Schönes Haus mit Garten, in 2011 gebaut und befindet sich in einem Fischerdorf in der Meerenge von Messina, nur wenige Meter von klarem Wasser Strände, sondern sehr touristisch und voller Charme. Alles im Haus ist neu, unbenutzt. Die Einrichtung ist hell und High-End, mit allen Details und maximaler Ausstattung: Klimaanlage / Heizung, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, 2 32'' LCD-TV, E-Herd, Mikrowelle, etc. .. Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Haustür geparkt werden. Sehr ruhig, hat, was es für einen Urlaub Komfort und hohe inolvidables.

Beautiful home in perfect condition

We were greeted by a lovely woman who showed us all that there was to know about the home. The photos online represent the home perfectly. Our stay was utterly pleasant and the air conditioning worked great, as it was unusually hot. The location was an easy to access the beach and grocery store up the street. Torre Faro is a wonderful friendly place, full of people we met who are literally, family. Wouldn't change a thing - thank you Anna for renting your home to us.

Lovely Property

This is a very nice home. Antonio was available and very prompt to return text messages. He and his family went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We were very disappointed to be unable to stay but as the large kitchen window could not be locked other arrangements had to be made. I’m sure this will be fixed and would happily stay there in the future.

Lovely place right on the edge of Sicily.

Warmly recommended. The house is in a quiet street close to the beaches, tennis courts, cafes and shops, very spacious, well equipped, AC in all rooms and kitchen (four of these altogether), IKEA furniture (in good condition), all as in photos. The kitchen (when we arrived) had bottled water, coffee, tea, oils etc, all bathroom supplies, so we also left a lot of our unused stuff there. The enclosed garden/terrace is very nice, with a high degree of privacy (partly exposed to the neighbouring building, but rarely someone is there). Special treat is the open air shower hidden by the shed (I only used that one). If I try hard to recall something which was not ideal, then I'd say that occasionally we could hear some domestic animals around, but that was all good fun. Torre Faro is a lovely village, bit basic (this is not Tuscany) but very charming. The beaches and the sea are perfectly clean (water may move veeeery fast, watch out if you have children). We were there for two weeks in September, out of main season, hence very few tourists around at that time, must be busier in August. Restaurants are all with brilliant food and very sensible prices, 99% attended by locals. We arrived very late (after 1 am), the property manager waited for us and was pleasant and helpful. She speaks zero English, but we managed to communicate key things. You will not make a mistake if you stay in this property. I can't judge value for money because I did not stay in other places in NE Sicily, but if I visit it again, I will look for this house. Pistachio ice-cream on the square by the church not to be missed. Best granita combinations are coffee/cream and pistachio/strawberry. Messina is half an hour by bus, the University (where I was going every day) is 10min away. Etna is two hours by car, if you can't make that, then at least go to Vulcano island by the speedboat, interesting stuff these vulcanos. Sicily is also a cyclists' paradise (can be bit dangerous, but fantastic scenery).

Confortevole, moderna e strategica.

La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, spaziosa e moderna, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici del caso, nonché di impianto di climatizzazione i tutte le stanze da letto, nella soggiorno e nella cucina; il giardino esterno è ampio e confortevole e consente di mangiare comodamente fuori anche in 8 persone. La posizione è strategica, poiché la via non è molto trafficata, ma in 10 minuti a piedi sia arriva comodamente alla spiaggia di Capo Peloro. Il proprietario si è dimostrato cortese, efficiente e disponibile alla risoluzione di un piccolo problema alla lavastoviglie avuto durante il soggiorno. Eccellente.

Vivamente consigliato

Sono veramente felice di scrivere una recensione sul l'appartamento della Signora Ana Forastier ( la proprietaria). L'appartamento è perfetto, credetemi non sto esagerando, grande abbastanza per 6/7 persone. La pulizia come il rapporto qualità prezzo è importante per me e in questo caso va segnalato come eccellente. Il bagno è bellissimo , con doppi lavandini, una doccia con box a vetri molto grande. Ci sono asciugamani in enorme quantità. lo stesso vale per la cucina, grande e super accessoriata. Ci sono 2 televisori HD uno in cucina , l'altro in una delle due camere da letto. Fuori dalla cucina c'è un piccolo giardino con un grande tavolo, fornito di un barbecue praticamente nuovo. le foto rendono perfettamente la realtà. E' vicino al mare (stupendo) non proprio 50 mt. ma meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Eccezionale l'idea di avere anche una doccia con acqua calda nel giardino. Non manca nulla, portatevi solo gli oggetti personali per trascorrere una bella vacanza.

