Die Prince Kuhio Komplex verfügt über wunderschön gepflegten tropischen Garten mit einem ruhigen, einladenden Swimmingpool, ruhigen Koi-Teich und einen großen Grillplatz mit Gas und Holzkohlegrills. Das angrenzende Parkhaus hat eine öffentliche Dachminigolfplatz.

Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo. Plenty of cookware and dishes, and it was very clean. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided.

Location, location, location

Ocean views from lanai and front entrance. Located directly across the street from Poipu Beach. Some reviews mention no privacy if sharing with others. It’s perfect for couples. We will definitely be back to this resort. PS no parking fees or extra resort fees!

Our Stay

We booked this property for a short stay in Hawaii. Despite a serious rain event the staff had everything ready when we arrived. The location is great, very easy to get around.

Perfect studio near the beach!

This bright and airy studio type condo provided my husband and me a wonderful beach getaway! It was clean, comfortable, and just across the street from a beach with fantastic snorkeling! The design was a bit unusual with only a curtain into the bathroom and an open “window” from the shower into the living room area, but we got used to it. Would suggest a few hooks to hang towels etc since you can’t hang them to dry on the balcony…overall, it was a lovely place to stay!

Perfectly situated

Just a skip across the street to view the sunset, and a wander down the road for great dining and provisions. The interior was nicely decorated and comfortable. We would definitely come here again.

Pros: Ocean view, nice pool, stocked with kitchen tools, laundry available on site and unit supplied detergent. Cons: Next to a very noisy road with loud motorcycles, vehicles with extremely loud speaker systems. Will probably not stay here again due to noise

Nice and beautiful condo and garden

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice location with beautiful sunsets right outside the door on the veranda. We used the kitchen extensively and found everything we needed. The dishwasher was a nice extra. There was no good place to store our cloths. All extra linnen/towles and pillows etc under the bead could be reduced to make room for that. We also lacked a table on the nice balcony. Replace the big chairs in the hallway with smaller and make way for an additional table and possibly cloth storage. In general we were very happy with this condo.Management was generally not available which felt a bit strange.

Can't wait to return

This condo was perfect for the two of us! It really did have everything!! Literally steps from the water! The time we were there July11-18th, we had perfect weather in Poipu!! Rent snorkel gear across the street at Boss Frog's. Bring your Costco card as we did to fill up for gas! The fully loaded kitchen was great for preparing simple meals! (We picked up a pasta dish at Costco to warm up) The cross breeze in the condo was refreshing and great! Didn't even miss A/C ...that's major coming from AZ! Comfy Bed and great decor! Can't wait to return to 302!!

The unit has a gorgeous view, is walking distance to some of our favorite spots, and has a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. The complex itself is quiet and convenient, although loud trucks/ motorcycles occasionally come roaring down Lawai Rd around 1 or 2 am, and it feels louder than it probably is in reality compared to the silence/ waves.We had a little snafu with the plumbing, but the Kauai Vacation Rentals team was incredibly responsive and professional. Mahalo nui loa for making us feel so welcomed and special.

Surprise there was no AC, but managed ok with out any thanks to the trades. Shower would not drain properly. The kitchen had plenty of tiny ants and the front door jalosie blinds had a missing screw and was ready to fall out. I found an oversized screw and put it in to keep it from falling out. Other than that it was fine.

This condo was across from the ocean with a decent snorkeling area and a good (albeit expensive) restaurant. The condo was well-furnished and comfy enough for our needs. The remote control did not work and the staff never replied to my email, so we didn't get to utilize it. It worked one day, but navigating the cable vs tv parts was incomprehensible. I suggest they move to the Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu options instead, plus respond to emails from their customers.

Nice location; beware of the bed

Well equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook or grill.The bed is a King size BUT it is set up "sideways". It is set up to sleep across the width not the length of the bed. If you have never been called "shorty" you are likely to have your feet hanging over the edge. The bottom fitted sheet on the set in use for our stay did not stay in place.Every night woke up and had to try and reset the sheet.Condo complex well kept. Very nice pool and bbq area.Better use of space if the big chairs in the kitchen were replaced with smaller ones and a larger useful table put in place of the tiny one holding the stereo. Was our 3rd stay in the building but our 1st in this unit. Will seek different unit on future visit

The unit itself was very nice. Happy with it. The snorkeling across the street, IMO, is possibly the best on Kauai and so convenient from Prince Kuhio Resort. Only negative I've felt the two times I've been at this resort is that the road noise is hard to not hear. Traffic, and the occasional booming subwoofer, and just people coming and going in the parking lot are all heard when you've got all the windows open for the nice breeze.
