Very clean, great location, great host communication. We absolutely loved this condo! It perfectly fit the needs for our family of 5. We did some cooking and found the kitchen especially to be very well stocked with literally anything you could think of. Added bonus was that the beds were super comfortable! Beachfront location with private balcony, pool and hot tub just down the elevator, which my teenagers loved. Hope to return soon!

Fantastic vacation

Condo was well equipped with what we needed and the location was great. Owners were great to deal with. Views were spectacular from both the balcony and inside. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful unit...most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen! Great cookware...not scratched, teflon-coated pans here! They have everything you could possibly need to make ANY meal! Great communication from owner...easy check-in and check-out. Clean!!!! Comfortable!! Everything works in the condo...you can tell owners care about the property. I will definitely stay here again. My family has been staying in One Ocean Place for years, and this has been the best experience yet!!

We had an amazing stay! The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how incredibly clean everything was, and I mean spotlessly clean. Did I mention it was clean? It was also beautifully decorated with so much thought put into every detail, making it feel cozy, welcoming, and like a home away from home.The host made the entire experience effortless. Check-in and check-out were super easy thanks to the clear instructions and handy checklist they provided. There was never any guesswork, and everything was communicated perfectly.If you're looking for a place that's comfortable, impeccably maintained, and hosted by someone who truly cares about their guests' experience, this is it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful condo

I booked this condo for July 4th week and was very pleased. The comdo is in a great location, walking distance to a great beach restaurant and bar. Food Lion and Walmart are both very close and convenient. Doug was great to work with and we plan on returning next year . I highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing family vacation

The condo had everything we needed for a wonder family beach vacation. From spectacular views to board games for the kids to play. The thoughtful details and home amenities made for a relaxing stay. Having Conch cafe next door was super convenient for nights we didn’t want to drive to dinner or as an easy lunch option on the beach.

Wonderful place and vacation!

The owner Doug was excellent! He called shortly after we arrived to check if everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything. Our children and grandchildren from W.V. Texas and S.C. came and we all had a wonderful time. Beautiful sunrises with gorgeous views. The Condo 404 was well stocked. My son in law (a great chef) loved this kitchen with everything needed! Wonderful place for family!!!❤️

We had a wonderful week. The only suggestion I have would be to have more washcloths. We had to go buy some to have enough for the guests.

Every bathroom is supposed to have 2, if that was not the case I do apologize for the mixup. This is the first review in 10 years that I did not receive a 5 star. Fabulous condo!!! Great location and amenities.

This condo is unbelievable... The layout is great and everything is very well maintained. The modern electronics and furniture, is an added bonus. The balcony is incredible, very large (can fit around 8 people) to take in the beauty of the ocean. A great place to get some morning sun while drinking your coffee. Great location with easy access to everything you want to experience at Myrtle Beach. I've been going to Myrtle Beach for 30 years and this was one of the best condos I have had. Thank you so much!!!

What an awesome find! We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, half way between Surfside and Garden City piers. We were there during peak season (first full week of July) and there was still plenty of space for our group to spread out on the beach. Wonderful condo with spectacular ocean views, probably the best I’ve ever seen from inside a unit, and of course from the balcony as well. Three en-suite bathrooms is SO NICE when traveling with separate families. The owner, Doug, is great to work with, replied to questions promptly and was very accommodating to the minor issues that we encountered. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again in the future.

Perfect Beach Condo

Location to the Beach and pool was was great. Condo accommodated 3 couples very well. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with full size washer and Dryer . We will definitely be back soon.

Perfect week

The condo is so comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect family week together. The balcony with the beautiful view of the beach was a favorite. The location was perfect, close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed riding bikes all around the area. We enjoyed everything about it stay.

August family vacation

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to easily prepare meals on nights you want to stay in. The condo looked exactly like the photos that are listed and the owner was extremely nice and easy to work with. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and looked forward to staying again.
