Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Zurich’s historic Old Town. This brand-new maisonette penthouse is located in one of the rare green pockets of the city center — a peaceful oasis surrounded by trees and historic buildings, yet just one minute walking distance from Lake Zurich. Restaurants, cafés, bars, gyms, boutiques, and Zurich’s most beautiful landmarks are all just around the corner. Despite this exceptional central location, the apartment is wonderfully quiet, offering a rare sense of calm in the middle of the city. A private parking space in a nearby garage, just a two-minute walk from the apartment, is also included and does not require a reservation.

The elevator takes you directly into the apartment, creating an exclusive and comfortable arrival experience. The apartment is spread across two floors, connected by internal stairs, while the elevator also allows access between the levels.

As you step out of the elevator on the lower floor, you enter the welcoming entrance hall. To the right, you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub, including a shower, sink, and toilet. From the entrance hall, the next door leads to the spacious master bedroom. This beautiful room features a luxurious king-size box spring bed, a comfortable sofa bed that can be prepared upon request as an additional double bed with a premium memory topper, a cozy reading corner, and a large 55-inch smart TV. Large windows fill the room with natural light and open onto a charming small balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, or simply relax with a book. The master bedroom also has an elegant ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet.

Directly opposite the master bedroom is the second bedroom, which also offers a very comfortable king-size bed with a high-quality mattress and memory topper. This room includes a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space and a small sofa that can be opened for additional sleeping space if needed. Thanks to the apartment’s excellent orientation and its large windows, the entire space is wonderfully bright and filled with natural light. At the same time, blackout curtains allow you to darken the rooms completely for restful sleep.

Upstairs, you will find the main living area, a generous open space that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one harmonious environment. Warm colors, beautiful natural light, and elegant design create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The living area offers comfortable sofas with plenty of seating, an additional sofa bed that can be prepared upon request, and a large 75-inch smart TV.

The spacious dining table seats up to eight guests and is perfect for shared meals or relaxed evenings together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including high-quality appliances, an oven, a stovetop, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a SMEG toaster and kettle, a soda maker, cookware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and plenty of storage space. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen provides everything required for a comfortable stay. This floor also includes an additional guest toilet with a sink and a practical storage room.

From the living area, you can go up one more level to reach the private rooftop terrace, which is truly the highlight of the apartment. The large terrace offers generous lounge seating, a dining table, sun loungers, a hanging chair, and a large three-meter sun umbrella. From here you can enjoy beautiful views over the rooftops of Old Town and, depending on the season and the surrounding trees, even glimpses of the famous Grossmünster church. It is the perfect place to relax, dine outdoors, read a book, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere above the city.

•Private parking is available in a nearby garage, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. No reservation is required.

• Sofa beds: For bookings with 5–8 guests, the sofa beds in the living room and/or master bedroom will automatically be prepared as double beds. For smaller groups, they can of course be prepared upon request.

• Families with babies: You are very welcome! Up to two baby cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Please let us know before arrival so we can prepare everything for you.

• Private laundry: Guests have access to a private washing machine and dryer located in the laundry room directly below the apartment, exclusively for their use during the stay.