Appartamento accogliente e in ottime condizioni

La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione corrisponde pienamente alla realtà. Appartamento molto spazioso ed accogliente, arredato con molto gusto e completo di tutti i confort e fornito di tutti i servizi indispensabili nella zona.. Lo consigliamo a chi volesse trascorrere delle vacanze a Messina e dintorni. Sicuramente per le future vacanze a Messina, sceglieremo nuovamente questo appartamento. Casa molto carina, ospiti molto gentili!

La casa era molto carina e corrispondeva alla descrizione. Pulita e in ordine, un po' fredda. Al nostro arrivo i proprietari gentilissimi ci avevano comprato pane e frutta. Unica pecca: un lavandino del bagno perdeva e dato che durante il nostro soggiorno non si è potuta risolvere la questione, abbiamo dovuto chiudere l'acqua. Comunque consigliata!

LA CASA SI TROVA IN POSIZIONE TRANQUILLA MA ALLO STESSO TEMPO VICINO A NEGOZI E A DUE PASSI DAL MARE. LE FOTO RAPPRESENTANO BENISSIMO TUTTA QUANTA LA CASA, DOTATA DI OGNI CONFORT. Schönes grosszügiges Appartment

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem schön eingerichteten und grosszügigen Appartement wohnen. Die Zimmer waren gross und es gab überall eine Klimaanlage, war wir, angesichts der heissen Temperaturen, sehr genossen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und eine Wachmaschine. Das Badezimmer ist gross und hat zwei Lavabos. Maria, die im oberen Stock wohnt, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Mediterranean at your disposal.

Torre Faro is a hidden gem of the Mediterranean. A popular destination for Italians you will discover an authentic Italian holiday experience. Within walking distance to fantastic food and crystal clear water, you can spend the day relaxing and then retreat to a more than comfortable apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Our family of six had a fantastic trip and we are already planning our next trip to "Faro".

Ottima posizione e casa accogliente!

La casa si trova in una posizione perfetta per andare al mare. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e in paese si possono trovare supermercato, panificio e quant'altro possa essere utile. Gli interni sono molto curati, e la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort. Cucina molto spaziosa ed attrezzata. Molto piacevole anche la terrazza. Proprietaria veramente gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente un posto da raccomandare. Prezzo più che ragionevole. Approvata a pieni voti!

La casa è veramente fantastica!!!!!!

Per noi era la prima volta che utilizzavamo questo sito e ad essere sinceri un po di paura c'era.....ma appena abbiamo aperto la porta di casa è passata!!!La è veramente come appare nelle foto , bella e funzionale, pulita, in ottimo stato, in più la Sig.ra Maria Grazia è di una gentilezza infinita.Fornita di tutte le comodità, aria condizionata in tutte le camere, adatta a famiglie con bimbi, a due passi da tutto mare,ristoranti, gelaterie,supermercati, posizione veramente strategica, parcheggio davanti a casa.Anche Ana la proprietaria è sempre stata molto disponibile e cordiale. Nella speranza di poterci tornare il prox anno la consiglio a tutti.

Ottimo alloggio, casa spa...

Ottimo alloggio, casa spaziosa, nuova e molto pulita, tutte le comodità, ci siamo trovati in paradiso, il mare a pochi passi con acque trasparenti, bellissimo!. Si gradisce l'aria condizionata, potente e silenziosa in tutta la casa, anche nella cucina, che è grande e luminosa, dove si fa tutta la vita. Decorazione tutta in bianco, fantastica. Siamo molto soddisfatti, ripetiamo di sicuro.

La casa è pulita e molto ...

La casa è pulita e molto curata ed è pienamente conforme all'annuncio. In particolare, l'aria condizionata è stata particolarmente utile durante il nostro soggiorno (luglio-agosto 2013). Sottolineo con piacere l'estrema gentilezza della proprietaria sin dal primo contatto e l'accoglienza molto calorosa da parte della persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi.
