Wir waren zufrieden

Für den Preis war es absolut okay. Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt und der Pool absolut phantastisch. Perfekte Temperatur und meist für uns allein. Die Wohnung verdient nur 2 Sterne. Alles da was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Matratzen waren jdurchgelegen und sind erneuerungsbedüftig. Tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Einmal täglich jemand vor Ort der Ausflugstipps gibt und sich um offene Themen kümmert.

Erholung perfekt

Wir wohnten im oberen Geschoss. Leider kein Grill, wie angepriesen. Nette Aufnahme durch Vermittlerin und Hilfe bei der Freizeitgestaltung. Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich funktionierte gut. Ansprechendes Aussengelände. Bis zum Bäcker ca. 500 m, auf angeschriebene Öffnungszeiten sollte man nicht vertrauen. Ca. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit bis zum Parkplatz der Seilbahn Ätna.

"Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit...

"Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Kochgelegenheit. Wir hatten leider keinen Balkon, aber da wir die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren, war das nicht so wichtig... Für Kurzaufenthalt (Catania, Etna) gut geeignet. Sehr nette Vermieter... "

Lovely apartment and a really relaxing location

The apartment was exactly as described and photographed here on the website. It was just the right size for the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, aged 6 and 8, who could share the second bedroom. The aircon in the bedrooms was very useful to help everyone settle down at night after the heat of the day. Our apartment had 2 little balconies, one that overlooked Etna and the other out to sea, which allowed for a lovely breeze through the apartment. The pool in the garden was a good size and made for some relaxing days when we just wanted to spend the morning, or afternoon after exploring somewhere, and wanted to come back and cool off. With the garden being gated to the road we never had any concerns about the children wandering out near the road. The location of the apartment near to Santa Tecla and Acireale just don the road meant it was easy to explore up and down the East Coast. Giardini Naxos was only about 40 mins away and we made it to Noto in about an hour or so. Access up Etna was also easy from there to check out the vineyards (we went to Cantine Nicosia which did a nice tour and tasting), or up to the base station of the cable car further up Etna to see the dormant craters. During our stay Elvira and Carla looked after us really well and Carla was kind enough to research some vineyards for us and was always offering nice recommendations. We would highly recommend coming here, and would love to go back on another holiday. We are missing the blue sky and the views of the sea....

Wonderful views, great pool

My family of 5 (three kids aged 1 to 5) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the residence; and we would return with no hesitation. What we liked: 1. THE APARTMENT - only the two bedrooms had air conditioning, but with the doors open, the living area remained suitably cool. We enjoyed Etna views in the morning from the front side; and sea views in the afternoon from the back side. The kitchen is well appointed, the wi-fi works very well, and the beds are comfortable. The shower is EXTREMELY small which made it difficult to bathe the kids ... and I imagine would be problematic for “larger” adults. 2. THE PROPERTY - The residence is fantastically located with beautiful views front and back. It is located opposite a charming outdoor church (no roof or walls), and there is a secret path from the back of the residence directly to the sea. We are 1km from the centre of Santa Tecla (best local restaurants) and 1.5km from Stazzo (a charming fishing village). The garden is well landscaped and the pool is always clean and inviting. 3. THE HOSTS - Carla and Elvira are very responsive, help as much as they can, and are friendly ... a pleasure to deal with. They can do laundry for €5 a load (first load free or first two loads free if you stay a long time). It’s worth noting the local beaches are not ideal for small children. They are very rocky and rugged and the sea can sometimes be a bit rough. It’s OK for adults, but with noting for families. There are local lidos with ladders/platforms to access the sea. For any runners, the area is wonderful. I ran to: 1. Il Duomo at Acireale - 10km return with a bit of traffic. 2. Praiola beach via Stazzo and Pozzillo - 15km return with little traffic. 3. Santa Maria la Scala - 9km return with little traffic. 4. Pozzillo - 8km return with very little traffic.

