We had a great start in this unit. It had everything we needed our wanted. We especially appreciated the ice chest, beach chairs and cart. The directions are accurate and made it easy to find and access. It's a really comfortable lay out and beautifully styled. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and the ocean view was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying at this property and plan to be back. We love the location, view and the overall unit. The communication through VRBO is non-existent but we found the property management to be very responsive.

A beautiful stay in paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect location, was fully stocked with beach gear and a wagon and had everything we could have needed for our 12 day stay in Kihei. Hosts were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would love to stay again!

Great Fall Getaway

Had a great stay in 201A. View was terrific. Loved the upper pool area with the waterfall and pebble bottom hot tub. Condo was clean and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

the condo was very clean, had a lot of nice amenities. the second story loft made the whole place feel very spacious. the beach and the raft touring harbor are both very close for convenient access. highly recommend!

Lovely condo, great view, amazing location!

Pictures don’t do this property justice! The area is perfect for families… close to shopping in Wailea, great beaches for snorkeling and so many fantastic restaurants. The condo has been recently renovated and very clean. The ocean view didn’t disappoint! We loved every minute and can’t wait to visit again!!

A piece of paradise

Wake up to the sound of birds and a beautiful ocean view. Just minutes from the ocean and restaurants, this condo has everything you need for a great stay in Maui. The condo is well equipped. The only thing missing is a shade on the balcony to block some of the afternoon sun.

Gorgeous condo across from Kamaole Beach III

So glad we stayed in this second/top-floor condo unit. Interior is updated and modern. Very nice upstairs loft-bedroom with king bed, main floor bedroom with queen bed, pull-out couch in living area with very comfy bed too. Everything was clean. Great to have beach & snorkel gear stored in a closet on the deck. Incredible views of the water and sunset. Easy parking and entry. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location & fully stocked space

The accommodation was great and communication in advance was very thorough. However, I wasn’t sure how to contact the property owners/manager; I couldn’t reach them through VRBO communication channel to confirm some of the supplies onsite before we arrived, or during to inform them of some of the lights that were burnt out. But otherwise great location and nice to have a kitchen and all the beach supplies provided.

Lovely sunset views from the deck.

The place suited my son and I perfectly. Our only complaint is that the kitchen was overstocked with cooking items (2 sets of pots and pans, 2 knife blocks) and the cupboards had not been organized with like items together. This is probably because that is not a job for the housekeepers, and with successive tenants, the cupboards have become jumbled.

One very small suggestion would be to plumb in the ice maker in the freezer.

This Review is for “Maui Kamaole” #A-201

Two weeks before our arrival date we were notified that the unit we had rented at “Maui Sunset” suffered water damage and was no longer available for our dates. Rentals Maui found two other options available for our dates and placed a 48 hour hold on them while we decided if we wanted to stay at either of them. We chose to stay at Maui Kamaole and we’re not disappointed! The condo was clean and well equipped. the beds were very comfortable and had several different pillows to choose from. The view is gorgeous from this unit and had a nice lanai to sit on. We also loved having our own designated parking spot directly outside the condo. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped. Thank you to Rentals Maui for finding this gem for us!

We started with 2 condo's, one for us one for our adult children. Now we rent 3, one for each family. There are 10 of us now. The rentals are all different each year some old and run down some refreshed. The only complaint is ALL the rules, especially the pool rules. It can be a NO fun place. It is a good thing we all enjoy the beach.

Modern condo, walk to beach

Condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. This complex is up a hill slightly from the beach area itself so a 5-7 minute walk to get to the water, another 5 to get to sandy spot to plop on the beach. Quiet. Nice grounds. Only issue was one AC unit wasn’t working during our whole 5 day stay and couldn’t be fixed while we were there. Maui Rentals was quick to try and get it looked at but alas couldn’t fix it while we were there. AC worked meh otherwise. Very loud window units. I suspect most folks don’t use AC much here. Nice amenities with use of boogie boards and beach chairs. Pretty view from balcony but slightly obscured by foliage.
