Unser Zuhause ist 1800sq. ft. gut eingerichtet, Ranchhaus in einer ruhigen Sackgasse in der Wohnanlage von Palo Verde. Neuer Teppich ganz. 2 Master-Schlafzimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschränken und Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken. Der Haupt Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, neue Tagesdecke und Terrassentüren, die auf den Hinterhof Terrasse öffnen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett. Es gibt auch eine Gästetoilette, Wohnzimmer, Familienzimmer mit neuen Flachbild-HD T. V., voll ausgestattete Küche, Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Bürobereich und Garage. Die großen privaten Hinterhof hat einen vollen Länge überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, die 8 wird eine neue Gas-Grill und einem Holzkohlegrill sitzt. WiFi und Prism T. V. enthalten.
Palo Verde Country Club ist ein Erwachsener Gemeinschaft (40 & älter), die drei anderen Country Clubs mit Championship-Golfplätze und viele hervorragende Annehmlichkeiten für Ihren Einsatz grenzt. Keine Haustiere oder Rauchen erlaubt, halten unser Haus allergikerfreundlich.

Die Cottonwood / Palo Verde Clubhaus ist Blocks von unserem Haus entfernt und verfügt über einen großen Pool und Jacuzzi sowie ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Palo Verde hat einen Kurs Golf Par 62 Executive und Cottonwood verfügt über ein Par 72 Championship-Golfplatz. Es gibt einen Pool und 3 Pools innerhalb unserer Gemeinschaft. Racquetball Gerichte, Gemeindepark mit Boccia natürlich ein Neun-Loch-Putting-Green, Hufeisen, pickleball Platz und ein Ramada verfügbar einige der Aktivitäten zu nennen. Wanderweg umgeben die vielen schönen Seen in beiden Stadtteilen. Es gibt auch viele Klassen zur Verfügung.

Wir grenzen den Bereich Chandler, der auch wunderbare Annehmlichkeiten bietet und haben den großen Metropolen mit Scottsdale und Phoenix in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Flughafen Phoenix (PHX) ist 25 Meilen (30 Minuten) entfernt.

Right from booking through check-out Nancy, our host, was responsive, accommodating and helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with. The house was clean, well maintained and exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us

We enjoy the large backyard, the privacy, proximity to services, the layout of the home, the clean house when we arrive and the golf cart. It is a well stocked kitchen for utensils and dishes. Nice gas and charcoal barbecues.

Wonderful property

Condition of the property and everything in it was first rate. The only thing we did not care for was the additional charge if any guests stayed in the second bedroom. We’ve never run into this before. Otherwise everything was great.

In regards to your concern about the additional guest fees: VRBO asks for the dates and number of persons staying in the home during the initial inquiry. It is at that time the rates can be discussed and clarified before booking the home. We try to be clear in our description and policies as to how we charge. The rent is lower for couples who travel alone, keeping their expenses down. If a long term renter has a family member visit for a few days to a week as did your mother, we don't charge extra. We adjust the rates slightly to help cover the extra cost of utilities and other expenses we cover as owners if an additional couple stays in the home for a week or longer.

A wonderful time

We have been to Arizona for several winters and have stayed in various locations. This was the best yet. The house is very nice and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you may need which is very important to me. The location is very convenient and Nancy and Ron are helpful with anything you have a question about. There are plenty of good restaurants close by, grocery shopping too. We liked Fat Willy's and Five Guys for burgers. Rush Street for pizza and the Safeway store became our favorite for staples. We can't wait to come back to AZ as permanent residents. This stay convinced us of that.

Great Family Visit

This nice home was conveniently located to our family. Super kitchen with everything you could need if you choose to cook. Owners were responsive with the few questions we had. Grocery stores are nearby and there are many restaurants and bars just down the street in Chandler. We would stay again.

Clean and bright house. Everything in the house worked fine. Sitting in back yard with morning coffee and looking at and hearing all the birds amazing. Amenities at the clubhouses great and being able to get there on the golf cart a big plus. What more to say?you will not be disappointed

Beautiful well-kept home in Sun Lakes

We have rented several properties in the Sun Lakes area, but this house tops them all. The house is very roomy and clean, and is full of top-of-the-line furniture. There is everything you need for an extended stay, or a short stay. The patio and huge back yard are just amazing, perfectly landscaped with local trees and bushes. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and responsive to our every need. The house provides the renter access to 5 golf courses, and the location is close to shopping and local attractions. We will definitely check the availability of this property for our next stay in Arizona, and would recommend this home without hesitation.

Exceptional Experience!

We are frequent users of VRBO and have stayed in many homes in many states. This experience was exceptional and frankly was better than advertised! From the moment we made initial contact with the owners of this home to the morning we departed, the owners could not have been more pleasant and professional in every regard. As for the home, all we can say is it was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, beautifully furnished, and well stocked with everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. And, the fact that we had access to numerous golf courses and club houses was an added bonus. Beautiful property

The homeowners were very prompt in answering any questions and provided a very easy check in and check out process. The home was very well furnished and beautiful on the inside. The insurance you had to purchase as part of the property was expensive considering we only stayed five days. I would highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying her on our next visit to Sun Lakes.

Fun in the Sun . . . With a Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I wanted to try out living in a senior community, so we rented this house for 3 1/2 weeks. It far exceeded our expectations. We felt at home right away. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. A bonus for me was Wi-fi and an office area in the laundry room. There were two master suites, so if we had brought another couple, both would have had a great bedroom and bath. There was also a 1/2 bath near the living area. The house was located in a cul de sac near the wall at one side of the community, making it a very quiet area without a lot of traffic. The yard was huge . . . really huge! . . . and we enjoyed the many plants while we sat on the patio. I liked that we could use facilities in different adjoining communities, too. I went to water aerobics at the next community, and found the residents to be welcoming, helpful and friendly. This is a great place to ride a bike. I bought one at the neighborhood garage sale and had a great time riding it around the community. We had several good meals at the community restaurants and attended a luau. Again, the people were so friendly. We also enjoyed using the golf cart to get around. I hope to stay here again. It is a great place and the owners were great about communicating with us. Five stars!

Great rental

This home was very well equipped and beautifully furnished. We stayed for a month while we were remodeling the home we bought just around the corner. We had absolutely everything we needed and even entertained our family of 4 children and 4 grandchildren for dinner during the holidays with plenty of room for all. The back yard is beautiful..lots of fruit trees. The 2nd master bedroom is large ...perfect for extra guests. The Palo Verde community is full of amenities...golf, pickle ball, tennis, bocci ball, dinner,shows,acivities for all interests. I would definitely recommend this property.

We live in Nebraska where Ron is a retired farmer and Nancy owns a Paint-Your-Own Pottery Studio for over 25 years. Traveling is a passion spending a couple of months a year in Mexico. Our home is the perfect size for couples to share. The 2 Master Bedrooms gives everyone their own space. We love the walking paths and of course the perfect weather during the fall and winter months.
Our backyard is the largest in the area allowing for maximum privacy.
In an effort to our rates lower, prices are for 2 adult guests with a small charge for up to 2 additional adults ages 40 and older (maximum of 4 total).
