Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The unit is very roomy and is overlooking the sundeck, which is very pleasant. The sofa bed in the living room is a little oudated but ok for sleeping. We had an issue with the door lock on a Sunday but management was very helpful and the problem was solved in 3 hours. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this vacation rental.

Nice location ! Parking was challenging in a Wagoneer, however, the place was cute. The building elevators had issues. One elevator instead of two operating. The company for the VRBO was professional.There were some minor cleaning concerns. We left the place neat and did laundry upon exit so that just some bedding and two hand towels needed to be washed. One of our guests gifted a brand new Beach Chair to the Unit. We appreciated our stay.

Brilliant condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was fantastic, clean, tidy, well appointed, free parking, free washer and dryer. Loved the 2 balconies. Perfect for 2 couples or a family as having the second bathroom makes it very convenient. Sadly, lost power during the hurricane and the hallway outside the condo was in darkness, too dangerous to walk to the fire stairs for my elderly mom, so we had to leave her safe inside the condo whilst we utilised the fire stairs to get supplies. The fire stairs are very dangerous for an elderly person. The condo had no candles, no flashlights and no emergency instructions. No lighter for the gas stove and the food started to go off in the fridge which wasted money. The hurricane can’t be helped, but Captain cook resorts needed to have contacted residents to see if they needed any urgent supplies like candles or have mobility issues etc. Still, we loved the condo and have always had great properties though Captain cook. Will book this condo again.

Unfortunately, occasional tropical insects are an unavoidable part of life in Hawaiʻi—even in clean, well-maintained homes—particularly during the warmer summer months. The condo and the entire building receive regular professional pest control treatment. We ask guests to call their property manager who is on call 24/7 to resolve any issue during your stay. We have since investigated and addressed your concerns by having the unit professionally treated​ and is now pest-free. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

Everything we expected was provided. The location to the Waikiki downtown area was perfect and convenient. 2 beach chairs and a cooler was provided. We added a beach umbrella for others to use. Be careful if renting a large SUV as it might not fit in parking garage. Thankfully our 4-Runner just made clearance. Otherwise, great experience!

Inside the unit, it was very clean and accurate to post. Great location, and central to everything in Waikīkī. Parking was very tight and there are assigned parking spots, which we were not aware of so make sure you park in the right spot. The guest above us were very loud and sounded like they were moving furniture all day and night. Overall, it was great for the price.

Our only issue was the pull out couch didn't work and we couldn't get ahold of the manager to report it.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
