Sie müssen 25 Jahre alt sein, um diese Wohnung zu mieten. Diese atemberaubende Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem sehr gemütlichen Sitzbereich ausgestattet, in dem Sie den großen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player genießen können. Wenn Sie T. V. nicht sehen möchten, können Sie sich einfach zurücklehnen und den atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf den Golf von Mexiko genießen. Die Küche ist nach den Bedürfnissen der Köche bestückt. Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Diese Küche hat schöne Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Der Essbereich ist mit einem langen Küchentisch für 7 Personen ausgestattet. Das große Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett, einen großen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player und einen eigenen Balkoneingang. Mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer verbunden ist ein persönliches Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einem Flachbild-TV / DVD-Kombination und hat auch einen eigenen Eingang zum zweiten Badezimmer. Das dritte und letzte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett, wobei das untere ein Doppelbett ist. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt auch über einen Flachbild-TV mit eingebautem DVD-Player. Dieses Gerät ist auch mit einer vollwertigen gestapelten Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Alle Böden in dieser Wohnung sind entweder Keramikfliesen oder Holz und es gibt Deckenventilator im gesamten. Der Balkonbereich verfügt über einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen sowie zwei Liegestühlen zum Entspannen. Diese Wohnung bietet auch Internet / Wifi-Zugang und einen ausgewiesenen Parkplatz.

Reviewer Comments: went with my family, including 3 children, and we had a great time, however some guests were staying a few floors up, had a small child that threw things off the balcony including beer cans, cigarette lighter, pill bottle full of amphetamines, and 2 beach balls. no one picked anything up so my son and dau in law cleaned it up and tossed the pills. anyone could have gotten them out of the bottle and OD'd. some of the beer cans were still partially full. no security anywhere the entire time we were there so no one to report it to, the name on the pill bottle was ethan bruner and the rx was focalin xr 15 mg along with benadryl 50 mg added

Nice and roomy.

Had a nice visit although they weren’t prepared for us to arrive. No bed sheets for the third bedroom and not enough towels , no TP and no kitchen towel/ cloth. Housekeeping brought what we need as we played in the pool. All is good!

Girls Trip

Five girls, read elderly if you must, stayed for 7 nights and one just had to stay an additional 2 nights. We had a wonderful time even when the weather didn't want to cooperate. So glad there is beach service in Ft Morgan now and the Indies pool is fabulous. We love the less crowded beach and there is no other place as nice as the Indies. Can't wait to return.

Great stay except for construction

Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Great location and easy checkin and checkout. Great access to beach! Only downside was construction that was supposed to be done was not and of course was happening right outside our balcony so we didn’t always have access to balcony.

Beautiful & relaxing, will do it again soon!!!

We loved the property, the interior was beautiful and fun looking, the walk to beach was nice, the kitchen was great, was our first time doing some cooking on vacation, washer and dryer came in handy, not sure if kids tv was for dvds only but we didn’t care, we were on vacation and going to have a blast! Bathrooms were big and great!!! The view from the 6th floor balcony made me smile... Can’t wait to go again!!!

Plumbing problems

Our 3 children and their families came to celebrate 4th of July. We were told at registration there were 2 car tags with 3 br and if parking was available, they could park in lot. Sunset properties mgr said, since we rented through VRBO, one car tag could be purchased and 2 children would need to park at the office. The kitchen sink side with disposal stayed stopped up and didn't work. Appeared to have grease poured in drain. We were afraid to use dishwasher since sink and toilets had issues. Toilets didn't flush first time. We have enjoyed staying at the Indies for many years. This was first time with these issues. Hopefully, the owner of condo will be made aware of rental issues with Sunset Properties and drainage issues. Thank you.

The Hopkins love Fort Morgan.

Over all nice condo but better cleaning is needed. We found hair in the kitchen between plates and silver in need of cleaning. The floors had sand around yes it's the beach but should be cleaned better between uses. That's why we pay cleaning fees. Otherwise everyhing worked as it should. We were disapointed to find the pool and hot tub closed due to this virus and construction.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was horrible. We found out through another source that construction was going on at our building five days before our vacation. All places were booked. Th way would only give a 10% discount. Had no use of balcony some days. We were waken each morning at 6:45 with drilling and hammering.

I am so sorry that you were not aware of the construction earlier. We posted it on our website, but you had made the reservation in January and we were not aware of the construction at that time. Unfortunately, we have no control over the building repairs. The HOA makes those decisions. I certainly hope that you will come back once the construction is complete.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in time was 4 pm, however, when we got there, they were still cleaning so we had to wait about an hour to an hour and half to get into the unit. Some of the dishes weren't cleaned properly, they had food still stuck on them, the toaster was dirty and had crumbs all around it, the kitchen faucet leaked, the garbage disposal didn't work, the floor leading to one of the bathrooms the board was sticking up a little, the sliding door rubber at the top was hanging which made it hard to pull the sliding door to balcony open, they only left a half of roll of tissue in each bathroom. I took pictures of it all upon arrival. The location was good, only a short walk to the beach and the view was nice. For those reasons, I am giving it 2 stars.

I am so sorry that you had issues during your stay in Indies 608. We do state in the contract that housekeeping could be as late as 5:00, especially now with the COVID19. Our cleaners are taking extra time to clean and sanitize each property after each guest departure, so naturally, check in times may be a little later. I know our guests appreciate the extra cleaning as we deal with this pandemic. Did you call or email our office about these issues? We would gladly have sent housekeeping to take care of the dishes & toaster and maintenance to take care of the other things. We welcome communication with our guests so we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I hope you will come back and stay with us again.

I love hearing from our guests about making memories while at the beach! Pictures fade, but memories last a lifetime! Come back and stay again and make some new memories!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our beach vacation was wonderful. We all needed a break from things at home and we enjoyed every minute of it. We love Ft Morgan because it’s not as crowded as other beach locations. Our grandchildren could play on beach without any worries. Condo located a short distance from beach. We drove down and walked rest of the way. Beach always clean and nice. Management always very nice and extremely helpful. This is our 3rd stay at the Indies and will not be the last! Love it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Indies 608 and also out at Ft Morgan. Don't let the drive into town deter you. This is an awesome condo with a terrific view. The area is absolutely breathtaking. And no traffic noise. We will definately be back. An evening drive into town for ice cream or dinner was not an issue at all.
