Tremendous Location

If you want to be in the heart of Pismo Beach then this place is for you. Comfortably appointed, few little quirks but it makes it charming. Communication was excellent, and we had a blast for 5 days.

Location and comfort

The location of the house is fantastic and just a block from the beach. It has a private parking and not hassle of finding street parking. It is walking distance to Main Street of pismo beach and we enjoyed staying there.

Great location

This was a gated property just down the street from the ocean. We felt safe and secure. The place itself was neat and clean and well decorated with ocean themes. It was well stocked with essentials. The only complaint was the pots and pans and plastic dishes that could not be placed in the dishwasher. All and all, I really enjoyed it and will definitely rent it again.

Perfect location: walking distance to beach and shops.

This condo was clean and had plenty of space. The covered, gated parking garage was a very nice addition to our stay. Check in and out process was extremely easy. There are stairs getting up to the condo and the 2 large bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs. So if any disability beware. Nice place.

Family Getaway

The condo was a perfect spot for our winter getaway with two young kids. It was quiet since it’s off season. Great location & parking access. And the condo is comfortable & clean. The only complaint I have is that the heater didn’t heat the downstairs area very well so we had to cozy up by the fireplace. But overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. We’ll be back to Pismo again!

Convenient location and comfortable place

Stayed for a few days as a remote working/ pseudo vacation. The place was clean and comfortable and a convenient location to beach, restaurants and activities. We stayed Sunday through Friday and it was a generally quiet location. As the weekend neared the area seemed to get noisier. By the time we left the town was quite busy with people and traffic. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and things we needed. Parking is secured under the building with easy entry via remote. Access to the unit was easy. One thing to note is Google maps sends you to the wrong location when mapping the address. It’s a block off. After circling a couple times and only seeing a motel, we tried Apple Maps and it got us to the right place.

For mildew sensitive folks! (Great place!)

What a lovely place! Great area and so close to the beach. It's nice to have a gated/private parking garage. I absolutely recommend the place, but want to warn mildew sensitive people. The main level had a strong mildew smell and upstairs was minimal. I am very, very sensitive to mildew. The rest of my family could not smell it. I understand it's a seaside area, but I've stayed at other places in the neighborhood and mildew was not an issue. Still a great place! I would have given it a 5-star review of it wasn't for this.

Great location but

few things didn’t meet our expectations. PROS Great location: very close to the beach and restaurants etc. Parking: 2 spots in a secured garage. Prompt response: Property didn’t have a single closet hanger and microwaveable plate/bowl. We were provided with hangers and microwaveable (paper) plates immediately upon request. TV: in every room CONS No beach items, not even the basic things like towels, chairs, umbrella? Luckily, the day before check-in, we remembered to inquire about it and brought our own. No exhaust and privacy door knobs on both bathroom doors (upstairs). Downstairs 1/2 bath has a sliding door which doesn’t cover the door opening and doesn’t even have a privacy knob/any latch. Too many decorative items all over the condo. I was constantly worried about knocking down or breaking something. Patios haven’t been used/or swept in a while. Laundry machine is visibly dirty and sandy. Bathroom tiles are falling off. One bathroom’s step/shower pan threshold is badly done. The sharp tile edges are exposed on the corner. We kept our kids away from it so that they didn’t hurt themselves. For some reason frogs start making noise as the night falls. Extremely loud and annoying even with all windows closed. This may be seasonal but get your earplugs if you go to bed early. Property management needs to update the instructions about garbage location - it’s not in the garage but outside the gated area on the street.

Cute Condo with small issues.

Loved the location of the condo with the great parking. The condo is cute but it has some issues. The furniture is totally different than the pictures but still very nice except for the bed in the upper left room. It's as stiff as a board. Also all the bathrooms have issues, the downstairs has a rolling door that is 2 inches too short on either side and sits an inch from the wall, upstairs to the left the tiles in the shower are breaking off and can easily cut someone and the upstairs to the right had sinks for 6 foot and above people. Also all the patios on both floors are covered in spider webs and very dirty. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was super close to the beach and a cute place but for the expensive price I expected a little nicer of a place.

Great Location

Great location, close to Pismo Pier and downtown restaurants. The photos are not current, furniture is different. Clean and comfortable. Door to guest bathroom downstairs does not provide privacy, if that is a concern. It’s a barn door that is set away from the wall.

great Place, super close to the beach

Super happy we stayed here, we even extended for an additional week. The only reason I didn’t give a five stars was because of street noise. Since there is no air-conditioning, we had to sleep with the windows open and the street noise kept kids up a couple of nights especially Friday and Saturdays
