A fantastic villa!!

We had our second stay in this beautiful villa and once again, we had the most amazing holidays. Its location is second to none for people who are looking for a peaceful, calm and private environment. All the bedrooms are large and have their own en-suite bathroom. Our children felt at home in this villa and they loved the swimming pool. Brahim and his wife are fantastic, kind and very professional. They looked after us so well and our holidays would not have been as good without their help. If you decide to rent this villa, do ask the owner "Bruno" to include a chef in the price. Rajita is a fantastic cook, incredible kind and always eager to please. The landlord, Bruno and his wife Sylive are lovely people and will do all they can to make your stay the most comfortable possible. They are very professional and trustworthy so you have nothing to worry about if you decide to book their villa. Essaouira is only a short 10 mins drive where there are plenty of things to do. We loved our family holidays in this villa and we can't wait to come back again for the third time!!

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht: Es ist sehr groß, sehr angenehm, ruhig, bequem und sauber, wie . Alles ist vorhanden, um eine angenehme Zeit dort zu verbringen. Das Swimmingpool ist riesig. Das Haus ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Stadt Essaouira entfernt und liegt in einem kleinen Wald. Brahim kümmert sich um das Haus und hat uns sehr nett geholfen und mit guten Ratschlägen betreut. Seine Frau Rabiah hat auch köstliche marokkanische Spezialitäten für uns gekocht. Vielen Dank an beide! Wir können die Kasbah des Alizés wärmstens empfehlen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich beim Vermieter, Herr Drack, für die einwandfreie Organisation und Betreuung. Sabine & Thies

Quelques jours formidables à la Kasbah des Alizés !!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre petit sejour à la Kasbah des Alizees! Une tres belle maison, décoréee avec beaucoup de goût, la grande piscine et les terrasses invitant vraiment à la detente ! , et le jardin aux plantes multicolores est un vrai régal pour les yeus !!! !! Excellente communication avec M.Bruno avant et pendant notre sejour ! Merci ! Et bien sûr, comme beaucoup, nous remercions chaleureusement Brahim pour sa gentillesse et sa présence , sa disponibilité ainsi que Farah pour sa douyceur et les delicieux repas qu'elle nous préparés.

Amazing property would highly recommend

From the contact with Bruno to meeting Brahim to show us where the property was everything was effortless. I have not stayed anywhere quite so lovely as this, the property is completed to such a high standard. The pool and surroundings are excellent and the Berber tent in the garden was the icing on the cake. Would never have found the house if Brahim hadn’t led us there!!! We had a fiat Punto and it just about made it down the track. We didn’t want to leave. My boys went quad biking with Palma Quad who were highly professional unlike some of the other companies we saw. Would go back in a heartbeat and we were sad to say goodbye to Brahim. 100% recommend staying here,

Excellent! A wonderful villa and highly recommended!

We spent one week in this fabulous villa. We are a family of four adults and enjoyed staying in this very stylish and spacious holiday home. Everything has been designed carefully and we were impressed with the furnishings, and particularly the lighting, indoors and outdoors. The pool is large and the grounds are spacious with different eating and seating areas. The caretaker, Brahim, and his wife were very helpful and courteous and looked after us during our stay. They are very discreet, but available if you need them. Brahim’s wife cooked for us on two evenings and the food was delicious and plentiful. The owner, Bruno, has been extremely helpful with information and made the whole booking process straightforward and simple. We would love to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it. Thank you.

Fantastic villa

In May 2018, we (group of seven; grand parents, children and grand children) had a lovely time in Kasbah des Alizes. Nice temperature, blue skies, windy and cold in the evenings. The villa is very large, tastefully decorated and romantic with the nice ligthning. Large living and eating room with kitchen adjacent. Four bedrooms, or in fact four small appartments. Master bedroom has doors to the terrace. Three bedrooms/appartments have doors to the court, two of them with the bathroom and small room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs, the third one with everything on the ground flour. One critical remark, the beds are short (190 cm). Entrance to the large swimming tool can be closed, which is great with young children. Nice places to sit, great barbecue. Garden is mainly nice for the view, it is not suitable for walking. It attracts nice birds. We were lucky to have Brahim and his wife around. They take care of the villa, are very pleasant, discrete and helpful. The communication with Brahim, in French, was very easy. At the extra costs of a bit more than €100/week, the daughter in law of Brahim took care of the preparation of our meals. You certainly need a car because the villa is quite isolated. Bruno arranged our car rental, the car was brought to the villa the morning after our arrival. We were glad that Bruno had arranged our airport pick-up (1000 dirham) because (1) we arrived late and driving in the dark is not recommendable and (2) the last 500 meters, leaving the road to Safi, are bad road and hardly to find in the dark. It is about 15 minutes drive to Essaouira, and only 10 minutes to the Carrefour supermarket. The communication with Bruno, prior to our stay, was very pleasant, correct and effective. Thanks! We certainly recommend renting Kashbah des Alizes; hopefully we have the chance ourselves one day!

