Schöne, bayside, zweiter Stock Eigentumswohnung in Uptown Ocean City, MD. Es ist eine Endeinheit mit einem großen Rundum-Balkon, der Fernblicke auf das Meer und die Bucht bietet. Ein überdachter Parkplatz unter der Unterkunft und ein Aufzug ermöglichen es Ihnen, das Gerät geschützt vor dem Wetter zu betreten. Im Inneren der Unterkunft befindet sich eine große Küche und ein Wohnbereich. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Tassen, Besteck, Kochutensilien und sogar großen Töpfen zum Dämpfen von Garnelen, Muscheln oder Krabben bestückt. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Gaskamin, um an kühlen Abenden zu genießen. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer (K, Q, T) und zwei Badezimmer. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, und ein Zustellbett ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Die Unterkunft verfügt über 3 TVs und 3 DVD-Player. Kostenloses WLAN ist verfügbar.
Es gibt eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner gegenüber der Küche. In der Halle, die zur Einheit führt, steht Ihnen ein Stauraum zur Verfügung. Es gibt 8 Strandkörbe, einen Strandwagen und ein paar Sandspielzeug. Strandtücher sind nicht vorhanden. Also, wenn Sie mindestens 25 Jahre alt sind und in der Einheit bleiben, packen Sie Ihre Bettwäsche und Verbrauchsmaterialien und gehen Sie zu OC. Cleaning fee of $150 added to total. From June 13 to September 12 there is a 7-night minimum. There is a 3-night minimum all other time periods.
VRBO will be collecting and submitting a 6% state tax. The 5% county tax will be collected by VRBO, forwarded to the owner to submit to the county.

Wonderful location!

We stayed over Easter and loved the place. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Very clean with comfortable beds. Owner was readily available if we needed anything. We hope to return again.

Ocean City Getaway

This property was fantastic, more than I expected. Furnished with everything we needed, and more! Kitchen had anything you needed. Pool was great, and property was quiet. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Post Quarantine get-away!

We’ve stayed in dozens of OC rentals over the years and Myrna’s apartment is one of, if not the one, we enjoyed the most. Immaculate, well stocked, comfortable and in an ideal location. Myrna is wonderful to work with - responsive, informative and friendly. We look forward to staying there again!

Condo in OC MD

We really enjoyed our stay over New Years weekend! The condo was the perfect spot for the Winterfest Light display and the fireworks at midnight. It would also be a great spot in the summer with a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, well kept and in great order! We definitely would consider staying here again!

Great place!

Stayed here in May 2018 for a wedding. The unit is spacious and clean, like actually clean. Huge closets to put your stuff in. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, perfect size. Loved the wrap around balcony and ocean and bay views. Super easy parking, right up the stairs to the unit. Owners were so easy to work with and accommodating. We loved it. I can imagine in season it could get loud as you're on a busy street to North Side Park. That's the only con I can come up with! Would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend for youth soccer tournament

Great family vacation

The owner is very responsive, the property was clean, and had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay here. It’s a great location for a family and easy access to the beach. What a great find!!!

Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for and exactly listed on VRBO. The views of the bay and ocean, the wrap around balcony, fully stocked kitchen, easy off street covered parking, nice size rooms with plenty of closet space. The only thing I would recommend would be a better King mattress or maybe a mattress topper. As tired and busy as we were, there was no problem sleeping though. Thank you!!!
