Lovely place and great location

Nice time for us to reminisce about all the years and history we’ve had in Bretton Woods. Very comfortable, well appointed condo- super close to the hotel.

Family getaway

Great spot. Gorgeous view...as good as the Mt Washington Hotel! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice that there are two living areas. The fireplace in the bedroom was nice. Great mud area. The unit is situated in a dead end... so no car activity! The only negative comments relate to the items in the house. Plenty of laundry detergent, but not a single bar of soap or hand soap in the place. The grill did not work and pots and pans were very limited. We would definitely rent this unit again, but we'd come bearing a LOT more basic supplies.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. I noticed there were a few items that you were concerned with in regards to your stay. I am very intrigued by your comment of the pans, I would love to get your feedback. In December I brought up a brand new set of pans. Below is a list of most of the cooking items I have stocked there. (1) 14", (2) 10", and (1) 8" frying pans (1) 5 qt soup pot (2) 3 qt sauce pans (2) 2 qt sauce pans (1) 1 qt sauce pans (1) 5 qt Crock pot (1) 10" x 20" electric pancake griddle Were some of these pans missing? Or were there other pans that you might find beneficial? As for the soap, I like to provide the pump soaps, so as to reduce waste. But if a guest prefers bar soap, we are only too glad to provide it. Please just let us know and we will bring it right over. Going forward we are going to leave a basket of bar soaps, so that it will be at the guests finger tips in case this is their preference. I am sorry about your issue with the grill, it was working the last time we used it. Again please contact us and we could have had it addressed while you were there. Thanks for your feedback.

Adequate. Furnishings are weak and well below what you would expect at this price

Just ok. Owner fails to disclose that house is right next to a major road and you can hear Road noise all day and night. TV did not work. We had a mouse in the master bedroom one night, but tried to block the hole it was using. Furniture is cheap (plastic outdoor chairs), master bathroom is below what you would expect at this price. Tiny shower you can’t turn around in. Plus neighbors had parties all hours of night and kept us awake. Overpriced and would not stay here again

Thank you so much for the feedback. We’ve worked really hard to make this a cozy place to get away and we take your review very seriously. I am so sorry you did not have the experience you wanted while staying at our house. I am just wondering if the TV you had an issue with was in the guest bedroom. It does have a note on it that it is for DVD use only. Maybe I need to make that note more prominent. Thank you for letting me know about the mouse. I did contact maintenance so that they can seal up any entrance points on the exterior. In the future please let my property manager know of any issues you may be having as they can deal with them right away. I will pass on your feedback to my neighbors as they rent out also. I hope you were able to take advantage of how close we are to the hotel and walked there for dinner, drinks or many of their other activities they had there.

Great views of the Presidential Mountain range. House was solid although the check-in process was less than desirable. Maggie Greenwood failed to contact me beforehand and didn’t respond to calls, text, or email. She finally sent a maintenance man over to let us in which was about an hour after check in.

Multi Family Weekend

We enjoyed staying at this property for the weekend. Home is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Shuttle service to skiing was perfect! Views of Mt Washington are breathtaking!

Great Stay for family !

We had a great stay as family during February! The house is closed to Mount Washington Hotel, the shuttle to the ski area works very well. The house was amazing, clean and all furniture working well. Very good alternative for family vacations. We will try to repeat next year !

Great property

We had a great weekend in Bretton Woods staying at this condo. Great location and easy access to Mt. Washington Hotel with the shuttle service. Plenty of room for all. Well stocked kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook meals in. This is the second year we have stayed here and would do it again. One item in need of attention is the large dining area table. Not sure why but it is very shaky and may be in need of some repair. Other than that the place was very clean with all the comforts of home. Having access to a washer and dryer is a plus especially with kids. Beautiful views of Mt. Washington ake this location even better. Everyone had a great time.

Great family get away!

Stayed here Feb. 28 - Mar. 4 with our three children and five grandchildren under the age of 10. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of space and bathrooms. The gathering space was great for board games and movies. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. The seating at the bar was very convenient for feeding the little ones. The view was fabulous. I took lots of photos of Mt. Washington! Response from manager/staff was very efficient and cordial. Although the skiing was less than perfect due to the warm Feb. weather, we look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 2 children and my in laws at Mount Madison Condos. The house was perfect! We enjoyed cooking dinner in the well equipped kitchen and catching up after a long day watching the sunset over Mount Washington. Breath taking views. The beds were comfortable and the living space was large and airy. My son loved playing in the basement. The skiing was amazing. So close to Brettonwoods mountain. The shuttle service was super convenient. We had a great time visiting the Omni Mount Washington for a sleigh ride, dinner and a spa visit. Best vacation spot and accommodations. Hope to be back again next Year! Maggie was wonderful to work with and responsive to my emails and texts.

Great home, great management

After our 3rd year of our extended family ski weekend, this has become our home away from home. The home is so comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for large groups. The downstairs living room is perfect for kids to hang out. We love how well stocked and roomy the kitchen is. The views are amazing as well! Working with Maggie is a bonus...communication leading up to our stay is great! We had one issue/question last year and she responded immediately. Already looking forward to our trip back next year!

Best equipped condo that we have stayed in at Bretton Woods over 19 years

We are now a group of 5 senior couples that have been visiting Bretton Woods for the last 19 years in September. Mt Madison #10 is the best equipped, greatest view of any of the condos that we have stayed at. The condo was immaculate and everything actually worked. One couple of our group has family in the area, so we had them over for dinner one night with a total group of about 24 and had enough space, plates, glasses, silverware, etc to serve everyone. Would recommend it to all

Great house but management could be improved

This really is a beautiful house with beautiful views. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the bathrooms had more than enough toilet paper as well as some little toiletries (a little mini set, like you would get at a hotel). There were even some indoor and outdoor games for the kids. We had a great time here despite the less than great weather. But, for the price, I would have expected better customer service. Things like: having the futon beds made up in advance for our kids, making sure we had enough keys for the entire party before we arrived (we were 3 families staying together and they left us 1 key. We could have made due, but she offered to bring us two more keys - which they left on the front steps of the locked up house while we were out for the day. Thankfully, nobody else decided to use them), and responding to my emails in a timely manner..

Beautiful Condo in NH

We stayed at the condo to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday. There is a large open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and the view is beautiful. Bedrooms are on the upper and lower floors. The setup is perfect for large families. With three ensuites on the top floor and 2 bedrooms with bunks and shared bath with game room on the bottom - it is great for kids! We loved it and truly wish we could have stayed longer. Simply perfect!

Beautiful spacious condo with Mountain View

We have been renting at Bretton Woods for the past 6 years and this condo has been our favorite. We had 6 adults, 5 children and the condo had more than enough room for everyone. All of the parents had their own room with bathroom and the children were downstairs in their bedrooms with a bathroom and TV. The condo was very clean, neat and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Renting the condo and check in process was very easy. We had the coldest weekend of the year but that didn't stop us from skiing. We had a great weekend!!

Great Family Weekend

My 4 adult children and husbands and wives and two grandchildren enjoyed a fabulous weekend at this property. There was plenty of room. The house was awesome. I love to cook for my family and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of firewood which we kept going all weekend. We took a walk to The Mt Washington Hotel one day and it was fun. Some of our family hiked part of the Appalachian Trail and loved it. The only downside was that there were only a quarter of the ski runs open at Bretton woods but we would definitely come back. Thanks for the use of your beautiful home!
