I'm sorry about the courtyard, perhaps I didn't explain myself well: you were not denied access, but I tried to make you understand that since it is a transit point also for other residents , a prolonged and stationary stop in the place, could have been a reason for disturbing your peace of mind. This is why I suggested you open the French window in the relaxation area whose veranda would have guaranteed you a certain privacy while still enjoying the external view.

Grazie, per la positiva recensione rilasciata sulla mia casa , su di me e sulla mia regione; mi ha fatto molto piacere conoscervi: conservo un ottimo ricordo di voi, mi siete sembrati una famiglia molto unita che ha dimostrato tra l'altro rispetto per l'ambiente a voi affidato, lasciandolo pulito ed ordinato. In particolare, sono rimasta favorevolmente impressionata da lei Lorianna e dalla sua capacità di relazionarsi in maniera costruttiva e positiva con gli altri.
