Diese 3-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Phoenix V-Gebäudes in Orange Beach, Alabama. Keine Eincheckprozedur, um sich mit oder in Schlangen zu befassen. Wenn Sie ankommen, gehen Sie direkt in Ihre Wohnung und ziehen Sie Ihren Badeanzug an - dann Hit the Beach!

Der private Balkon dieser Wohnung befindet sich auf der 2. Ebene mit Blick auf den Strand, so dass Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko haben. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was Sie zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten benötigen. In der Küche stehen vier Hocker vor der Frühstückstheke. Alle neuen Geräte aus rostfreiem Stahl und Granit. Ein Tisch mit Glasplatte bietet Platz für sechs Personen, und ein Tisch mit vier Stühlen auf der Terrasse erleichtert das Essen im Freien. Ihre Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche, einen Flachbildfernseher, Zugang zur Terrasse, einen Sessel und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Waschtisch und kombinierter Badewanne und Dusche mit speziellem Duschkopf. Das erste Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Paar Queensize-Betten sowie einen Flachbildfernseher über einer Kommode. Im anderen Gästezimmer befindet sich ein Kingsize-Bett, das auch über einen Flachbildfernseher verfügt. Badezimmer Nummer zwei hat ein Waschbecken, Waschtisch und eine Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche.

It was very nice. The guest rooms were small compared to the pictures but were fine! The bathrooms were small but everything worked as needed. The place was very nice, very clean. The only complaint I had was the garbage disposal smelled like dead fish 😭

Spring Break 23

With three young children, the indoor heated pool was a lifesaver on those cold, cloudy spring break days. On the warm days, we enjoyed the splash pad and the beautiful outdoor pool. The beach was only steps away and we built many many sandcastles. Everyone is asking when we’re going to go again.

Perfect for my grandkids!

Great unit on first floor. Forget about the elevator! Kids loved the splash pad/ water park. Great view of the beach. Will do this again!

It was my fault for looking at too many Phoenix condos, but this facility had access to 1 outside pool and 1 outside "kids" play area. Really left the only pool overloaded constantly. But overall, another great vacation

Small but great view

Overall our stay was great . The condo could have been cleaner - food ( chocolate pudding ) was on side and arm of chair . I had to scrub it off . The bathroom are very small and no stopper for bath in bedroom the bathroom in hall had a stopper it just didn’t seal . The shower head is very short - my husband is 6 ft and had to stoop down to get rinsed off . The view from balcony was worth the negatives . It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the pool was closed for 2 days for maintenance . The indoor pool is COLD . The splash pad was a big plus , our grandchildren loved it .

Beautiful condo with great views

Loved everything. Only issue was that neither hairdryer works in either bathroom and the tub in the main bath was very slow to drain which made it hard for several people to shower in a row. Otherwise, it was all really nice.

Totally Family Friendly!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took 3 kids under the age of 5 to the beach for the first time! My children loved it! It was a spacious, clean condo that gave us and our five other guests plenty of space! I will definitely stay there again! Plus Walmart is right across the street!

Amenities were out of service for the entire stay

Indoor/Outdoor pool heaters were broken. The hot tub heaters were broken. The weather kept us inside, so we had to watch tv. All doors to the indoor pool area were broken as well. The one door to the outdoor area from the pool area was broken, but had no sign. I cut my hand on this door. We used this facility last year and loved it. I don't want to come back. The main desk & amenities desk were unaware of these things. I'm upset that I spent my savings on this stay.

Great family vacation

The unit was very clean, and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. All the appliances except the stove( which could be updated,but worked) were like new and very nice. Our children loved the pools and especially the splash pad. I would definetly recommend this unit, we had 4 adults and 4 children in this unit total and never once felt crowded. I cant wait to come back here again!

Gods for most part but second time we have stayed in condo with broken doors or furniture

For the most part we love the Phoenix properties. However this is the second condo in a year that we have booked a condo and a sliding door has been broken prior to us staying and furniture as well. We did contact the rental companies and they were very pleasant but it’s concerning because we aren’t notified of this prior and would hate to get blamed for things we didn’t do

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely beach, perfect weather Condo does NOT provide any extras! Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one bar of soap per bathroom, one package of dishwasher soap, etc. NO games, beach toys, beach towels- NADA. We flew into Pensacola, therefore we did not bring all the essentials necessary for pleasant stay. Location of condo is fabulous, however.

The building itself was old looking. Dirty floors and walls. Fitness center was gross. Broken equipment. My condo was ok. Needs some updating. One bed kept sinking in and the other kept falling off the frame. Could definitely use a make over. Newer kitchen table and chairs, island chairs were wobbly and tiny. Next time I'll pick a different place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good news, it did have a great balcony view, it was clean,and the private parking spot was nice. The splash pad is great for little kids. The gym equipment was working. It is convenient to the beach. Our dryer broke and they had it fixed that day. The not so good news, for less money I have stayed at nicer, bigger places with more amenities such as Turquoise Palace. We rent a home in the Keys every summer and there are always more well stocked, kitchen, cleaning, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. Nothing here. The master bathroom is just standard and everyone over 5 foot had to shower the entire time. We were in 2 vehicles and most all the other people we met staying there got 2 vehicle passes, we had to pay over $20 for one. No iron or ironing board. Small wall hairdryers worse than a hotel. Vacuum cleaner does not work. There is broom but no pan, No mop. So we had to buy our own cleaning supplies - that is a 1st. the balcony for the master room looks out at the parking lot and there is no furniture out there so it is not a selling feature. One burner on the stove does not work. Two of the wicker chairs in the living room are uncomfortable and really just for show no one liked sitting in them. Other places have had a gas grill on the balcony so you could cook. Here there are only 3 pits downstairs which stayed busy so we had to buy our own.

Needs a lot of love

This unit was filthy when we arrived. We had to vacuum and mop before we could let the babies down. The silverware had food crusted on it and had to be wash before we could use. The washing machine was broke so we had to go to to laundromat. We took minimal clothes because we thought we could wash. Several malfunctions of electronic entrance lock made coming and going a challenge. The last night we had to leave one person back each time we left to open doors for us to get back in. We could call Beach Rez each time for new code but should not have had to do that. This condo is in a great location and is furnished perfect with lots of appliances and dishes. The condo is in a great complex, Phoenix V, as they keep everything on the outside spotless. The staff at the Phoenix V was courteous and helpful, but they had nothing to do with the inside of this unit. The pools and splash pad were crystal clean and the 2 year old loved both of them. Sorry for this review but with two babies it was definitely a challenge.

Dirty and stinky

The unit was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. On our second day the unit above us had a water leak which came through ceiling into our bedroom during the night. It wet our belongings and the carpet which was already dirty and stained. We had to use our ice chest to catch the water. Maintenance came when called and said the were fixing leak in unit above us. We were left to clean everything and with wet,! stinky carpet for remainder of our trip. Called management three times to rectify the situation and were told each time that they could not get in touch with the owners to help with the matter. Very dissatisfied
