Great Central location

Casa Lilla is situated mid point between everything. You have the historic area and the sea and restaurants, clothing stores etc all within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Shopping for food is easy with three supermarkets, one big and two small, quite close. If you aren't driving the walk up the hill with your groceries or your suitcase can be a bit of a strain but worth it. The apartment is spacious though minimally furnished but comfortable and clean and quite. And the the view is lovely. Overlooking gardens of fruit trees over the rooftops so at a distance you see the sea. Marco couldn't be nicer! Happy to help and very responsive. He speaks good english which was useful when needed. Отличный отдых в Casa Lilla

Светлая идеально чистая квартира,замечательное местоположение в историческом центре города и при этом всего 15 минут до пляжа.Электроприборы и сантехника всё прекрасно работает,на кухне есть абсолютно всё для приготовления пищи.В пяти минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет Primavera.Приветливый хозяин Marco ежедневно помогает своим жильцам советами по по отдыху. По прибытию нас ждала бутылка вина, что особенно приятно! Спасибо Marco наше пребывание в Террачине было отличным!

Appartement très bien situé

La location est très bien située, dans un quartier très sympathique, tout près du centre historique et la plage est accessible à pied. L'appartement est confortable et suffisamment équipé. Le propriétaire est bien organisé et attentif. Une fois notre voiture garée dans la rue, nous avons fait le choix de ne plus la déplacer car les places disponibles sont rares.

Amazing vacation in Terracina!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the lovely city of Terracina. I can't give enough praise to Marco and his cozy apartment, strategically located within just 3 minutes of the historic old town, the market and the intercity bus stop. The beach is pretty close as well! Marco always goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are having the greatest time: he prepared snacks for our arrival and recommended us some nice and scenic villages to visit nearby. He always replied whenever we had questions. Overall, I would easily recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend a great time in Terracina!

Cordialità e ottima accoglienza

Posto tranquillo e bello a pochi metri dal mare; ambiente nuovo, perfettamente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Siamo state ben accolte da Marco che è una miniera di informazioni e consigli utili, ci ha ospitato con cura, gentilezza, cortesia e simpatia... siamo state molto bene!

Comfortable airy and bright.

The location is perfect. A quiet apartment in the charming historic section.The windows in the living room have an unobstructed view over the town towards the sea. Situated midway between the old square and the main commercial area of Piazza Garibaldi and Piazza della Repubblica. Cafes and shops, supermarkets, vegetable shops, restaurants and the seafront all within a ten or fifteen minute walk. To top it off Marco is a really nice person, helpful and responsive and speaks english well.

In the centro storico of Terracina

Delightful and helpful host makes you feel welcome and at home in lovely Terracina. The flat is superbly located to reach everything. The flat is clean, quiet, and comfortable. All transportation and food stores are nearby so a car is not necessary if you prefer not to drive. Many places to dine out as well are close to the flat. Terracina is lovely, the sandy beaches are beautiful, and this flat is an affordable and perfect place to call home. Thanks for everything! Will

Great apartments with great position

These apartments are especially for those travelers who want to enjoy the sea and at the same time do not feel like you're staying in the usual seaside tourist resort. The atmosphere of the old town, the neighborhood with the locals, stunning sunsets from the window, the sea breeze, and even the local cats serenaded the morning ;)) left vivid impressions of the time spent and the desire to return again. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay, bright, no need for air conditioning, even in hot weather. I would like to mention the excellent location - proximity to the beach, main street with shops, restaurants and bars (go down a couple of meters). Major highways are also close by, we were always comfortable to leave and to travel all around the neighborhood (highly recommend the beaches of Sabaudia). Marco is very hospitable and helpful host. Thanks again for all your advice and assistance!!! The apartments have many tourist information for planning your trip. Our family remember the time spent in Terracina with the warmth and nostalgia and wish to return again.