A véritable havre de paix

Si vous cherchez un endroit pour faire le vide pendant les vacances et dans une magnifique villa, alors ne cherchez pas plus loin. La propriété est splendide et peut accueillir une grande famille. Elle se situe à 10 minutes d'Essaouira ce qui la vie plus facile tout en restant assez loin des touristes. Nous avons passé une super semaine et si même il y a certaines petites choses vieillissantes, cela ne gêne en aucun cas les vacances et la beauté de la villa. Mr Barhim qui est le gardien est très discret et il a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Je recommande cette villa sans aucune réserve.

Notre second séjour nous a permis d'apprécier à nouveau cette maison belle et paisible où nous avions déjà nos repères. Nous avons apprécié l'espace et la conception du lieu qui permet a la fois une totale indépendance et une grande convivialité avec des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs bien pensés. Une luxuriante nature nous entoure dans ce lieu privilégié qui est proche des commodités où Brahim notre gardien et son épouse Arbia étaient toujours attentifs à notre confort. Un magnifique " Havre de paix"

La Kasbah est vraiment spacieuse, magnifique, bien entretenue et très confortable. Elle a vraiment du Cachet!!. C'est un véritable havre de paix, où l'on y apprécie la tranquillité, la beauté du paysage (de jour comme de nuit). La piscine est suffisamment grande et bien entretenue quotidiennement.Un grand merci à Brahim et sa femme qui ont été très discrets et d'une grande gentillesse. cette maison est vraiment à recommander à tous vos amis et à tous vos proches. A gorgeously designed house

Amazing layout, and interior style, doesn't feel like an artificial structure, but rather an authentic Moroccan experience without the typical heavy handed design you see in all the other houses around here. Great pool. And very attentive staff.

On a trouvé le Paradis Marocain

Dix jours de pur bonheur et de vrai détente ! La Kasbha est juste parfaite, spacieuse, bien placée car à 10 minutes de la Medina, des spots de Kite et de nombreuses autres merveilles ! Bruno à parfaitement répondu à mes différentes demandes avant notre arrivée et une fois sur place, la relève est assurée par Brahim, qui connaît parfaitement la Villa et nous a mis en relation avec des gens de toute confiance : taxis / location de voitures / ballades en dromadaires / sorties typiques et loin des sentiers battus...et pour la maison, parfait traducteur pour nous aider à communiquer avec notre cuisinière, mais aussi parfait technicien lors de petits soucis d'eau chaude ou autres...bref, ce petit joyau mérite le détour ! N'hésitez pas une seconde !!!

Fantastic Villa

Our holiday was one of the most fantastic holidays of the last years. The house was even more then we expected. The large bedrooms, the bathrooms, the space in the living room... Our children spent a lot of time in the very large pool and we enjoyed the silence of the surroundings. The team (Brahim and his wife and Zubida, the cook) was outstanding. Une maison comme un palais!

Nous avons passez une très belle semaine au Kasbah des Alizés. La maison est magnifique(!), grande et propre. Monsieur Brahim et sa femme qui s'occupe du propriété son très gentille et sympa. Sur la terrasse on peut se reposer sous un abris du vent agréable. La piscine est grande et fantastique! Une demeure trés tranquille et pas loin d'Essaouira pour faire du surfing, des courses, ... . Vraiment recommandé!!!

Kasbah merveilleuse

Kasbah très spacieuse, belle, propre et confortable. Elle a à 10 minutes du centre dans la campagne, un calme très agréable après les promenades à la médina. Brahim et sa femme sont au petit soin et d une grande gentillesse. Vous pouvez louer ou recommander cette kasbah en toute confiance, les grands hôtels n ont rien à envier !

"Un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit au calme, en pleine campagne mais à proximité d''Essaouira. Une façon parfaite de partir à plusieurs, tout en ayant la possibilité d''avoir de l''intimité : petits appartements indépendants, terrasses, patio, etc..Brahim, le gardien et sa femme sont aux petits soins, tout en étant extrêmement discrets. Une adresse à communiquer à ses meilleurs amis!!"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Kasbah des Alizés qui peut accueillir jusqu''à 8 adultes + 2 enfants. Idéale pour des vacances au calme en famille ou entre amis Aussi bien BRAHIM le gardien que FATIMA la cuisinière étaient parfaits (disponibles, agréables, prévenant, de bon conseil, etc...) Encore un grand merci. Nous recommandons à tous cette magnifique villa Attention : une voiture est indispensable "

"Cette villa qui devrait ...

"Cette villa qui devrait plutôt poorté le nom de petit palais est exceptionnelle aussi bien au niveau archi qu' au niveau déco. Le personnel est très sympa, disponible et très discret à la fois.Le cadre est magnifique, retiré en pleine campagne tout en étant à 10 min à peine en voiture d'Essaouira. En un mot, que du positif et des souvenirs plein la tête."
