The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo). This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all of your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The full bathroom also contains a stacked washer and dryer. There is a bunk nook in the front hallway (2 twin beds) as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining room, living room and private balcony. This condo comes with complimentary beach service (2 chairs 1 umbrella) available seasonally.
