacks, mit Platz für sechs am Tisch und 4 weitere an der Theke. Die Königin Master-Suite ist auch auf dieser Ebene, sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.

Nur die Wendeltreppe hinauf ist das Loft und große Königin Master Suite mit einem vollen privaten Bad. Der Dachboden hat zwei Einzelbetten als zusätzliche Schlaf Flexibilität. Es gibt kostenlose Wi-Fi im gesamten Komplex, sowie eine unterirdische beheizte Garage, kostenlose Wi-Fi, Skiraum und Wäscherei. Simple and close to downtown

The condo was clean, and spacious! Close to walk to everything. The only issue is parking if you have multiple guests with cars. We made it work but a bit of trek to walk to get the cars.

Great location and space

The property was in a great location and was in walking distance to Main Street. Clean and easy check in and check out. Bus stop in front of the property for bus access to the gondola. Would recommend!

Nice place, could use some updates

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Master mattress and plumbing fixtures could use some updates. We got the fireplace to work after some effort but couldn't get the cover on, could be easier to use.

Hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses on some of the beds were not very good and most of the dressers were broken so when you pulled the drawer out they fell out. The comforters were old and shabby looking. We did not know there was no elevator and that we would be staying on the third floor. This was a bit of a hassle when loading ski’s, groceries, etc.

Great Location

This property served as an excellent home base for our party of nine. Breckenridge shuttle stops in front of the Condo and drops you off at the Gondola in 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick vacation

Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable living room. Beds were not the greatest, but not terrible. Slept fine being tired from skiing. Underground parking was convenient, but often full. Would stay here again.

Great location in Breckenridge

We loved this location in Breckenridge. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo to take you to ski hill. And you can walk to town. The condo however needs a bit of maintenance. The fireplace did not work and they could not get someone there to fix it. Also one of the showers was non-functioning and our fridge kept popping open and getting water on the floor. Hopefully they can remedy these things!

Quick Trip in Breck

Overall, property ended up working out perfectly. Condo is very large and having 3 full bathrooms was key. Property is dated but we were there for the outdoors not the indoors. Only having one parking spot made it a little tricky as the only overnight parking in Breck is down at the Airport lot - and if you forget to renew, the fine is $75.00. For the price point, I would recommend if you want a relatively affordable place to stay.

The inside of the building was a little unexpected being in closed but I guess that's why it's called atrium. Lots of construction going on to so pretty dusty inside. We stayed on the third floor, no elevator so if you're not use to the altitude take it slow. The condo its self was clean and comfortable for 7 of us. Location was great. The hot tub was right under our windows and we had three nights that there were people having hot tub parties until 3a.m. Being that we stayed during summer and it was around 75 degrees we needed to sleep with the windows open and with the parties going on until late it kept us up.

This spacious 3 bedroom with a loft is amazing from a space for the price perspective. Comfortable living area and very functional kitchen with all of the tools to whip up a meal if you wanted to. No need to cook though since it's a short stroll (600 yards) down the stairs to town that's loaded with tons of great dining options. free bus picks you up every 20 minutes right accross the street and takes you to Peak 9 in about 10 minutes. Same bus takes you back at the end of the day and drops you off right in front. Parking is ample and even underground garage parking if you lucky enough to get one of those spots. I will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Breck
