Ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für Rom in sieben Tagen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mit dem Auto gut erreichbar außerhalb der Umweltzonen (ZTL). Auch vom Flughafen Rom-Fiumicino mittels Bus gut zu erreichen, ohne Umweg über Rom-Termini. Es war ein prima ruhig gelegener Ausgangspunkt, um mittels Metro oder Bus, die vielen Highlights zu erkunden. Wir nutzten ein 7-Tages-Ticket. Unsere Vermieterin hat uns schon frühzeitig mit vielen Infos und Links versorgt. Die online vorweg bestellten Eintrittskarten (Kollosseum, Vatikan) haben viel Wartezeit erspart. Im Supermarkt in der Nähe konnten wir uns mit allem Notwendigen für unsere Touren eindecken und das Auto auf der Straße einfach stehen lassen. Entweder waren wir Abends noch Essen oder haben uns selbst etwas gekocht. Die Kinder freuten sich über die vorhandene Spülmaschine.

Soggiorno da FAVOLA....

Ci tornerò anche insieme ai miei figli la casa è bellissima e grande molto pulita in una posizione tranquilla non lontano dalle mura vaticane e servita da mezzi pubblici per poter visitare Roma. La signora Eliana è di una cortesia infinita grazie ai suoi consigli abbiamo ottimizzato i tempi per visitare musei chiese e siti archeologici e come ho già detto ci tornerò e la consiglieró ai miei amici che vogliono andare a visitare Roma. trés bonne adresse

Nous avons sejourné avec nos 2 jeunes enfants. L'appartement est grand, propre et trés fonctionnel. C'est proche du centre de Rome et accessible par le métro qui n'est pas loin Adresse a conseiller Eliana est trés gentille disponible et multiconnectée (tel, mail, whatsapp..) Elle nous a bien orienté pour le séjour et bien reçu avec un beau gateau

Wonderful stay !

Our visit was limited but our experience was infinite! Eliana was an excellent host! She provided all the information we needed to visit stellar places in Rome, transport easily within the various options of transportation and provided a safe, clean and peaceful home. FANTASTICHE VACANZE ROMANE

Casa bellissima,spaziosa, pulita e completa di ogni cosa. La Sig.ra Eliana è una persona fantastica, gentile e sempre presente. Grazie a lei ed ai suoi consigli su orari, metro, bus e negozi abbiamo ottimizzato il nostro tempo e abbiamo visitato in maniera superba la città eterna. È stata una bellissima vacanza grazie ad Eliana e alla sua struttura. Ci ritorneremo e ovviamente alloggeremo ancora qui. Consigliato a famiglie con bambini.

La vita si è fatta stressante più che mai negli ultimi tempi e quando possiamo dedicarci una vacanza , anche breve , siamo desiderosi di goderla pienamente e speranzosi che tutto vada al meglio. Esperienza indimenticabile !

Magnifico appartamento molto spazioso e ben accessoriato. Ci siamo trovati proprio come a casa nostra ! L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli ed ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza oltre qualsiasi aspettativa. La proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre disponibile a rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo fuori dal traffico caotico di Roma ma al contempo molto centrale e ben collegato con bus e metro a qualsiasi luogo di interesse turistico . E' stato facile visitare questa meravigliosa città anche se solo per pochi giorni , ma torneremo senz'altro molto presto per vedere di più ! Grazie.

"Una casa così bella da rendere difficile il ritorno nella propria...! Molto confortevole, accessoriata ed elegante, certamente lontana dalla confusione della grande - eppur bellissima - città. "Apartement spacieux, bien équipée, bien située et conforme à la description de la propriétaire. Cette dernière a préparé pour les clients, un kit informatif sur les endroits touristiques à visiter, les moyens de transport etc ce qui a été très utile. Un ordi portatif est à la disposition des locateurs dans l'appartement ce qui repésente un élément positif additionnel.Le seul hic; un des sofa lit n'est pas confortable."

"De retour d'un séjour de 5 jours à Rome. L'appartement a de nombreux avantages : - parking gratuit très facile devant l'immeuble - Grande épicerie sympa à 200 mètres qui permet d'acheter tout ce dont on a besoin pour se faire un petit repas sympa après une longue journée de promenade Le métro est à 10-15 minutes à pied et nous avons toujours utilisé ce mode de transport très pratique. Que dire d'autre ? L'appartement est très bien équipé et, à notre arrivée, tous les détails qui font la différence étaient là : boissons, café, sel et poivre, ... La salle de bains est largement fournie en serviettes de toilette, ce qui évite de charger les valises. Et Eliana était là pour nous accueillir avec sourire..."

"Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento. Todo estaba muy limpio, la ropa de cama y las toallas muy limpias. No le falta ningun detalle para sentirse como en casa. Muy acogedor, amplio y cómodo. El entorno muy tranquilo y sin ruidos, muy soleado y luminoso. Hemos quedado encantados."
