Aloha Place - Luxuriöse 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Haus mit spektakulärem Meerblick! Das luxuriöse Haus ist neu in der Ferienwohnung Markt und ist hat mit Jeanne Marie Importe unterzogen Renovierung und Neueinrichtung. Das Haus ist im ganzen Bali-Stil gestaltet. Die Neugestaltung des Innenraums wurde Ende August 2014 abgeschlossen.

Aloha Platz bietet das Beste von Indoor / Outdoor-Leben aus vielen Bereichen des Hauses. Der Wohnbereich, Essbereich und mehrere der Schlafzimmer öffnen Sie die Natur in zu lassen. Das Haus liegt im oberen Teil von Kona und bietet einen 180-Grad-Blick auf die Kona-Küstenlinie. Es bietet eine großartige Lage, um die berühmten Kona-Sonnenuntergänge von einer der vielen Veranda oder vom großen privaten Infinity-Pool zu genießen.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is perfect if you want a private getaway. The home is beautiful l and the pool is outstanding. While you are away from the more popular beaches we enjoyed getting away from it all with the beaches still being accessible with a short drive. You will have beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the home rather than the crowded beaches in the north end of the island. My kids enjoyed feeding the Koi Fish in the morning and evening. Would definitely return to this home.

The Essence of Hawaii

Aloha Place is a magical property. This is our second visit and we plan to return next year as well. Kona Coast Vacation management of this property is stellar. Great communication and spot on execution of a well managed and maintained property. While the Big Island is fascinating to explore your stay and time at Aloha Place is likely to be it's own highlight of your vacation. Crossing the koi pond to enter this beautiful home we first walk in and open all of the walls. You can then sit back and enjoy the most magnificent sunsets from the living room, pool, hot tub, or from the owners suite. Don't miss the upper property and Buddha statue under the Monkey Pod tree. Here you will connect with the land that is the Essence of Hawaii.

This is place that you would see only in Hollywood movies!

Pictures on booking page shows how beautiful this home is, but when we arrived we were so overwhelmed that we couldn't believe. It's a such a great entrance with beautiful stone way over nice Koi pond. Ones we stepped in house, we were just WOW! Am I on Bali, Hawaii, Heaven? 3 great bedrooms, each with its own bath, gorgeous living room (trust me, you'll spend very less time here), specious kitchen and now....... Pool! Did house owner reading my mind. So good. Beautiful, repeat, Beautiful Garden(s).... You'll explore it by yourself. I could recommend it to everyone who have ever dreamed to be in Heaven. We spent 10 wonderful days at Aloha Place. The location on the side of the mountain overlooking the ocean is just breathtaking. Always had cool breeze & very comfortable. The house is gorgeous! The pool, spa & lanai areas were well utilized. The entrance way to the house was on top of an incredible koi pond. We all loved feeding the koi each day. Truly a Hawaiian paradise!

The Aloha Place was the Perfect Oasis!

The Aloha Place is an amazing property! Located in a secluded neighborhood with incredible views of the the Ocean and beautiful Kona sunsets! The home is spacious and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture throughout. The pool area is incredible!!! The property is massive... with a backyard garden that includes lime trees! Our family loved every second of our stay at this amazing property! The pictures on VRBO are great, but it is impossible to due this place justice in pictures... I highly recommend the Aloha place and can't wait to revisit!

Honeymooning in the house on the hill

For us this house really made the trip. The pool backyard area was like our own private Resort. Loved being able to feed the koi fish in the front and having plenty of space to relax. Only downside was it got a bit hot at night without AC, but we made do with fans. Pool time was a daily activity and so nice during the sunset. Really going to miss having coffee in the am and cocktails at night on the back patio while taking in the beautiful view. Will remember this place above all others.

The worst part about this property is leaving. We stayed 11 days here and we were all so upset because it was perfect for us. Quiet, comfortable, and just stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. We were worried about the lack of AC, but the temperature was perfect. Already trying to figure out when we can return.

