Kommen Sie und genießen Sie das Paradies während Ihres Aufenthalts im wunderschönen Indigo Reef Resort. Zeigen Sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf den Golf und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Mein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit nautischem Dekor ist komplett ausgestattet, um Ihren Urlaubsbedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Die Küche ist mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Arbeitsplatten aus Granit ausgestattet. Hier können Sie speisen oder Ihren frischen Fang auf dem Grill unten an den Docks zubereiten. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie eine kalte Margarita auf dem abgeschiedenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Ozean. Dieses Gerät ist sehr ruhig, da es auf dem Grundstück mit nur 4 anderen Einheiten in der Nähe liegt!

In der 1. Etage befinden sich die Küche, das Esszimmer, das Wohnzimmer und ein halbes Badezimmer. 2. Stock hat Ihre 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Es ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet, sodass Sie bei Bedarf Ihre Wäsche waschen können.

Der Master verfügt über eine Kingsize-Matratze, einen Flachbild-TV und einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem Waschtisch für Sie und Ihn, einer verglasten Standdusche und einer separaten Badewanne ausgestattet.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet.
Die beiden Gästezimmer haben einen kleineren Gemeinschaftsbalkon mit Blick auf den Carport. Sie teilen sich auch ein Gästebad auf dem Flur.

Das Indigo Reef ist eine geschlossene Wohnanlage, die sich auf 10 Morgen mit einer wunderschönen natürlichen Landschaft von Florida Keys befindet. Es gibt ein Fitnesscenter, wenn Sie Ihren Zeitplan im Urlaub einhalten möchten, einen Gemeinschaftspool, eine Eismaschine und 30 Fuß Dock pro Einheit.

The property managers were extremely responsive to our concerns/requests. The views were beautiful and neighbors were friendly - a very dog friendly community. Enjoyed seeing the manatees in the docks. Property could use updating in some areas but it had just sold and new owners plan to improve some of the amenities.

Beautiful property, perfect location

This is the perfect place for families and couples! House is spacious and well appointed with giant yard for kids and dogs to play. Pool and boat slip make this the ideal place to stay in the Keys!

Great location

This property is as listed and was a great location for our Keys vacation. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and enjoyed the pool, our porch and grounds. I gave it a 4 for cleanliness because we had to restock our own toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel.

Things have really changed and not for the better. It’s always good to run a tight ship to ensure things are maintained but the constant texts telling us what we were doing wrong was every single day. Things that shouldn’t have mattered, mattered. We’ve been coming to Indigo Reef for 7 years now and this year will probably be our last. Our unit, was horribly cleaned. As soon as we walked in there was a hook on the coffee table. All the bedroom sheets (master being the worst) had hair and stains. I had to request more blankets so I felt clean sleeping. No extra blankets in unit for pull out couch or just blankets in general. Couch was stained and ripped. This unit definitely needs a lot of TLC before I rented it out. Our host Katie was amazing and I felt bad she kept on having to relay messages back and forth between HOA and cleaners. When you are on vacation for 7 days and pay that much money, you don’t expect constant text messages of ridiculous requests. Or the feeling of filthy while staying. 2 cockroaches and small ants everywhere. I have pictures and I have them documented. We were told we would get a refund of 300 back but for the amount we payed, the unit is not worth the stay.

Wonderful resort

This is the third year we have stayed in Indigo Reef for school break with our son and grandsons. The condos are so comfortable, roomy and well equipped . The location of the resort is perfect...close to stores and markets, great swimming pool, canals and docks for boats and fishing, beautiful sunsets. A very nice family place with great people as your neighbors!

New Years

This was our second year spending New Year's week in the Keys--last year in Key Largo. Indigo Reef was a wonderful resort location for our family. Beautiful lawns for kids and dogs to play, lovely pool, the boat right on the premises. The townhouse was well appointed and clean. We had such a good time we've already reserved for next year.

This unit is well stocked and in a fantastic location. The rental agent is responsive and accommodating. For those with boats, the assigned slip has a finger pier/dock and is somewhat exposed during inclement weather. We’ve been staying at Indigo for years, and these units are really great overall. They are wood frame and have started to show their age a bit, but still one of the best places to stay in Marathon.

This was our first trip to the Florida Keys, and Indigo Reef was a fantastic place to stay. The location was perfect, and the property was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The included boat slip was a huge bonus and ideal for anyone bringing their own boat or renting one during their stay.One of our favorite features was the beautiful pool, which was a great place to relax after a day of adventure. We also loved the balconies off both the living room and the master bedroom. They provided the perfect spot to sit, unwind, and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets each evening.The home had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with all the essentials and even a cast-iron skillet that was perfect for cooking the fresh mahi and tuna we caught during our fishing charter.The only suggestions we would make are regarding the TVs. The master bedroom is very large, and the TV felt a bit small for the space, making it difficult to see from bed on the few evenings we turned in early. The TV in the kids' room appeared to be outdated and was not working during our stay. There was a DVD player available, but no DVDs provided to use with it.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Indigo Reef to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to enjoy everything the Florida Keys have to offer. We made some amazing memories and would happily stay here again.

Love Indigo Reef

Indigo reef was amazing! It has such a great atmosphere where everyone hangs our together and all the kids make friends and play! This unit has some updating that needs to be done, but the property manager was amazing and said it was all in the works! I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

Very clean and well set up property. Right on the water w boat slips included. Nice outside grassy area for our dogs. Pool is close by, ice machine in area. Pots pans and all for cooking etc. Would 10/10 recommend staying here

Beautiful Indigo Reef

We rented villa #47 It was really clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need! We were very happy so were our teenagers grandsons. Our boat slip was right out the back door. The pool was clean and conveniently located!! We will definitely book this villa again!

As a property it was nice. Our unit was not cleaned properly, the sofa bed was full of dust and the sheet were never removed. The refrigerator was not cleaned we had to clean it ourselves.

Great place. We were with our family 8 in all. Place and property were great. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Went biking everyday. Only thing wrong were the squeaky twin beds. All in all great place would recommend it.

Lovely stay at Indigo Reef

We had a great time while staying at Indigo Reef #47. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable but did make a lot of noise as you moved on them. The location is perfect, especially if you bring/rent a boat. The fishing is great, the reefs and sandbars are beautiful. We love the pool and the views from Indigo Reef. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this unit to others.

Marathon stay

Great location in Marathon, nice protected docks for boats. Check in was a lock box that we were supposed to be emailed the code but weren't. Had a difficult time getting a hold of property manager. When we finally got in to unit found it had not been cleaned after previous renters vacated. Property manager made good and gave us a nights refund for the trouble which was fair compensation for our inconvenience. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable and would recommend.