Une pause dans le temps

Avec un accueil pro et sympathique par Carla et Elvira, en très bon français, nous sommes subjugués par la vue, d un côté l etna, de l autre la mer...magnifique ! L endroit est calme, le temps s est arrêté, on profite du moment. La piscine est fort agréable et les quelques vacanciers respectent la tranquillité. Un prix correct pour le séjour. Elvira et Carla sont de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. Coup de cœur pour l Alcantara (prendre les escaliers municipaux !). Famille de 2 adultes et 2 filles de 12 ans.

Highly reconmended

Beautiful large garden with view at Etna and the sea. Appartment livingroom and kitchen were basic but very clean. 2 bedrooms were perfect. Host Elvira was just perfect, friendly and helpful. She reacts immediately at questions.

Très bien

Lovely location

A quiet residence on the edge of Santa Tecla, a peaceful small town, it's just a short 10 minute walk into the town. The accommodation was well furnished and comfortable; the kitchen had everything necessary for self-catering. Some more electrical sockets, especially in the bedrooms would have been useful. The apartment was clean and tidy. The swimming pool was lovely, although some of the umbrellas were a little worn. Views of Etna from the apartment were great, especially at night when it was active ! The location makes it an ideal place to explore the surrounding area. Mount Etna is an easy drive, Syracuse a little further but easily done as a day trip. Catania was also worth a visit and far more interesting and pleasant than I was expecting. There are plenty of excellent places to eat with pizza or fish and seafood, all within easy reach of the apartment, either walking or by car. Elvira, the owner's daughter, was very helpful and friendly.

Een fijn appartement, prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek steden oostkust van Sicilië

Een net, ruim appartement, met uitzicht op zee en uitzicht op de Etna. Netjes en schoon, goede bedden, wifi. Keuken voldoende uitgerust om zelf te koken Fijn dat er een zwembad met ligstoelen is. Supermarkt op korte afstand. Heel aardige, flexibele en behulpzame verhuurders, reageren heel snel via sms of whatsapp.

Preciosa finca y maravillosas vistas

La finca es muy bonita, tanto la parte exterior de jardín y piscina, como la parte interior de los apartamentos, que son muy funcionales. Al principio cuesta encontrarla un poco, pero al segundo día ya está claro el camino. La ubicación está muy bien también, para moverse a otras ciudades de la parte este de la isla. Las vistas al Etna son espectaculares, en días claros se ven las "fumarolas" salir del cráter. Alucinante!. Los dueños son muy amables y muy majos. Lo único que nos ha sorprendido es el horario de cierre de la piscina al mediodía. En España no se suele hacer y yo preferiría que no se hiciera. Pero tampoco supone ningún problema. La verdad es que hemos estado de fábula y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo!!! Felicidades y gracias!!

ALLOGGIO OTTIMO ANCHE PER QUATTRO PERSONE.

L'appartamento è davvero gradevole. la mansarda molto comoda e pulita. dotata anche di condizionatore d'aria che nella stagione estiva è davvero utile anche se l'immobile era ben coibentato. La struttura intera è davvero stupenda; la piscina, il prato e il contesto sono molto validi. Ottima l'accoglienza della sig.ra Elvira che è stata con noi molto gentile. Alla nostra richiesta di cambio materasso la sig,ra , nell'arco di 24 ore, aveva già provveduto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Résidence très agréable

Très belle résidence de charme, belle bâtisse avec une jolie piscine et un agréable jardin. Appartement très propre correspondant à la description, avec le plaisir d'avoir les lits faits à notre arrivée. Vue mer et Etna de l'autre côté, climatisation bienvenue dans les chambres. Possibile de se rendre en bord de mer à pied en 7 minutes avec des enfants. (baignade depuis une plate-forme). Quelques commerces dans le village. Anthony était là pour répondre à nos questions. Bon emplacement pour visiter Taormina, Syracuse, l'Etna...

