This spacious 3 bedroom.2 bathroom air conditioned town house has recently been totally renovated . The house has great views from the terraces across the mature gardens to the Mediterranean sea beyond.

The accommodation comprises of a large open plan kitchen , lounge and dining area opening on to a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities . There are 3 large bedrooms each with fitted built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a super king bed , and opens out on to a large terrace with views overlooking the gardens and the sea . The second bedroom has twin beds and opens out on to a terrace overlooking the front of the house . The third bedroom has twin beds and is on the ground floor .There are 2 brand new fitted bathrooms one located on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The accommodation has Wi fi , TV with English, videos and board games.

The house is set in award winning gardens and steps from the terrace lead down to a large swimming pool.

I have set the rental rate at a fixed price for the convenience of the home away site, but this is negotiable, depending on the number of guests and what part of the month you would like to travel. The rates quoted are for 2 adults and 2 children. Please contact me before booking to confirm the final price. Changeover days are flexible.The rates are per week and and include linen,towels ,reasonable electricity /water usage. For a small charge we also can provide cot, buggy and high chair hire. Usually there is a £10 per night addition for an extra adult, but again this is negotiable.

We require a 25%deposit to secure the booking and the balance is payable 45days before departure.i
Please note that personal insurance is the responsibility of the person making the booking
There will be a breakage deposit of £250 on the rental of the property. This will be returned after the final clean. All damages and breakages are to be reported.

Sightseeing: The house is centrally located and sightseeing is simple. It is within easy reach Malaga Granada Seville Gibraltar and the famous rock monkeys. Dolphin watch cruises are available from Gibraltar as well as the chance to explore many small villages such as Mijas, Caseras, Guachin and Benhavi or take a trip to Ronda or nearby Puetro Banus.

For the active holiday maker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance, even snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada – an easy 2 hour drive from the house. We are in the heart of the Costa de golf with more than 30 courses within easy reach. We can give clients as much help as they require to sort out activities and they are bookable locally.
