Das Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einer privaten Terrasse mit Blick auf einen Brunnen und einen Innenhof innerhalb der Legacy Villas Community. Das Schlafzimmer bietet viel Wohnraum mit Schrank, Schreibtisch und Kommode. Die Minibar enthält einen Minikühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Einwegutensilien und Geschirr befinden sich in einem Schrank über der Minibar. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine separate Badewanne mit ausreichender Bettwäsche, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nutzen können. Die Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Community Fitness Center, Clubhaus, Legacy Grille und Gemeinschaftspool und Spa. Das Studio kann mit LV101 (Legacy Villas Hideaway mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer Garage) kombiniert werden, um eine geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Master-Suiten (je nach Verfügbarkeit) zu schaffen.

Then coming and going was a pain when you got behind another car checking in. Place was clean but very small and did not represent what the picture of the place on-line presented. Thermostat I could not figure out and the guide for the TV did not work. Would not recommend this place at all.

We don't control access to the community and during high traffic times there can be a short wait to get through the security gate. The community has a 24 hour manned security gate providing a safe, secure environment. The pictures and virtual tour represent the size and features of the studio suite accurately. We also provide directions for operating the TV and thermostat and can assist guests when needed. Thanks, Joy

no hot water, foul odor, poor customer service

No hot water. Also foul odor in unit. Got reply to complaint the following day. Told they had to turn gas off to our unit and not able to schedule turn on until following week. No other units to move us to. Gas company schedule "out of our control." Offered reduced rent for remaining stay. When asked why not for the whole stay with no hot water, response "we are only offering discount on these days" All by text, no phone call despite multiple requests. COLD SHOWERS, FOUL ODOR

Carol, thank you for the review and I do apologize. The gas issue was out of our control but I know that doesn't fix it. If we had another unit available we would have put you in a different unit but we didn't have one. It would only make sense to discount the days that had issues because the rest of the stay had no issues. We were willing to refund you for the days you didn't use if you chose to leave, as we would fully understand that. But I know that is still a very unfortunate circumstance available. You were a good guest and if you were to come back we would not have that issue again.

Great location!

This cute little ground floor studio is the perfect location. Close to pools and also a nice fountain. The studio was very clean and had what we needed for our weekend stay. Property managers easy to work with! Will definitely be back.

Outstanding location!

The Legacy Villas have the absolute prettiest grounds- so well maintained. This condo has a great location as it’s near one of the many pools and also close to the main pool. Condo is very clean and the bed was comfortable. The management company is so helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait for our next trip!

The community is really good. The layout of the unit was really nice and practical. There was a fridge, microwave, paper plates, plastic utensils and a keurig coffee maker. The bed was large and comfortable. There were a few issues with the unit. The fireplace did not work, the sink in the wet bar had a bunch if crap in the drain and one of the cabinets clearly had fire damage. The worst thing was the response from the management company. They did ask if we wanted housekeeping to do a once over. But on the cabinet, they said this was water damage from unit above (it was clearly fire damage), the owner was aware and that i would not be held resposible. Wow, that was mighty nice of them 😳

Beautiful property- room needs updating

The room was fine and basic. Lightbulbs out in the bathroom and the lamps. Cabinet was rotted out- kinda weird. The shower head shot all sorts of directions and needed to be cleaned. The bathtub leaked. I did appreciate that the manager helped when there loud barking dogs in the room Next door. I would go back to the property but not this unit.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience was good. The unit was clean, as advertised, and a good value. We did have a few minor issues:1) While we stayed 3 nights, there was only 1 little vile of shampoo and conditioner supplied (for 2 people)... should supply additional back-up, just as they did toilet paper, for example.2) Tile floor in bathroom VERY slippery when wet and bath floor mat really, really small. Because floor so slippery, would highly recommend better & larger bath floor mat.3) When making reservation, was given OPTION of either paying $39 for rental insurance OR providing $500 refundable security deposit. I opted for refundable security deposit knowing my wife and I would not cause any damage. However, I WAS charged the $39 for the rental insurance even though I clearly and specifically declined the rental insurance coverage when offered as part of the check-out process. I contacted the rental agency but was unable to get a refund of the $39.

Great Desert Getaway

Spent my birthday here with husband & little dog. The gated community is nicely designed & landscaped and works well with the natural surroundings. The community is right at the foot of the beautiful rose colored mountains. This unit was Perfect! Big comfy bed, great temperature control (accessible via link on cell phone) clean, simple, great tub & shower and near several pools that follow strict guidelines & capacity limits during pandemic. Plenty of beautiful walkways and a nice sandy dog walk path along the base of the mountain. Truly enjoyed our stay. Contact with property management was quick & convenient. Was able to request late check-out via text the day before. Definitely plan to return again and reserve extra rooms for relatives...Also, the staff, and other guests and/or residents in the community were all super friendly & everyone really followed the pandemic safety guidelines. You CAN still enjoy life while being safe while following the guidelines to protect each other.

Nice but needs a few things

Needs a freezer or an ice maker and couldn’t get the cable to work. Batteries in remote i think we’re dead

The studio has a mini fridge no freezer, there is an ice maker up by the club house; main pool area. If you would have told us you needed batteries in the remote someone would have come over to fix that. We are unable to help clear up your problems unless we know about them. CVV

Appreciated that they didn’t have air fresheners going in the room. We will definitely be staying here again.
