Our stylish apartment accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 rooms, each thoughtfully furnished with attention to every detail. The cozy master bedroom features a large king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second room has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The living room offers a sofa bed (a sofa with a double bed inside) for your comfort, whether you're traveling with family or friends.

For those needing to work during their stay, there’s a dedicated workspace equipped for productivity, making it ideal for business travelers.

One of the apartment’s standout features is the private, large terrace, where you can unwind, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. It’s the perfect outdoor retreat to relax and soak up the atmosphere of Zurich.

For your entertainment, a large Smart TV is available for you to enjoy during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite meals. It’s stocked with everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of original capsules for the perfect start to your day. A stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Soda Maker are also at your disposal.

In the bathroom, you’ll find high-quality Soeder products, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide complimentary bedding, towels, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board to make your stay even more comfortable.

Our apartment sits in one of Zurich’s most vibrant and sought-after districts: the Zurich Old Town (Altstadt) and the University Quarter. This lively, historic neighborhood offers the perfect mix of local charm, culture, and modern-day conveniences. Whether you're here for sightseeing, shopping, or dining, you’ll find everything within walking distance or just a short tram ride away.

Stroll down to nearby Lake Zurich for a relaxing walk along the water, or immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the Bahnhofstrasse, Zurich’s famous shopping street. The neighborhood is also home to plenty of cozy cafés, trendy restaurants, and lively bars. With its perfect combination of quiet, residential streets and close proximity to the city center, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds.

The area is also well connected by public transport, with the Zurich Main Station just a short walk away and tram stops right around the corner. From here, you can easily explore the rest of the city or even take a tram directly to Zurich Airport in just 30 minutes.

Guest access
The entire apartment, including a free private parking spot directly next to the building entrance, is exclusively available for our guests to enjoy complete privacy during their stay.

Get ready to experience one of Zurich's finest boutique apartments. When you stay here, you’ll enjoy a level of service, cleanliness, and comfort that goes beyond expectations — every detail is designed with your ultimate satisfaction in mind.
For added flexibility, the living room sofa is automatically prepared as a double bed for the 5th and 6th guest, and can also be arranged upon request for smaller groups. A washer and dryer are available inside the apartment for your convenience. Families with babies are warmly welcome — a crib and high chair can be prepared upon request. This is my commitment to you as our valued guest: a stay that promises excellence in every way.

Transit
Our apartment is ideally located to explore Zurich with ease, and getting around the city is quick and convenient thanks to excellent public transport connections right on your doorstep.

Zurich Main Station (HB): Just a 5-minute walk away, Zurich’s central hub for trams, trains, and buses. From here, you can easily access all parts of the city, and it’s the perfect starting point for exploring Zurich or taking day trips to nearby attractions.

Trams & Buses: Multiple tram and bus stops are within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Trams run frequently, and you can quickly reach key areas such as the Bahnhofstrasse for shopping, Lake Zurich for leisure, or Zurich West for trendy dining and entertainment. The Tram to Zurich Airport (Tram line 10) stops 50 meters away, making it easy to reach the airport in about 30 minutes.

Bike Rentals: Zurich is a bike-friendly city! You’ll find Züri rollt bikes (free bikes for short rides) and Lime e-scooters nearby for a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the city.

Taxi & Ride-Sharing: Taxis are readily available in the area, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft operate throughout Zurich, allowing for easy door-to-door transport.
