Dieses komplett renovierte untere Dorf im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine große Veranda mit wunderschönem Meerblick und Ekahis 34 Hektar großen tropischen Gärten. Es hat einen Gasgrill und einen Lanai-Tisch für 6 Personen. Es liegt abseits der Straßen, so dass Sie hören können, dass das Meer nicht verkehrt.

Genießen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang von 2 Minuten zu Ekahis großem Hauptpool, Pavillon und Strand oder erfrischen Sie sich im angrenzenden ruhigen Pool! Es gibt 4 Pools auf dem Grundstück! Es gibt einen einfachen Zugang zum 3 km langen 'Wailea Walk' am Meer. Sie können auch zu Fuß zu einigen der schönsten Hotels auf Maui gehen und die Restaurants, Aktivitäten am Meer und andere Annehmlichkeiten genießen, darunter Schnorcheln, Tauchen, Kajak- und Segelbootverleih.

Great Stay! Excellent property.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Super clean, close to all the shops/restaurants, easy walk to the pool and beach. The pool is great, large pavilion area with kitchen and direct access to beach. Murphy bed was comfortable and so easy for our 9 year old. We can have the tv up and bed ready in under 60 seconds :) Can’t go wrong here…everything is available in unit. Outside of having a few additional hand towels, it was a perfect stay.

Perfect Location

We love the Wailea area and beaches and this is a perfect location to access the beaches for long leisurely walks, especially at sunset. The accommodations were very nice and the patio was spacious with a great view of the ocean. The grounds are well maintained and quite safe. This condo was everything and more than we expected from the listing.

Comfortable Condo with an excellent view and short walk to pool and beach

Would book this same condo again; we traveled with our family (6 adults and 7 kids) and this place had enough room for the grandchildren to enjoy a movie or play on the lawn right outside the lanai. We booked three condos, and we felt that this one was had "it all" with grills right across the lanai and an additional pool steps away.

This place has been remodeled top to bottom with high quality furnishings. We enjoyed our stay at Wailea Ekahi 1B! We treated this space with the upmost respect (as if it were our own). I hope other vacationers do the same as the unit was beautiful!

Paradise home away from home

Comfortable one bedroom unit. kitchen well stocked, two full baths a plus. We really enjoyed the views while sitting on the lanai looking at the ocean, palm trees and lush gardens. Pools we’re enjoying with ocean views. Thanks Dan we will return.

Fantastic Hawaii Christmas

Our stay for family of 4 could not have been better. The condo is extremely well designed to make use of the space. Comfortable beds and furniture and a kitchen with everything you need. Wonderful views from the lanai. Dan was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. Hope we have the good fortune to stay here again.

Beautiful Wailea location

We enjoyed our stay at 1B. Condo was clean and easy to access. Plenty of parking. Main pool and BBQs are down the hill w easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the "quiet" pool close to the condo as it is not as warm as the main pool and it's deep too - up to 7 ft deep. Easy beach and boardwalk access to get to some of our favorite restaurants - .5-1 mile walk. We would love to return to this location.

Great up dated condo

We have stayed at ekahi village many times and are always happy we did. Unit 1B was great. Easy access to walk to shopping and both swimming pools. The condo was really clean and also well put together. The owners you can tell take good care of there unit. Can’t wait to go back

Wailea/Kihei has the top restaurants on Maui. Ekahi complex is one of the top developments in the area with a couple of the top golf courses nearby. The top weather in Maui is here. You can't top it!

Paradise in Wailea!

Beautiful and spacious condo. Well appointed and maintained. Loved the chaise and table on the lanai. Access to the beach is an easy walk but steep hill returning to the condo. Not a problem for us. Pools are nice. Parking is easy. We will return. This is our second visit to this property.

Fun and Peaceful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Dan and Tere’s beautiful property! Everything was perfect . It was well appointed with easy access to both Weilea and Kihei, plus the view was great and it was close to the beach and pools. Everything in the unit worked as it should and the Murphy bed was a plus, which was a comfortable place for my two children to sleep. The grounds were immaculate and we enjoyed spending time on the Lanai. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our stay at Ekahi.

Quality resort condo with peaceful ocean view

We have stayed in Wailea Ekahi many times over the years and this was the best condo of all. Very quiet and peaceful with excellent quaiity furnishings and appliances. Beach toys. chairs, umbrella, etc. were all included. Would stay there again. Even a Murphy bed in the living room, which we didn't use.

Great rental for our family

This was the second time we stayed at this property. Both visits we’ve had a great time. The layout works well for our family of 4 with two younger kids (10 and 7) and the condo is well kept and clean. From the well-equipped modern kitchen, to the living space, master bedroom, two good-sized bathrooms, washer and dryer, TVs, AC, nice spacious and private lanai, view of the ocean, and pool right across from the unit, it really has everything we could ask for. It is a short walk to the main pool and the beach and just a great place for us to relax and enjoy ourselves while in beautiful Maui.

Renew and Refresh

Ekahi 1B is the ideal base for a wonderful vacation. It is very nicely located a short walk up from the main pool and the beach, and just across the road from a quiet neighborhood pool. The unit is very nicely decorated, the mattresses are comfortable and firm, and everything is spotless. When we had questions, both the property manager and the owner were fast to respond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other people who have never before experienced the magic that is Maui.

We have been traveling to Maui since the mid-90's and since retiring in 2007 we have spent a lot of time enjoying Maui. We bought 1B in 1999 and 1A next door (VRBO# 622244) in 2005. We know a lot about Maui and hope to share our suggestions to make your visit a most enjoyable one. We have hosted groups of our family in 1A & 1B and found places and activities for a wide variety of interests and ages.

We think Wailea is the best location on Maui and that Ekahi Village provides the best oceanfront facilities for the price. The ocean front pool and pavilion provides refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and ovens, an industrial ice maker, ice and chilled water dispenser and large charcoal grill. Ekahi is a friendly property and the sunset cocktail banter among guests is about best beaches, restaurants and golf.

Our condo is across the driveway from a 'Quiet' pool, ideal for reading. Building 1 is away from the streets and enjoys the sound of the ocean - not traffic. The 1st floor makes it easier to bring in luggage. beach gear or shopping bags and provides a larger lanai area for whale, boat or ocean watching. Having our Unit 1A (VRBO# 622244) next door makes them ideal for family get aways in paradise
