Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie den wunderschönen Panoramablick auf den Golf von Mexiko und die Estero Bay vom Open-Air-Balkon unserer Wohnung auf der 11. Etage im GebĂ€ude A am Estero Beach und Tennis Club. Unsere Nichtraucher-Einheit wurde neu renoviert, ist sehr sauber und komfortabel und hat das GefĂŒhl, zu Hause zu sein. Diese hell eingerichtete Studio-Ferienwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer bietet Platz fĂŒr bis zu 4 Personen. Ein Raumteiler trennt das Schlafzimmer vom Wohnzimmer, um die PrivatsphĂ€re zu gewĂ€hrleisten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein neues Kingsize-Bett mit voller Kommode, zwei Nachttische mit Nachttischlampen und einen 19-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein Queen-Size-Ledersofa, eine Wippe, einen großen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player und eine schöne Auswahl an DVDs fĂŒr Erwachsene und Kinder sowie eine Wii-Konsole. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Tisch und 4 StĂŒhle. WLAN steht Ihnen in unserer Unterkunft ebenfalls kostenlos zur VerfĂŒgung.

Alle BettwĂ€sche sowie StrandtĂŒcher, LiegestĂŒhle, Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug, Boogie-Boards, KĂŒhler usw. werden bereitgestellt, um Ihren Tag am Strand zu genießen. Einfach die Kleider einpacken und fertig! Achten Sie unbedingt auf Delfine, da diese in unserer Region sehr beliebt sind!

Die Eigentumswohnung befindet sich am sĂŒdlichen, ruhigen Ende von Fort Myers Beach und bietet einen geothermischen, beheizten Pool, SandtennisplĂ€tze, 10 Morgen wunderschönes tropisches GelĂ€nde und 11 Kilometer weißen Zuckersandstrand. Nahe dem Strand befindet sich eine geschĂŒtzte VogelmĂŒndung mit MangrovenbĂ€umen. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Shuffle Board, Gasgrills, Liegebereiche mit LiegestĂŒhlen, WaschrĂ€ume in jedem GebĂ€ude und WLAN in den Lobbybereichen.

Wenn Sie auswĂ€rts essen möchten, gibt es auf der anderen Straßenseite des Santini Plaza viele großartige Orte, zu denen auch eine Boutique, SouvenirlĂ€den, BekleidungsgeschĂ€fte, eine Post, eine Eisdiele, ein Yachthafen mit Bootsverleih und vieles mehr gehören. Es gibt auch ein CVS, das fast alle Ihre UrlaubsbedĂŒrfnisse erfĂŒllen kann. Der Island Trolley holt Sie fĂŒr nur 50 Cent direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite am Santini Plaza ab und bringt Sie zum nahe gelegenen Lover's Key State Park und auf die ganze Insel. Fort Myers Beach liegt zentral, nur eine kurze Strecke von Neapel und Marco Island im SĂŒden und von Sanibel und Captiva im Norden entfernt.

Great property right on the beach, with a nice pool and strip mall with places to shop and eat right across the street. All the accessories needed for the beach, chairs. coolers, beach towels, insulated water bottles, noodles for the pool.

Great Time!!!

It was a pleasure to rent Monica's place. The condo had everything that we needed and was very comfortable along with being spotless. Wonderful location with i think one of the best beaches in the vicinity. Great pool to relax around when you've had enough of the sand!! Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great Location! Great Condo!

This condo is wonderful for a couple and with everything you need for your stay. The location on Ft Meyers Beach is perfect as it is more on the quiet side of the strip but with easy shuttle access to get to the square with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our breakfast outside while looking out over the area and watching the tennis matches below. Our weather was gorgeous while there and we enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. It is also nice to rent bikes and ride around the area.

Great location and property

We love the location of this property, across the street from Santini Marina Plaza. The photos of the unit are accurate. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have more than one set of keys available (besides the ones in the lockbox).

Vacation Paradise

We had such an amazing time here. I always dread packing for vacations because there never seems to be enough room for all my beach stuff. They truly provided everything and even things I would not even have thought of. They have gone above and beyond to make this vacation spot perfect. Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a week at Monica’s place! The new bathroom was wonderful! New carpet and tile throughout the place. Very comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed the balcony for our coffee each morning and the awesome sun rises! Staying on the beach is the best! We loved being so close to many restaurants, especially Pincher’s, Santini Plaza, and Lover’s Key. We look forward to coming back and have already booked it! Monica was super to work with! Wonderful stay!

Took a girls trip to visit Ft. Myers and enjoyed this lovely condo. Condo was clean and has everything you will need including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The pool is very nice. You have a partial view of the ocean from the balcony but you can also see what's going on, on the bat side also. The is a small grassy area between the condo and the ocean with lots of palm trees . It has a Hawaiian feel to it. The beach area was not busy and the water was gorgeous. Monica was very easy to work with and we hope to stay in her condo again very soon!

Great Winter Get Away

Monica is a great host and the condo location right on the beach is perfect. The owners have made many upgrades. Across the road is Santini Plaza where you can enjoy the farmers market, shopping and dining. The trolley picks up if you don’t want to fight the parking at Times Square. For us, there was one negative that won’t be a negative for all. We like to eat in one meal day. Counter space is limited.

Great views from this excellent 11 th floor apartment. Comfortable bed. Beach was full of shells, saw dolphins most days. Recommend using the trolley to time square for a sunset. Music on Fri. and Sat. Check out the Tikibar. Restaurants are fantastic. Doc Fords Yucatan Shrimp. Across the street Sky's signiture Mexican dish. Happy hour at Pinches just down the road on the beach. If you get a rainy day the movie theater is cool.

The entire facilities, grounds, buildings, pool, parking were emaculate. The only thing i was disappointed with was the beach access. What appeared to be 2 access poonts were completely overgrown & did not allow access. There was another somewhat worn pathway thru the grass that did allow access. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

My parents have been visiting Fort Myers Beach for many, many years and have stayed at Estero Beach and Tennis Club for the past 30+ years. After just 2 vacations spent here, we absolutely fell in love with the property and decided this was where we would call our 'home away from home.'
