Raises the bar for all rentals

This property took our breath away - the pictures don't do it justice. We usually do not spend much time at the home we rent other than to sleep and eat. At this property - we didn't want to leave! The pool of course was great but the patio - darts, cornhhole, adult and child swings, the firepit, tons of seating, a choice of charcoal or gas grill, outdoor seating under a roof. There is also seating in the pool area. Plenty of seating inside also for dining at a table or at the counter and comfy seating in the living room. The kitchen is extremely well stocked (altho only 1 nonstick skillet was in good shape) - you could use a different patterned dinnerware every meal. Tons of serving dishes. The house was very clean. Beach access was within walking distance. A call from the owners to check in on us and encourage us to fully use the property's amenities added to the specialness of this property. We have rented homes on JI for 23 years and Newman's Beachview is far and above any other home we have rented.
