We're so glad you had a wonderful experience at Moose Creek #10! This property and our other Moose Creek Townhomes are perfect for anyone who wants a spacious well-appointed luxury home with a private hot tub, and the convenient access to the Moose Creek Chairlift is great during ski season. The bunks in the 3rd bedroom may not be ideal for couples, but they make it a great choice for families who are travelling with children or people who need more beds. Moose Creek #10 is an excellent property for skiers in the winter who want a spacious townhome right next to the ski lift, and we're thrilled that you enjoyed your stay there. Moose Creek 10 is also perfect for summer visitors who are planning to visit Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone, and it has easy access to the hiking trails at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort right outside your front door, so we hope you'll be able to join us in summer season in the future. I wanted to provide some updates based on your helpful constructive feedback on some of the issues you experienced during your stay. Although all of our properties come stocked with cooking equipment and utensils so that you can make full use of the kitchen, sometimes drinking glasses disappear or break over time. Based on your feedback, we added additional drinking glasses to this property today. Winter 2020/2021 has been incredibly snowy at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, which is great for skiing, but all that snow has led to a few icing issues on sunny March days this year after some of the snow starts to melt and refreeze. The Moose Creek Homeowners Association is responsible for snow/ice removal on walkways and patios, and they are already working to make sure that the snow removal contractors pay extra attention to deck shoveling and icing next winter to avoid any similar issues. We do include propane for free on properties with gas grills, and our team can bring new tanks for guests when propane runs out, but I'm very sorry that our team apparently did not check the propane on this grill before your arrival. Our housekeeping team has a detailed checklist when inspecting properties, and their checklist includes checking the propane tanks, but we have reminded our team to never miss the propane tank check, so that our guests always arrive with enough propane to use the grill. Normally, our guests can expect to have enough propane, and we'll always deliver more upon request. We hope you'll be able to come back to Jackson Hole soon, and our in-house maintenance and housekeeping teams are always happy to help with any issues that guests experience during their visit!
