Perfect

This apartment was perfect for a business trip that I took recently. The apartment was clean, close to the business area, ad the communication with the property manager was excellent. I recommend staying here or renting from Miami Vacation Rentals generally.

One of the best city views in Miami

Beautiful place. Very clean & well furnished. Features a big balcony with extraordinary city views. Large yachts on the Miami River looked like small toys from the 44th floor! The host was very attentive & accommodating.

Great location.

Well appointed, spacious and very clean. Only frustration was a very small balcony as we like to eat breakfast outside. Building feels more like a hotel and lots of short-term rentals.

One of the best bookings I have made on VRBO

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The description is accurate to the last word. I have stayed at many VRBO bookings and this is without a doubt the one that lived up to the hype 100%. The management company is very responsive, replying to texts often in just a few minutes. I stayed for a month, and will definitely return again.

Convenient to everything

The parking at the church next-door was ideal for us. We made a day trip to the keys and to the Everglades and left a car in the lot. It was very neat to be able to walk everywhere and what a view from the balcony

We were so pleased with the styling and elegance of this very comfortable condo. The check-in was smooth and helpful in pointing out all the amenities of the apartment. We enjoyed the superlative fitness center, stunning panoramic olympic sized pool and beautiful spa area. The property manager was always receptive and helpful. The area around the apartment was beautiful for walking, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous

Quality service as the apartment has everything you need. Very clean and the decor is beautiful. We had a fabulous week, the apartment is in an excellent location, find all very close as supermarkets, restaurants, also has very complete common areas and luxury spa we hope to return soon. Always we receive quality service.

Location!

Overall excellent property in terms of amenities and location. The paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. was strangely half rolls which made for unnecessary need to really conserve. Request for antibacterial soap was attended to promptly. Management is top shelf. Kitchen was set up with just the minimal needs. My only suggestion would be to revisit the seating in the living area. Definitely needs updating…

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
