The location for exploring Naples was excellent. It provided east walking access to the city provided you are in good shape. The apt was well equipped and spacious, large rooms (small kitchen) and well layer out. Security was excellent, host was very gracious.

Wonderful Location and Accommodating Owner

Great location to shoppping, restaurants and sites to see. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately to questions. Very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we had a later arrival than anticipated. We highly recommend this rental and location. We definitely would stay there again when in Naples.

Attentive host; spacious apartment; thoughtful amenities.

Claudio is a fantastic host. He is very responsive to messages and has outfitted the apartment with nice towels, bedding, toiletries, and cooking basics. We were able to check in quickly and seamlessly with the concierge, Signor Salvatore, who showed us how to use the keys and appliances. The apartment is in a terrific neighborhood…we couldn’t be happier about our stay.

Lovely quiet apartment in Chiaia District. Tastefully decorated. Unfortunately we did not meet Claudio, as he was away. However, communication with Claudio was excellent, from the initial booking right to arranging for a taxi at three in the morning so we could catch the Fuimicino Express bus. We loved our stay in Naples.

Five nights in Naples

Fully equipped with well functioning air conditioner and ceiling fans also. Close enough to walk to the city center and the promenade, as long as you can manage hills. We walked everywhere and used the access to the port for day trips out of the city too. The area streets are fascinating. Claudio was most gracious helping with all questions and helped set up a taxi when we left.

Dark and noisy

The concierge was delightful and the manager was very helpful. But the apartment is dark, requiring lights to be on at all times. Not very cheery.The apartment is right off the lobby where people gather to chat, and there is very little soundproofing between the two spaces, so everything you say is heard outside the room and all the socializing is heard in the apartment. For these two reasons I wouldn’t rent it again.

Spacious and Central

The apartment was spacious and close to everything. We had a fabulous grocery store and green grocer just a block or two away. It's also close to the metro line and downtown. Contact with Claudio was great and Mr. Salvatore (concierge) was helpful, checking in to make sure everything was alright. Naples is a crazy but beautiful city. The apartment is in a lovely building but does require climbing up stairs or alley/roadways to get there. We felt completely safe in Naples and in our neighbourhood. Thanks Claudio!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would highly recommend this apartment. It is in the prime location of Naples. Close to all major attractions within walking distance. Main metro lines 1 & 2 are all close by. The accommodation itself, is beautiful. Large open space, spotlessly clean, very secure, everything you need. We stayed in Claudio's apartment for 9 nights and it was perfect. We will now go nowhere else when visiting Naples. Claudio was a great host, he organised our taxis and was very helpful and kind. There are two mini marts and a fantastic pizzeria just up the road within 5minutes of the apartment. Do not hesitate in booking this apartment as you will not be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful stay in Napoli

This was a great place to say in Naples. Plenty of room, clean, nice set up, everything we needed in the kitchen. The unit was on the first floor, easy in and out. Felt safe in the neighborhood and in the building. Actually very quiet compared to other parts of the city. Air conditioning worked well, except it didn’t reach the bedroom completely. This didn’t bother us much, even when it was very hot out, as the ceiling fan kept us cooler and comfortable. Apartment is in a good location, close to shopping and the oceanfront. The owner and building manger were very accommodating and helpful getting us a cab. Would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely stay in Chiaia

We very much enjoyed our week in Claudio's apartment. It is spacious, extremely comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need. The location is good: a pleasant 10-15 minute walk towards the center at Via Toledo down via Mille and Via Chiaia. (Depends how much you are distracted by shops along the way!) The historic center, amidst the hub bub of busy streets, is a sight to behold! We especially enjoyed dining at Trattoria Carmine on Via Tribunali, a very reasonably priced, old fashioned place specializing in traditional Neopolitan dishes...as well as Zi Teresa, by the Castel Ovo on the waterfront...also just a short walk away. Both Stephano and Claudio are very helpful and charming, thank you for your assistance. We would highly recommend this apartment, and look forward to our next stay in Napoli! Michaela and John

Quiet oasis in a bustling city

We stayed at Claudio’s comfortable apartment for six nights while exploring the city and surrounding region. It was wonderful to come home to a cool apartment after being in the scorching heat (AC in LR/DR but ceiling fan in BR). The bed was very comfortable (it’s actually two beds put together) as were the linens and memory foam pillows. We were happy for the extra linens and towels as we made two beach excursions. The living and dining area were spacious with very comfortable couches and armchair and excellent lighting. The kitchen was very small with the basics. Being on the first floor did not provide for any views. As others have commented, to get to the lovely and lively commercial area of Chiaia requires going down (and then up) four flights of stairs (we counted at least 100), which we did 1-2 times a day. Claudio was a responsive, flexible and helpful host. We especially appreciated him ordering us a taxi to get to the airport the day of our departure.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful part of Naples

We spent a wonderful week in this cosy and spacious apartment in Naples with our two teenage daughters. The booking was easy and contact with the proprietors was easy and friendly right from the start. The apartment is very clean and located in a quiet and elegant part of this bustling city, not far from the seaside, public transport, the Via dei Mille and the Via Chiaia. A good freind of the owners named Stefano was there to greet us and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. Naples is a great city where there is lots to see and do, but it is important to realize it is also quite hilly in places and you need to climb some stairs to get to the apartment. No problem whatsoever for us, but it could be a problem for the elderly or disabled. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment feels like a real home, because the owners paid so much attention to the decor and the details. We strongly recommend it and we hope to come back here one day. Naples is a great city in a truly stunning location. Thank you for everything, Fulvia and Stefano!

Ruhig, sicher aber etwas dunkel.

Wir hatten sehr entspannte Tage in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist geräumig, sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Fotos entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Zwei Dinge sollten aber angemerkt werden: 1. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel und hat keinen schönen Ausblick. Das kann im Sommer ein Vorteil sein, weil es sehr schattig ist. Und 2. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Die Wohnung liegt in einem höher gelegenen Stadtteil mit sehr engen Straßen und ist eigentlich nur mit dem Taxi oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder hinfahren, weil man wirklich sehr zentral und unter Neapolitaner lebt und es trotzdem sehr ruhig ist.