Stunning home with equally stunning ocean views

We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home. It was very close to Kailua yet extremely private and quiet. The photos don't do justice to this remarkable property. The artwork, primitives and koi alone are worth a small fortune and add flair to the top notch design of the home. It was a comfortable and spacious location for our family vacation with adult children and spouses. We were disappointed that the hot tub did not work during our stay and the response from the management company was quite poor. The kitchen was well equipped with higher-end appliances, knives and cookware, but needs some attention paid to glassware and serving pieces, and a knife sharpener would be helpful. Other than those minor details we would highly recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is like a little paradise. Perfect pool landscape with whirlpool, sand pool and an awesome big pool with a perfect view. One can find a lot a cozy places around the villa to have a perfect view of the ocean or in to the garden with a nice glass of wine or beer. Inside the villa everything is styled in a modern way to feel very comfortable. But do not miss to feed the Koi fish twice a day.

Private retreat in Kona

My family (spouse & our 3 boys aged 5, 9 & 11) just returned home from a wonderful stay at Aloha Place. It was everything the pictures promised & more! Set in a quiet neighborhood (but not far from necessities like the grocery store, etc) you feel like you are by yourself at a private resort. The house is laid out really well, no space wasted & a really nice flow. We loved eating at the table outside by the pool so much we decided to cook in (or pick up a pizza) the majority of the nights we were there. We all loved the pool, hot tub & my boys especially loved feeding the koi fish in the front entrance. The beds were comfortable & appliances were all great. Plenty of towels & quality linens. It was our best vacation ever & we can’t wait to go back. Also, I have to mention David, from Kona Concierge, who helped us with all of our activities. Without him, the trip would have been much more stressful! He helped us choose the right excursions for our family & each one was absolutely perfect! He was quick to respond every time I asked questions & was really just a fantastic bonus to an already fantastic booking/house. It was a great experience!

Expectations - Exceeded!!

An absolute dream house. Where to start? First off, very much appreciated booking through VRBO and Kona Coast Vacations, no troubles at all with the booking and all information received for us to have an enjoyable 6 nights. The house is even better than the pictures. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into it. All pictures are accurate, but its so mich better to see first hand. 3 bedrooms, lots of indoor space. The kitchen is well eqipped. The outdoors reflects the beauty of the house, with infinity pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, lounge chairs and ample spaces to relax and take sun or enjoy the magnificent sun sets. The only downside is leaving. Truly want to take this house with me.

Big Island Paradise!

Aloha Place is amazing! Our family rents luxury homes around the world over the holidays every year and last night we voted this was the best house we stayed at on all our vacations. Great location and beautiful view. The house is tastefully decorated and captures the island feel without any cliches. The layout of the house is perfect for families and it takes advantage of the beautiful outdoor panorama. The grounds are very private and landscaped beautifully. Love the Koi pond. The outdoor area with the spa and pool are spacious and well maintained. Nothing but positive comments on this beautiful property. Would definitely rent again if coming to Big Island Mahalo!

The master bath shower is awesome with no shower doors and you can even enter from the outside. There are also two showers outside that are so serene and private. We cooked many meals at home and the house has everything. The pool and spa and waterfall were so relaxing with an infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous blue ocean. The house comes with a concierge and his name is David and he is the BEST! I contacted him many times for food suggestions as well as surfing lessons suggestions and an ocean experience. He suggested great places to eat and he set up are surfing lessons as well as our snorkeling with the dolphins. We had an amazing time and it was a bonus staying at this house and working with David to set up our excursions. Thank you very much for sharing this home with us. Thank you Kona Coast vacations for all your help. And thank you too David at Kona concierge for all your help in making this a beautiful 50th birthday for my husband and I.

Perfect paradise in Kona

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough good things about this house. From the perfect location (close to downtown yet very private), layout of the rooms, beautiful furnishing and the pool, this was the perfect house for our family. Planning to stay here again.
