From there, the elevator provides easy and comfortable access to the apartment.

As you step inside, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance and wardrobe area. To the left, the apartment opens into an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space filled with natural light, carefully selected designer furniture, and breathtaking views.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a complete dinner. It includes an oven, steamer, microwave, stove, large refrigerator and freezer, blender, rice cooker, soda maker, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a complete selection of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

At the center of the room is a magnificent dining table with comfortable seating for eight guests. There is generous space for everyone to gather, enjoy long breakfasts, share memorable dinners, or simply spend time together. Surrounded by sophisticated designer pieces, the entire area feels luxurious while remaining warm, welcoming, and wonderfully comfortable.

Large windows frame some of the most iconic views in Zurich. Guests can admire the famous Grossmünster—one of the city’s most important landmarks—as well as beautiful views over the Limmat River and the historic Old Town.

The living area invites you to unwind on the exceptionally comfortable Roche Bobois sofa or in the iconic Bubble armchair, with the fireplace and 75-inch Smart TV creating the perfect setting for relaxed evenings. Air conditioning throughout the apartment provides additional comfort during warmer days.

Adjoining the living area is a separate room that serves both as a dedicated home office and the fourth bedroom. It features a large desk and a comfortable office chair, creating an ideal environment for guests working remotely. The room also includes a high-quality designer sofa bed with a real integrated mattress. When opened, it forms a generous queen-size bed measuring 160 cm wide, comfortably accommodating up to two adults.

Returning to the entrance hallway, a separate guest toilet is located on the right-hand side. This area also contains the apartment’s private washing machine and dryer, allowing guests to take care of their laundry whenever convenient. This is especially practical for families, business travelers, and longer stays.

Continuing along the hallway, the spacious master bedroom is situated on the right. It features a luxurious king-size designer box-spring bed with a high-quality mattress, beautiful wallpaper, a comfortable designer sofa, generous storage, and its own Smart TV positioned opposite the bed.

The master bedroom has a large private en-suite bathroom designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a separate walk-in shower, a bathtub with an additional shower function, a toilet, and a long washbasin with two taps. A dedicated preparation area with a Hollywood-style illuminated mirror provides a comfortable space for getting ready.

Across the hallway is the second king-size bedroom, another peaceful and beautifully designed retreat. It features an exceptionally comfortable designer box-spring bed, striking wallpaper, and views toward Zurich’s historic landmarks, including the Grossmünster.

A Vitra designer rocking chair beside the window creates a lovely place to read, relax, or simply admire the surroundings. The bedroom also includes a desk with a Hollywood-style mirror, which can be used either as a workspace or as a convenient dressing and preparation area.

This bedroom also has access to the apartment’s second full bathroom. The elegant en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a double washbasin, offering additional privacy and convenience for families or groups.

The third bedroom is accessed through the second bedroom via two connecting doors. This comfortable room features two high-quality single beds and generous wardrobe and storage space, making it especially suitable for children, friends, additional guests, or those planning a longer stay.

Altogether, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four sleeping rooms. Even at full occupancy, the residence never feels crowded. Guest access
The entire apartment is exclusively available for you to enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You will have full access to all rooms, including the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and two and a half modern bathrooms — offering ultimate comfort and elegance.

Please note that the backyard is a shared outdoor space within the building and is not reserved for private use. It features outdoor seating and BBQ amenities, and may occasionally be used by other residents as well, although it is often quiet and available to enjoy.

The apartment is in the heart of the Old Town: lively during the day, quieter at night. Guests experience authentic Zurich city life.

The high-quality sofa bed in the fourth bedroom features a comfortable real mattress and is suitable for up to two adults. It will be prepared automatically for reservations of five guests or more. For smaller groups, we are also happy to prepare it upon request—please just let us know in advance.

Washing machine and dryer are available inside the apartment for your convenience.
