Große gut ausgestattete Rancharthaus an einem schönen Cul-de-sac Straße in einer gepflegten Umgebung. Das kürzlich renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, einem 40-Zoll-HD-Smart-TV und einem eigenen Bad. Das zweite Zimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett. Das dritte Zimmer ist für alle Kinder, da diese Zimmer verfügt über ein voll / Twin / Twin-Combo-Rollbett, und ist in der Lage bis zu 4 zu schlafen! Dieses Zimmer hat einen Computer-Schreibtisch mit WLAN-Notebook-Computer und Drucker, um die Bordkarten ausdrucken. Bonus - Dieses Zimmer verfügt auch über einen 32-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Sony Playstation für Kinder, der zweifellos begeistert sein wird. Beide Gästezimmer teilen sich ein komplettes Cabana-Bad mit einer Außentür zum Pool. Das Haus ist voll mit hochwertigen Betten, Kissen und Bettwäsche versorgt. Der Waschraum ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner sowie Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ausgestattet, denn im Urlaub bügelt jeder gerne. Das Familienzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über einen 60-Zoll- und einen 48-Zoll-HD-Smart-TV. Zu Hause gibt es zwei Comcast-Receiver mit begrenztem Kabelfernsehen, Blue Ray DVD-Player / Videothek und Bluetooth-Soundbar, um Musik von Ihrem Laptop oder Smartphone zu hören. Im Haus gibt es keine Telefonleitung. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über vollständige Geräte und einen einfachen Zugang Pass-Through-Fenster auf die überdachte Terrasse und Pool-Deck. Die Außenterrasse verfügt über komfortable, gemütliche Möbel, die mit Loveseat, Clubsesseln, Tischen und Liegestühlen für die Sonne am Pool ausgestattet sind. Am Pool stehen auch ein 4-Sitzer-Tisch und ein Propan-Grill für Ihren frischen Fang bereit. Die professionell gepflegt in den Boden beheizten Pool ist die perfekte Möglichkeit, sich nach einem Tag auf dem Golfplatz entspannen. Es gibt eine Garage für 2 Autos mit Platz für Ihr Auto und Harley, während die Einfahrt groß genug ist, um in Ihre Mittelkonsole oder Ihr Prevost-Wohnmobil zu passen. (Ich halte meinen Ford-Truck am Ende der Einfahrt geparkt.) In der Garage ist ein Hochdruckreiniger, um nach dem im Salzwasser sein gewesen spülen Sie Ihre Boot. Highspeed-WLAN, komplettes Sicherheitssystem, Fahrräder mit Schlössern am Strand, Pack N Play-Reisebetten, Hochstühle, Kindersitze, Billardspielzeug, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandliegen, isolierte Getränkekühler, Brettspiele, Skimboards und Bootsboards verfügbar für Ihre Verwendung. The host was kind and answered my questions quickly. Love the open space and different rooms. We had the best king bed ever. We slept better than at home. We love the quiet neighborhood with big houses. Close to the beach we went to above Sound everyday. Lots of shells. And dog friendly.

Perfect Location, Perfect Home

Our 5-day stay at this beautiful home in Hobe Sound, FL was perfect (other than the rainy weather!). The home is spacious, as is the fenced back yard. We enjoyed the pool, and sitting outside relaxing in the shade. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, but it is convenient to anything you want to do.The whole home seems to have been recently remodeled, so everything is up to date. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped with ample plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. The neighbors are friendly - we talked to several when we walked our dog. We plan to return for a longer stay.

Nice home in nice neighborhood - relaxing getaway

The house was very nice, clean, and exactly as pictured. The beds, furniture and linens were good quality. Owners provided plenty of products for our week (paper towels, shampoo, lotion...) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill and store food. Plenty to do in Hobe Sound and nice beach closeby!

Fabulous Stay

This is our second time staying at Dave and Julie's home and it was even better than the first. They have done some remodeling inside as well as the pool. Kids (and adults) loved swimming in the pool where the water was warmer than the air - nobody wanted to come out! Location is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, but close to US1. The home is very clean and has all the amenities we needed and more. Dave is an outstanding host, responsive with perfect level of communication, making everything easy. We would definitely like to stay here again next time we are in the area. Thank you Dave and Julie!

We lived in Hobe Sound/Stuart many years ago, still have family that lives in the area. Lots of family time, the host was outstanding, the home was beautiful. We stayed at the house, grilling and played at the pool. Maybe went out to dinner 2 times with family.

