Hi Petr! Thanks a lot for taking the time to spend good words about my apartment and your stay in the lovely Baia Del Carpino. The apartment has all the comforts to accommodate a family or a group up to 6 people, the 2 spacious bedrooms, the wide open living room and the two good sized bathrooms make the difference for sure! The marvelous sea view that you can enjoy from the house and the terrace along with paradisiac beach of the residence are indeed the main point of strengths of this apartment. And the private parking of course, we can’t forget the private parking hehe. I would like to specify that all our equipment is new, the shape and the style make those look vintage, (like a proper Italian Sea Side Holiday House) that’s probably why you like it : ) I am sorry to hear that at the end you couldn’t find one of the most famous bar, pizzeria and pastry shop of the area, which is actually in the same Residence /Baia Del carpino) of the apartment, only 5 minutes walking. It’s such a shame cus Francois owns one of the best bakery shop of the area. He is also opened till late at night when he plays some nice Italian live music. He is actually very popular! Me and our family are very good travelers as well, we speak 5 of the main European languages, Italian, English, Spanish, French and Portuguese  Being the main cooker ( and the most skilled hehe) of the family, the kitchen has to be fully equipped with everything you need to cook ;) I am glad to hear you loved the position of the apartment perfectly located in a residential area full of peace and green, and at the same time close to the main attractions of the area, such as supermarket, bar, restaurants,atm and shops. That’s true from the terrace you can enjoy a stunning sea view and one of the best sunset you ever seen. We can’t wait to welcoming you back, big hugs to all the family and hope to see you soon! Siamo felici che ha apprezzato la bellezza della vicinissima spiaggia nonché la posizione strategica in cui si trova l'appartamento, in una zona residenziale e tranquilla immersa nella natura ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tutte le comodità, supermercati, bar, ristoranti, negozi, banche etc. La meravigliosa vista di cui la casa gode dalla maggior parte delle camere soprattuto dalla comoda terrazza è indubbiamente uno dei punti di forza della casa. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato per l'auto ;) Speriamo di darle nuovamente il benvenuto quanto prima nella bella Baia del Carpino! Tanti Saluti a presto!
