One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo). This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all of your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. As you walk into your unit you can see the Gulf of Mexico immediately! Just down the hall you'll find your master suite with a king bed and full bathroom attached. The full bathroom also contains a stacked washer and dryer. There is a bunk nook in the front hallway (2 twin beds) as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining room, living room and private balcony. This condo comes with complimentary beach service (2 chairs 1 umbrella) available seasonally.
