The Villa overlooks a blue sea and a coast with an enchanting view. The villa has been TOTALLY RENOVATED in 2010 and is available for rent for groups of 10-14 people. From September to June it is possible to rent a single apartment for families of 6 or 7 people. In July and August it is possible to rent only the 2 apartments for groups of 12 or 14 people, the price of the rate refers to ONE APARTMENT. The villa is on two floors with 2 apartments connected by an internal staircase, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room-lounge both on the ground floor and on the first floor. The villa has been selected from the villas of the Palermo coast by RAI as a venue for television footage thanks to the welcoming interiors and the evocative exposure to the sea is carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, particularly suitable for families or groups of friends with children and teenagers intend to spend a week at the beach and reach it. Sant'Elia, a small fraction of the Municipality of Santa Flavia, is one of the most characteristic and picturesque basins of the entire province of Palermo, in the vicinity there are two small seaside villages Porticello and Aspra, and in a few minutes you can reach: Bagheria, Solunto, Cefalù e Monreale It has a hangar where there are: beach umbrellas, deckchairs, canoes and mattresses

Sicily paradise

We stayed at this luxury villa on the ocean, outside of Palermo. 10 of us, all family, loved our time together. We ate meals outside, played cards and swam in the beautiful ocean daily. I would highly recommend this villa to any of my friends!

Non consiglio questa proprietà per queste ragioni la prima no AC solo 3 su 6 la seconda il vicino dorme nella tua terrazza quindi dopo le 9 pm non si può fare rumore quindi addio cene al chiaro di luna la terza no carta igienica nelle toilette .Il proprietario dichiarava canoe invece inesistenti.La donna delle pulizie non si è presentata secondo accordi quindi il proprietario non a rispettato le nostre aspettative pagando anche una somma di denaro piuttosto alta e come Sicilano che ritorna nella propria terra mi vergogno

La mer méditerranée pour nous en bas de la terrasse avec une vue fantastique, les joies de la natation, du paddle, du canoë....une maison vaste et accueillante, bien équipée et aménagée, agréable et conviviale sans problème pour 14 personnes, les trésors de Palerme à moins de 30 minutes....Nous avons séjourné une première fois pendant l'été 2014 à santa Elia dans la villa d'Angela et Roberto . Nous nous y sommes tellement plu que nous y sommes revenus cet été ! Angela et Roberto sont très accueillants et charmants et entretiennent leur maison avec beaucoup de goût . Une fantastique adresse pour de vraies vacances alliant détente et culture.

Very nice villa

The villa has a beautiful localtion, right on the beach. Very clean, both inside and outdoors. A large house ideal for families wanting spending holiday together. We are very happy with the owners, they were helpful and very friendly all the time we spoke to them.

Thanks for good days in the villa. We spend a week with the hole family - 14 people in age 3 months to 68 years old. We had a really good time and a lot of space - and shadows in the sunny and warm weather. Our best recommendations!!!

I rented the villa to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. The Villa is spacious, confortable, well decorated and very private! Has three living rooms , two kitches and three terraces with stunning views. It is perfect for a large group: we were three families with kids and we were very confortable and never felt over crowded. The villa has direct acces to a tranquil strecth of beach with a beautiful transparent sea, that during weekdays was all to ourselves!! I had the pelasure to meet Miss Angela the owner a very delighfull person , always available to help with any request!

"The villa beautifully located with really direct access to the beach. Even in November we could bathe every day and the children played for hours at the beach. The villa is big enough and comfortable also for a large group (we were three families), clean and with all necessary equipment. It is an ideal base for tours to Palermo, Monreale etc."

"An amazing villa in a perfect setting. We (4 children, 2 teenagers, 6 adults)spend a lovely week in October. The 2 bunkbeds though were noisy and not suitable for a good nights sleep."

"La villa de Sant''Elia est formidable :il s''agit d''une grande maison au bord de l''eau, meublee avec beaucoup de gout et disposant de toutes les commodites. Sa situation pres de Palerme permet de visiter la partie Nord et Ouest de la Sicile. "I stayed in July 09 with my family and it was a wonderful stay. The house is huge and the comfort maximum with plenty of linen and nice table ware. Very easy access and facilities. But above all, the view is spectacular from the terrace and the sea at our feet with a very easy access to the beach. I would certainly recommend this house"
