We’re glad to hear that you found the room nice and clean and the bed comfortable, but we sincerely apologize for the disturbances caused by the wind during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have difficulty sleeping due to the amplified wind noise and whistling around the sliding doors. We also appreciate you bringing the concerns about the door seals and difficulty opening the doors to our attention. We will share these comments with our maintenance team so the seals and doors can be inspected and the issues properly addressed. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Greg, we thank you for the informative feedback you have, this is really a serious matter and we wanted to inform you that these issues you've mentioned are already upgraded especially the internet and the appliances, we are working very hard just to resolved everything of what future guest needs.