Wonderful apartment in very good place

I and my husband were on holiday in Terracina from 10 to 21 September, 2015. The weather was very nice, warm water. We liked very much our apartments – lots of light and space, stylish, nice view from the window to the see and town. Very comfortable location: 10-15 min. by walk to the beach along beautiful road, 5 min. to the archeological center 5 min. to the market with fresh fish/meat/vegs and private green glossaries, 7 min. to big supermarket “Primavera”, one more fish market and fish stores located along channel. One of the best pizzeria just very close to our place. First 3 days we lived in big apartment “Casa Mario“ and the rest - in smaller “Casa Lilla“.Big apartment we liked especially for their great space and elegancy, though those smaller fitted really very well to us. We were happy even to walk up the hill (about 200 meters) when we come back from the beach or center. For us that was good gym as a compensation of lots of eaten delicious ice-creams in “PUPA” and “Ferrari” coffees. Our apartments’ owner is very nice, reliable, intelligent and careful. If we ever come to Terracina again, we are going to book the same apartment only. Marco, thank you very much for everything!

Великолепно! Great!

Замечательная, уютная квартира для 2-3 человек. Окна выходят на разные стороны, поэтому в квартире в жару свежо. На окнах москитные сетки (нет назойливых насекомых). Все необходимое есть. До моря 7-10 мин неторопливым шагом. Рядом пиццерия, аптека, кафе, продуктовый магазин, рынок, а мороженое.... Рекомендую Pupo :) нам с дочкой все очень понравилось. Пляжи сказочные. Марко душевный, отзывчивый человек. Уже хочу вернуться. Великолепное место. Wonderful, comfortable apartment for 2-3 persons. Exposure to the different parties, so the apartment is fresh in the heat. The windows are mosquito nets (no annoying insects). All you need is there. To the sea 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Near pizzeria, pharmacy, cafe, grocery store, market, and ice-creem...I recommend cafe Pupo :) my daughter liked it very much. The beaches are fabulous. Marco sincere, sympathetic person. Already I want to go back. Great place.

Квартира замечательная: просторная, чистая, уютная. Обстановка стильная. Расположение квартиры отличное: недалеко до моря, до исторических мест, до ресторанов и магазинов. Марко - гостеприимный, доброжелательный и отзывчивый хозяин. Всегда готов прийти на помощь, подсказать и объяснить. Были трудности с парковкой авто, не всегда удавалось найти место недалеко от дома, но это повсеместно в Италии в августе, как мы поняли. Очень рекомендую!

"lovely spacious apartmen...

"lovely spacious apartment. ideal location, between historic and modern parts of the city, the children went to buy milk on the Via Appia)) ... Next - the best pizzeria in Terracina! to the sea - 15 minutes walking distance, past the cafes and magazinov.Parking under the window. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, washing machine. Cleaning is not provided, but there is a vacuum cleaner, and everything you need. Marco - accommodating and unobtrusive. In my opinion, the perfect apartment! the perfect place!"

"It was a WONDERFUL stay!...

"It was a WONDERFUL stay!!! We really enjoed the place: it was cosy, made with love and subtle Italian taste. The view was on the garden and mountains. The apartment was in a stone''s throw to the old town with its beautiful cathedral, nice cafee and gelateria. As for the internt - you can check e-mail and the weather but it''s impossible to skype :( Anyway Marco e-mails asking how you are and telling the weather-forecast) By the way it is very hard to find the place with ANY unternet connection at all! Every day we walked to the beach, returning with fresh sea-fruits for lunch and in the evening we often popped in to the nearest family pizzeria, where everything was cooked in the ancient oven on firewood. People there are nice and friendly, the ice-cream is delicious!"

Working as employee in Pharmaceutical Business, like to get in contact with international people in order to show beauty of the place where I have been living past 45 years, more than welcome to host you in this caratheristic apartment with a lot of history behind that recently 2009 has been rennovated personally by my father. The building used to be an old monastery that belonged to Catholic Church until 1955. From large windows you are able to see a real sunset over roof of different buildings.
