The place was beautiful. It is in an excellent location for our youngest to try out skiing for the first time and for the parents and grandma to ski the limited runs open - we just needed more snow! George was a wonderful host. He contacted me very quickly when we had a question about housekeeping and the dishwasher.

Birthday celebration in the mountains

We had a great time. The property is beautiful. The rooms were just as pictured. Clean, cozy, stocked kitchen, and amazing beds. You are treated just like a guest of the hotel, but pay less. The host was so nice and accommodating.

Perfect location in Beaver Creek area

A lovely, spacious suite in a beautiful resort! I love the Bachelor Gulch location surrounded by hiking trails. The spa is just around the corner from the suite and it was so nice to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge a couple times a day! Would definitely go back next time I’m in the area!!

Great place and a great location

The unit was very spacious and had a great layout. It has 3 balconies with great views. It is also very close to the spa and the lobby. I would highly recommend this unit. The owner was great to deal with as well.

Beautiful place to stay!

Service is fantastic. Views can’t be beat. Loved that it was not in either Beaver Creek or Vail village. But so close and easy. 5 out of 5!

A superb hotel. And the location could not be more perfect.

A great property and this suite is exceptional! Three balconies, two fireplaces and even the sleeper sofa is incredible. This is the best suite in the hotel with expansive valley views. The hotel charges a parking fee charged by the hotel but the prices charged by the owner for this suite more than make up for it.

Wonderful property in an amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton. From the lifts to the ski valet, the spa and the restaurants, everything was really convenient. The pictures of the property do not reflect the updates that have happened in the unit. We will be back!

Home Away From Home

Wonderful week at the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch. This unit was perfect for my husband and I and our college age son and friend. Everything we needed was there and the living space worked out terrific. The owner was super responsive for any of our questions. We always enjoy our stay at the Ritz.

Birthday trip!

The unit was lovely, (with the exception of one of the main kitchen light bulbs being out snd maintenance said it was an electrical problem that they could not fix), but from the time we arrived our unit was treated like it was invisible. We were finally taken to our room 1 hour after all of the other guests were checked in. We had to beg, argue and be down right demanding to get housekeeping to come to our room. We were promised twice daily service but got service just a couple of times during our 4 night stay. We were never given an explanation why we couldn’t get housekeeping but when we were waiting hours to be the last to check in one of the people at the front desk said “ you booked your room through an outside party, right?” Clearly any of these such units are last on the service list or better yet, it appeared the housekeeping staff were told not to worry about servicing our room at all. The host was very accommodating prior to our trip but needs to be aware of how this VRBO unit is treated by the hotel and it’s staff.

Wonderful Week With Family!

We recently returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at this property. We've stayed at the hotel before but this was our first time to stay through VRBO and we look forward to working with George again for a future stay. There were three adults and one child, (5 years old) and we had plenty of space between the two bedrooms and living room. And it was so convenient to have a full kitchen! We loved having access to all of The Ritz amenities and enjoyed the beautiful property. Thanks, George!
