Unser Berghaus befindet sich in der Regel durch Freunde und Familie eingesetzt. Es wurde vor kurzem mit allen neuen Geräten und Fußböden, schöne Ledermöbeln und eigene Küche in modernem Dekor renoviert. Sauber und ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien zu entkommen und zu entspannen.

Das Haus ist 1 Meile von der Innenstadt in Big Bear Lake und 2. 5 Meilen Snow Summit befindet.

Dies ist ein Haus weg vom Haus. Es ist vollständig. Alles was Sie brauchen ist Ihr Essen!

Es verfügt über eine neue Küche mit Travertin-Marmor Zähler, Badezimmer mit benutzerdefinierten Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Neue Umluftheizung, die das Haus wärmt und warm hält, Ledersofas, alle Geräte sind neuer und ein wunderbares Deck von der Rückseite, um in einer kalten Nacht mit einer Tasse heißer Schokolade herumzusitzen und die Sterne zu betrachten. Aus der Veranda gibt es eine unglaubliche Rodelhang, der ideal für Kinder ist.

Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das andere Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppel / Doppel-Kombination.

Cozy Cabin

Ray was a very attentive host. He made it super easy to check in and made himself available for questions throughout our stay. The place was perfect for my family as it was my 6 year olds first snowy experience. Yard has a play area with play structure and a snowy hill perfect for novice sledding. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We got tons of snow so the backdrop was magical. Ray also went above and beyond by providing recommendations to local restaurants and businesses. It was a wonderful experience!

Great Vacation

We booked for 2 nights and 3 days and it was perfect. You're a little bit of a drive from the main downtown area of Big Bear, but it was nice not being in the middle of the action. There was a storm a few days before we arrived so there was fresh snow for sledding and playing in. The property around the home is perfect for sledding and playing in the snow without being far from the house at all.Ray reached out before our trip, which was great for answering our questions and making sure we were set with everything. Had a great weekend away and my son wants to go back every year now!

Perfect as always

Great for kids with family friendly movies and boardgames provided. The bunk beds and toddler sized table are fun. Watch out for splinters on the fun outdoor swingset.

The property manager had excellent communication and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with family. The location was great and close to the Village and snow tubing.

Perfect Quiet getaway

As has been the case every time we've stayed here, the cabin is great and the host's communication is amazing. We enjoy the quiet area away from the main town and even when there wasn't much snow elsewhere there was enough for our kids to play in and enjoy.

Great Winter Getaway

Our second time staying at this cute cabin and super enjoyable again! We love the quiet and private area the cabin is tucked in. Very clean and perfect for a small family. We ate all our meals at the cabin in the nice kitchen that had everything we needed. My daughter loves the swingset and if you are lucky enough to get snow there is a great sledding hill!

Nice and comfy

It was winter storm when we stayed at ray’s wonderful home. Inside house was clean. Pans and utensils are nice. The owner was very easy to talk to. We did not get a chance to use most of the amenities outside as the snow accumulated to 5ft. It was wild. Board games kept us busy. Overall stay was good. Will come back again for sure.

Fun Winter Family Getaway

This cabin was exactly what my small family needed for a weekend of winter fun! Tucked away in a super quiet neighborhood we felt like we had the area all to ourselves. My daughter loved the swingset and the sledding hill. We cooked all our meals in the cabin which saved a bunch of money. It's just a short drive to downtown and the lake. Ray was very helpful with information prior to our arrival. Make sure you bring chains if it has snowed recently as the cabin is up a little hill that may be icy!

Perfect all around. A home away from home.

To start the owner Ray was very good with communicating we us about all the ins and outs of everything. He was very nice and super helpful. The house was just perfect for our family. Very clean. And very comfortable. The location was also perfect. The house is right in the middle of everything around. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. My kids loved playing in the yard and the sledding hill behind the house was so cool. We will definitely be returning. I would recommend this house to anyone! Thanks ray!

Stay over new years

The property owner was very nice, informative, and helpful during our stay. The house was cozy and the central air kept us very warm. We had a toddler with us and needed to get baby gate because there are a small set of stairs to get to the bed rooms. The property had a sledding hill out back which was great. However, if there is a heavy snow be sure and have chains for your car, otherwise you will need to shovel a 400 foot (or so) long driveway to get to the parking in front of the house. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great Cabin & host

Every visit is different and great! We've stayed at Ray's cabin in summer, late winter and now around the holidays. Every time the cabin has been great and Ray is always extremely welcoming and helpful. Ours kids are excited to go and run down to the bunk beds as soon as we arrive. The cabin has had snow even when the surrounding areas are bare and the sledding hill is great for young kids. We are looking forward to another trip again soon. Maybe we'll try spring next time.

Perfect Stay, perfect location

Ray is an amazing host. He called the day before to make sure that we had the lay of the land along with food and recreation recommendations. The cabin itself was warm and comfortable and had all of the amenities that one would need. The patio and gazebo were perfect for the stars and night and coffee with a view in the morning. The location was absolutely perfect. It was far enough outside of town to be totally secluded yet close enough to get to anything within minutes. We plan on staying again!

Ray was an amazing host!

This house is a bilevel, so there were very few stairs to navigate. The main floor was spacious. Plenty of room for 4 people and daytime guests. Leather couch loveseat and recliner. Beautiful tv. Every board game you can remember from your childhood. The kitchen was roomy. Amenities included central heat, central air, dishwasher, clothes washer / dryer. The bedrooms were small, but I liked that too. Just enough room for what I needed. Ray went out of his way to make sure I arrived safe and sound. He offered his services as a guide and told me where I could find what I might need. (grocery store / bike rental / trails / boating/ etc.)

We live in Las Vegas, NV and frequently visit our home in the Big Bear area. We lived full time in Big Bear Lake from 2009 - 2014.

This house was originally built sometime prior to 1876, most likely a hunting cabin. In the 1930s, it was a motor-coach stop for visitors coming up the old road (Mill Creek) to Big Bear Lake. The house has been added onto several times and renovated. We bought the house in 2002 and in 2007 we renovated the entire house. Please enjoy our modern home which has a lot of history.
