All waste must be disposed of using the garbage bags provided. Recycling of glass and cans is appreciated. Excessively dirty apartments may incur additional cleaning fees.

>> No Parties or Events:
Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

>> Furniture:
Please do not move or rearrange furniture or large items inside the apartment.

>> Security:
Always close and lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

>> Compliance with Local Laws:
Please observe all applicable local laws and regulations.

>> Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