We have stayed at numerous rental homes before but never had we experienced a home as nice, up to date, and clean as this one. Great home with everything you need and a super responsive and reasonable host. Experience Florida Living

We are exploring different parts of the country for potential relocation and wanted to experience Florida summer weather at a home near the beach with a pool. On paper this home checked all of our boxes and in person our expectations were more than met. Dave and Julie are very thoughtful hosts. The home is exactly as advertised, but more than that the home was been provisioned to ensure guests have everything they need to have a delightful stay in the area. The restaurant and entertainment suggestions were spot on. We'd definitely use this property again

Absolutely fantastic spot to stay

We can’t say enough about how perfect our visit was. We were traveling to Hobe Sound from California as babysitters of our 6-week old and 22-month old grandsons so our daughter and son-in-law ( traveling from BC) could attend her former college roommate’s wedding on Jupiter Island. Our location was TERRIFIC - about 10 minutes away from the bridge to the island venue - but beyond that, the beautiful home we stayed in accommodated our every need. The home is so comfortably appointed and is decorated in a very welcoming fashion that makes you feel like it’s YOUR home. We are a very tall family but the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms very spacious so each family group could have some “space” as they needed it. Beautiful shell beaches were a quick drive away - plenty of sand toys in the garage! - but there were bikes we could also use. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the few neighbors we saw in passing were friendly. The large yard and pool is a great size to run around and play/swim in as a change from the ocean. Even the pool toys were already inflated! Absolutely spotless overall and a fantastic kitchen. Prior to our visit, we had terrific, responsive communication from Dave and a welcome bottle of wine greeted us in our arrival. He also had a list of restaurant and activity suggestions that were extremely helpful. It was a very special, very precious time together and this lovely family home played a major role in creating what will be a treasured memory. We really hope to return again. It was just a fantastic stay, one that my husband categorically stated was the absolutely BEST VRBO experience we have had to date, and we’ve had some great ones. Many thanks to you and your family, Dave!!!

Great Location!

We stayed at Dave's place for a week, and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for us because it was halfway between my husband's parents home and his sister's home. The rental was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved sitting around the large island in the kitchen, swimming in the heated pool, and relaxing on the covered patio. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Florida

This place was so well stocked with the basics. We really appreciated not having to run to the store immediately for those things. The house was clean, neat and comfortable. Everything is well maintained. We enjoyed the pool. There is plenty of space to stretch out with a family room and a living room both with large sofas. There were notes left around for you so that any questions were answered before you even thought of them. The neighborhood is quiet and seems very family and dog friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly try and book this property if we were vacationing in that part of Florida again.

It is strange that there are so many positive reviews of this property and its owner because our experience was very different. Prior to our arrival, Dave indicated that if there were any issues with the rental house, that we should contact him. According to Dave, the house was supposed to be clean the day of our arrival. Once we arrived, we started to unpack and settle into the house. While unpacking, we noticed dust on the furniture, bedsheets, and blinds. When we checked the pool, it was uncovered and dirty. We saw a lot of leaves and debris throughout and at the bottom of the pool. The pool wasn’t usable in the condition it was in. When we called Dave to express our concerns, he was rude, condescending, and refused to do anything regarding these issues. He seemed put off, unapologetic, and agitated that we called him expressing our concern regarding the current state of the house. He didn’t want to address these items. Although the condition of the house was less than desirable, we expressed to him that we were willing to clean the house ourselves, but we needed him to send someone to clean the pool. From that point, Dave demanded that we leave the house as soon as possible and that he would fully refund our money. He also said that the cleaning lady was on her way to the house to prepare for the next guest and that we have to leave immediately. When Julie, the cleaning lady, arrived, we showed her the dust, and she acknowledged it. She admitted that she must have missed it. However, Dave did not want to hear about it and forced us to leave the house in one hour. It is likely that Julie misinforms Dave about how clean the house and pool really is. After we notified Dave that we left the house, he didn’t follow through with his word. Instead of cancelling the reservation and fully refunding our money, he edited the reservation to make it look like we stayed for one night so that he could keep some of our money. He only gave us a partial refund. So, if you want to book this property, you have to be ready to clean the house and the pool yourself because all Dave cares about is getting your money. He will not address your concerns and might force you out of the house. If you would like to have a stress-free stay, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this property and its owner. I wouldn’t be surprised if Dave responds to my review with misrepresenting the facts and with false accusations because that is type of person he is.

Communication with Dave was fabulous. Only one minor issue that was not in his control but was rectified. We have stayed at multiple VRBO houses in different locations and this experience was definitely one of the best!! The house is well stocked and super clean. Fabulous hosts!!

An amazing stay!

This house was the perfect place for my family. It was very clean, roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great to have coolers, ice packs and beach gear so we didn’t have to pack that. The house is in a quiet neighborhood yet near so many beaches, restaurants and activities. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool. This house truly lived up to its name of ‘Treasure Coast Treasure’!

Christmas getaway

We spent 3 weeks at this Treasure Cove house. It was everything we needed. WiFi worked perfectly for kids in remote school. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and supplies were well stocked. Dave is an exemplary host and very responsive. It was a great place to stay in Hobe Sound with lots to do. Highly recommend.

This house is spacious and clear,the kitchen is nice and the view to the patio beautiful. The 3 rooms are confortables and nice decorated. The backyard was my favorite to enjoy a cup of coffe,glass of wine or reading my book.The neighbors are nice and the street was quiet. We need some help and had a quick response. Is near to many restaurants in the area. We recommend highly this house.
