Beautiful unit, well furnished and great location.

Loved the stay, unit was amazing. Spacious slept 13 comfortably, well furnished and very nice staff. As all condo units go the elevator at times could be a little long of a wait but once on they moved very quickly. Great covered parking, relaxing lazy river and nice pool indoor & out with multiple hot tubs.

Amazing!

Great location and the view of the beach was perfect. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was nice with an extra fully bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, 2 coffee pots, crockpot, spice rack, storage container, blender, enough plates and silverware for 24 people. The only down side was the elevator. We had to wait for long periods of time.

Great experience! We waited until September to avoid the summer crowds but it was still crowded. Getting an elevator for our departure took over 20 minutes. I would recommend staggering checkouts from 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00 instead of everyone by 10:00.

Precious memories, how they linger
 What an amazing vacation! Something for everyone from TV to lazy river, pool, splash pad, fitness center, saunas, and hot tubs, AND the beach!!!! We were able to have friends and family stop by that we had not seen for years! If we needed anything, all we had to do was open cabinets until we found it! This unit is beautifully decorated and yet is family friendly! We had several in our group that don't like to go to the beach and everyone hated to leave! We highly recommend this unit and can't wait until we can schedule our next visit!

Fall family trip to enjoy the beach one more time before winter.

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect, very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Great view of sunrise and sunsets. Only negative and it had nothing to do with condo was the elevator. We waited over an hour mote than once to get on elevator. It was duting peak times, but still an hour we missed doing nothing. And we were on the 26th floor so taking stairs on this old lady was not an option.

The unit was great!!! The elevator situation was a complete disaster!!! We waited 3o minutes & more for elevators!! Everyone complaining & squeezing in making every ride overloaded!!!! We always stay at the Turquoise Place & have never had this issue. We tried Phoenix West because of the lazy river set up. We will never stay here again due to the elevator situation! It’s a big problem!!!!!!!

Amazing getwaway!

Wow, this was a spectacular trip! We had a wonderful time lounging on the beach, as well as floating on the lazy river and hanging out in the hot tub. The condo was FANTASTIC, with a feeling of home home in the fully-furnished kitchen, comfy beds, and lovely living space. The view from the balcony was picture-perfect, and we really enjoyed eating outside. Such fun! Thank you, Ms. Wanda!

Loved our time in Orange Beach!

We had a fantastic time with our kids in Orange Beach this Spring! The condo was clean and well-stocked and Phoenix 2 is like a well-oiled machine. We felt very safe and loved the gorgeous white sandy beach just steps away. The kids loved both pools. The condo overlooks the ocean and we spent every spare second on the balcony taking in the view. The owners were responsive and kind and we will 100% be back, not to mention that we are recommending it to all our friends! We had a little hiccup and the owners went above and beyond to make it right. We're very appreciative of her communication, understanding, and great customer service. You can trust her! You won't regret vacationing here.

Beast Beach vacation so far

This was such a perfect condo for our family. Taking a trip with my baby brother (37) hasn't happened in years. We had enough beds, the showers were amazing. Being so close to the beach and having pools and hot tubs during the colder days and nights was a huge perk. We will absolutely book this condo again soon!

Stay here!!! Best condo ever!!

This is by far the best property we have stayed at. The proximity to the beach is amazing. It only took us a few minutes to get to the beach and pools. The condo and kitchen have everything you could think of. It’s very well stocked. The views of the beach and the lazy river from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Wanda is so wonderful and accommodating. She responded to my texts and calls right away. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orange Beach. Everything was super clean due to covid. I was shocked how much they paid attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and the condo was big enough for our party of 10. The beds are comfortable and the condo was big enough for our party at 10. The extra bathroom in the laundry room was so convenient. Do yourself a favor and stay here: you won’t be disappointed. I can’t say enough about this beautiful condo.

This was our best family vacation. The condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful white sandy beach.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and relaxing. The kids loved the small arcade and the indoor and out door pools. The only downside was that there was not a restaurant or coffee shop at the resort.
