Mit Shagbark Nr. 12 finden Sie in diesem komfortablen, zweistöckigen Haus den Komfort eines Zuhauses. Der große Wohnbereich verfügt über einen einladenden Kamin. Der Wohnbereich grenzt an den Küchen- und Essbereich mit Zugang zu mehreren Decks und einem Grill. Es gibt draußen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses zu leben.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this house and have already booked it again for next summer. We love the quiet area where the house is located. Easy walk to the North store. Lots of room. The only real issue we saw during our trip and has been mentioned in a previous review is that work needs to be done on the deck. Some boards are starting to rot and some of the handrails/supports are not real solid any longer. Having the A/C, Sharc passes and a private hot tub are big plusses.

Overall the stay was fine! Communication was good! The house was fully equipped with everything needed except master did not have bath towels but found some downstairs. The house is in great location and the shower heads in both bathrooms were awesome. My negative feedback is it needs a lot of updates including the deck rails which were not all connected in a few spots. Big safety concern. I have stayed in many VRBO and Arbnb and this one was disappointing. I would not recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as advertised - more light filled than many of the Sunriver homes of this vintage. It's about a 3 mile walk or bike ride to the village. It was clean and well supplied but hasn't had much updating or TLC. We found a protruding nail or staple sticking up from the floor near the kitchen (potentially dangerous). Fortunately we found it before someone stepped on it. We left a note for the cleaning crew. In addition, many of the deck railings are loose and should be secured. The hot tub was set at 109 degrees so we had to cool it down before we used it. We did enjoy the AC during the heat of the day.

Communication was great, and overall we really enjoyed the home. The property itself is beautiful, and the amenities were a big plus. The hot tub was very clean, and the SHARC passes, ping pong table, bikes, and outdoor setting added a lot to the stay.That said, there were a few issues that kept it from being a 5-star experience. Some of the blankets and bedding appeared dirty when we arrived, the outside furniture was covered in pollen, the downstairs area was noticeably colder than the upstairs, and there were no trash bags provided, which was surprising given how well-stocked the rest of the house was. We also noticed quite a few small spiders inside, though that is somewhat understandable given the forested setting.Overall, this is a great home in a gorgeous location with good amenities. It just felt like the cleaning and upkeep could use a little more attention beyond the surface level. With a more thorough cleaning between guests, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Pollen has been a challenge this year. Staff does clean it off prior to arrival, but given the amount of it, sometimes it appears it hasn't been touched. Great Sunriver stay

This is a great rental for the family. The floor plan, multiple decks and hot tub really give everyone a lot of space. Well equipped kitchen and great location at end of street. Would choose 12 Shagbark again for sure!

Immaculate house in an ideal location.

The house was perfectly appointed and clean and the location was ideal for both local and non-local travel. The house felt very private and is centered at the end of a cul-de-sac. Truly feels like the best of Sunriver.

Property was very clean & well stocked. The area was super quiet. The well kept green grass lawn was nice. SHARC passes & AC were super in the beautiful summer heat.

Perfect house

Everything about this house was exactly as stated. Location was at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Great grassy yard. Perfect for our family!

Family Friendly Getaway

This home VERY comfortably fit our family while in town for a tournament. We wished we had more time to ride bikes and swim! The home with packed with things to use and do. We loved the wrap around deck and back field area. Loved this home so much we are saving the listing and plan to come back and stay a week!

The rental worked well for us. Some of the blinds and sliders did not work. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and sharp knives. I’d give this house an 8 mainly because of wear and tear and look of deck and stairs front and back.
