Only big issue we had was there were cats living in the crawl space/dryer vent of the cabin and the place smelled like a litter box. We contacted maintenance about the issue and one person came out but did nothing to remedy the situation. Said they would come back with food to trap the cats, but no one ever did. It was a bit annoying, but as we didn't spend a majority of the time in the cabin we were able to manage.