Un séjour très agréable

nous avons séjourné au 1er étage de cette belle villa située dans un quartier résidenciel proche de la plage la villa correspond exactement aux photos envoyé par Andrea nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivee par Andrea , qui a pris le temps de faire avec nous le tours du quartier la maison est vraiment très bien équipée (tout le matériel pour un bb) et la délicate attention d'eau fraîche à notre arrivée la cohabitation de la piscine est sans problème calme pour la bronzette et agréable pour la baignare. A réserver sans hésitations

Résidence bien tenue et très agréable

Erg mooie locatie in een heerlijk Italiaans dorp

Heerlijk appartement op een erg mooie locatie. Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, zeer mooi uitzicht op zee en aan de andere kant uitzicht op de Etna, indrukwekkend. Het appartement was schoon en ruim. De keuken is Italiaans ingericht, minimaal maar alles wat je nodig hebt om een goede Italiaanse maaltijd te kunnen bereiden (geen vaatwasser, maar wel ene droogkast, ook handig!). De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons vele tips gegeven voor de omgeving. En niet te vergeten, het zwembad is heerlijk met heerlijke ligbedden in een zeer goed verzorgde tuin. Ondanks dat er veel bezoekers waren, is het niet druk geweest bij het zwembad en in de tuin. We waren hier een week en bijna alle appartementen waren bezet. Het is een heerlijke uitvalbasis op alle highlights van Sicilie te bezoeken. De Etna bezoeken is indrukwekkend, ga zeker met de trucks omhoog (is zeer de moeite waard). Taormina is ondanks het toeristische karakter echt een aanrader. Ook de Caribische stranden meer naar het zuiden zijn zeker de moeite waard. En vergeet ook niet om de Alcantara kloof te bezoeken, op een warme dag zwemkleding meenemen!!! Kortom dit appartement bevelen wij graag aan, we komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Idéal pour des vacances dans la région de Catane

Lieu de vacances parfait pour des vacances en famille à la découverte de la région de Catane. L'accueil est très chaleureux, le lieu est calme. Les appartements sont bien équipés... et la piscine super en fin de journée pour se rafraichir après une journée de balades.

Séjour à Santa Tecla

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette jolie résidence. Le studio avec access direct au jardin était très confortable. Le jardin est magnifiquement arboré et nous avons apprécié nous délasser à la piscine tout en contemplant au loin l'Etna. La résidence est bien située pour visiter l'Etna ou encore Taormina par exemple. Nous recommendons vivement ce logement.

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons séjourné à St Tecla en octobre 2013. La situation et l'environnement du logement sont extraordinaires, vue imprenable sur L'Etna qui était alors en éruption. La construction est de qualité, l'appartement très propre, la piscine également. Un petit effort pourrait être fait quant à l'équipement (absence de four, micro-ondes, cafetière, vaisselle et couverts très limités)). Nous remercions encore Elvira pour son accueil très chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

Sicile

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une belle résidence, bien située pour découvrir l'Est de la Sicile en voiture. L'accueil chaleureux d'Elvira, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils pour les visites ont été appréciables. L'appartement était propre et calme. Nous recommandons !!

Bellissimo soggiorno!

"Proprietari gentilissimi, ottimi consiglieri per i luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Un residence immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, con vista Etna e vista mare. Gli alloggi sono spaziossissimi e molto puliti, attrezzati di tutto quello che serve, la piscina è contornata da un giardino molto curato. Nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato, a settembre, di sera dal balcone di sente un profumo delizioso, la zagara! Per spostarsi in zona è meglio avere la macchina. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno."

Relaxing holiday in Sicily

Found Trinacria Residence to be a very good holiday apartment since it has beautiful views and it is located in a quite location. Apartment was always clean and the owners were very helpful. The swimming pool was always kept very clean and parking space was available.

Voilà la Sicile es fini pour nous , maintenant je peut juste vous conseillez la meilleure adresse de logement, car pour nous ses le top 1, propriétaire super, propriété super, emplacement pour aller visiter super bien mis, car tous à proximité. Gros bisou à èlvira.
