Dieses moderne Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern in fabelhafter Lage mit Swimmingpool und Grillbereich eignet sich perfekt fĂŒr Urlaub oder Umzug. Große Schulen (Millikan Magnet Middle-public, High Notre Dam-privat), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Westfield Mall, Ross, Sport Authority), Banken (Bank of America) und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, Minuten Fahrt zum Universal Studio, ganz in der NĂ€he von Hollywood, Beverly Hills. 45 Minuten Fahrt nach Disneyland, 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Santa Monica. 2 Minuten Fahrt zur Autobahn 101.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht zur Straße, sondern zur RĂŒckseite des Hauses, also sehr ruhig und privat.
Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2014 komplett renoviert, alle neuen Möbel, BettwÀsche etc. wurden mitgebracht.
Wir liefern Reinigungsmittel, Seifen, Shampoo, Conditioner, Körperlotionen und Waschmittel fĂŒr einen Mindestaufenthalt von einer Woche, um Ihnen den Einstieg zu erleichtern. 2-3 Wechsel sauberer BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher. Haartrockner. Housekeeping auf Anfrage (gegen GebĂŒhr).

Great find in Sherman Oaks

We stayed here for 3 months while we were helping our kids with their newborn twins. First, the condo is large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was very convenient. Our host, Anna, was so wonderful. We had a few minor issues which she addressed immediately! She is very, very responsive. She even got gifts for our granddaughters! The neighborhood is fantastic. It’s a short walk to the mall and Trader Joe’s and a short drive to Ralph’s. Ventura Blvd is a short drive. I would highly recommend this rental.

The property was clean and ready, and had everything we needed.

I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and two teenage boys, and it was a perfect set up for us. The building was very quiet and the apartment was equipped with everything you could need. The underground parking was very convenient and we were just a few minutes from many restaurants, markets, and shopping. Anna was a pleasure to deal with!

Super Clean, Awesome Location, GREAT HOSTS!!!

We had to make a last minute reservation for stay over a month in June. Buy, the owner was great and accommodating. The plan was flawless, there were bottled water provided to let us thought for a few days. Kitchen is very spacious with a lot of space to have family meals and very well equipped. The owner provided with a huge variety of teas, coffee (including decaf), dry groceries (pasta, cereal, jams, nuts, crackers, etc). Enough toilet paper and paper towels for us to use for more then three weeks (we bought more before we left :). The bedding is so comfortable, a lot of towels and bed linens. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Just a few min drive to Universal Studios and 40min drive to Disney Land. Beach is 20 min easy drive. The owners were responsive and gave us a lot of advised on what to do, where to go. They were always there for us. Thank you! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Loved it there and coming back next time we are in LA. Thank you Galina for your warm welcome to United States!

First the positive - the apartment is roomy. Great layout and it was clean at arrival. A huge negative, however, and why I would not rent from them again - We took the insurance option and now the owner has filed a claim for a broken screen door and sliding door. The claim agains the insurance policy is for roughly $1400. We did not break any doors. Neither door worked properly and were very difficult to open. The screen door popped off its tracks (and does not need to be replaced). Same with sliding door. This is a case of an owner taking advantage of the insurance policy to replace an old door that, again, was not operating properly. So if you rent from these people, be very cautious about what they might claim afterwards. I find this to be insurance fraud and I hope the insurance company denies their claim. A minor other item that I wouldn't hold against them - there wasn't a cable box in the apartment. The wifi, however, was totally fine. Too bad really. Good location if you're going to Universal. Not close to Disney though.

Spotless, calm and comfortable

We had such a great time in this apartment. It is big, wonderfully decorated and spotless. Everything has been thought to make one feels comfortable. The kitchen has everything one could dream, the beds are very comfortable and the kid room made our 6 year feel right at home. We' d love to come back!

Cozy, homey place close to all the action!

We stayed at the Sherman Oaks condo while my husband was recovering from heart surgery at UCLA, and it was a perfect little spot! Very cozy two-bedroom (beds were VERY comfy!), two-bathroom with a nice living room and fully-equipped kitchen. The patio was a nice spot to relax and get fresh air. The condo is very pretty. It doesn't get much direct sunlight, so if you want to get lots of sleep it's perfect! The pool and barbecue area for the complex is very nice, and all of the neighbors we 'met' were warm and friendly. The location is wonderful! Close to the freeway and lots of restaurants and shops, but nestled in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood ... great for walking! It's also walking distance to the Westfield Fashion Square mall ... a great place! The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and requests and made us feel very welcome from the start. And you can't beat the reserved parking spot. We always felt very safe!

Great place, great owner!

We came down for a family event, and our family of five had a great time. The bunk bed was so great that we had to get one for our house when we got home! The owners were so accommodating and helpful, they even stored our pack and play, and arranged to get it back to us. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and Serene

Stayed with our two boys a much better option then staying at a hotel. The apartment is close to all the main attraction and has all the amenities of a luxury vacation. Anya was always available to answer any questions we had. Well decorated and serene place to stay, we hope to be back here again.!

Perfect family place!

We made a last minute change if plan and found ourselves in LA. It was our great luck to find this home on VRBO! We were with our 11 year old twins and we wanted to be close to Toluca Lake to see my grown sons. This apartment is ideally located in a safe and quiet area. Secured underground parking was a bonus! There are tons of great restaurants in the immediate area. The place itself is welcoming and cheerful. Clean, large family kitchen, outdoor swimming pool on the same floor. We spent a day at Universal Studios and it was crazy easy to get to from here. We got in touch with the owner to book and even though she was overseas at the time, she responded quickly. She could not be a more pleasant or helpful person - truly, a delightful person. An ideal place for families, but I would also not hesitate to book again if I was by myself or with my husband.

Awesome Place!!!

My family (three kids and my husband) stayed for a month of August at this fabulous apartment. I can truly say it was the best vacation place ever (and we traveled around!). Very clean, very quite, spacious (enough for three kids to co-exsist :-) apartment for very reasonable price. We can say that the major renovation was just done at the apartment. The furniture was brand new. Nice china and linens. Kitchen had all we needed. Including instant coffee, different teas, salt, pepper, spices, even some pasta and cereal. The cold water bottles were waiting for us in the refrigerator upon check in. All we needed to do just pick up the grocery (not that much as there are a lot of great family oriented (and romantic) restaurants in the area :-) and enjoy ourselves. Which we did. We are SO COMING BACK AGAIN!!! To stay at this place is THE MUST!!! Did I mention that everything was very very close, 5 min walk to the Westfield shopping mall, very short drive to Trader's Joe's, Ralph, two min drive to the major highway to Malibu, Universal Studios and Disney Land? AWESOME PLACE!!!
