Unfortunately, Josephine neglected to share any of the above qualms above with me during or after her stay implored her to do. If she had, I could have rectified or explained most of the above, though I'm mystified but much of what she wrote. First off, Denver is a very marijuana-friendly city and I do allow outdoor smoking. The house is always thoroughly cleaned and ventilated between guests so I'm not sure how she detected such a smell. It's not uncommon to smell marijuana smoke in many parts of the city though I've never had anyone complain of it inside the home, let alone the towels of all things. Both fridges inside were cleaned prior to arrival. The one fridge is an older subzero fridge that's several years old so perhaps it didn't have the shiny new gleam that some unaccustomed to novel looking industrial style homes with character see as the ideal. Indeed, there is a large shade structure pergola and umbrella in the side yard and back yard. So yes, you will encounter sun in Denver but there are shaded areas in the yard. Had Josephine contacted me I could have told her how to use the pergola lights outdoors. Simply need to turn a dial. The entire exterior part of the house is lit with sconces on a timer. The garage Josephine is referring to was devoid of humans during her stay. Shades are always pulled while guests were on site. I do indeed have neighbors that can be seen from time to time. The air conditioner is a commercial style roof top with cylinder style open ducting as seen in photos. The roof unit was replaced a year ago. Never heard this air conditioner noise complaint in my ten years of doing business. Most seem to be happy that it blasts cold air in the hot summer. The fan speed on it can be adjusted though. In any case, I wish Josephine would have shared some her myriad complaints with me in real time, but alas some prefer leaving bad reviews to the possibility of solving problems. In the end, Josephine likely wasn't a great fit for this type of home or was unaccustomed to urban life.

Thanks for the solid review Jake. I live in the carriage house/garage apartment behind the house when guests are staying in main house. You have house and grounds to yourself though. You'll likely see me only upon your check in and to assist you if you have any problems or issues at all.
