Wir freuen uns, unser Haus mit Ihnen zu teilen. Wir haben dieses 3 Schlafzimmer 3. 5 Badezimmer Berg Retreat im Jahr 2014 gekauft. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und TV für maximale Privatsphäre und Flexibilität während Ihres Aufenthalts. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer; eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett, das andere mit einem Queensize-Bett. Die untere Ebene verfügt über Etagenbetten mit einem Doppel-oder Doppel-Etagenbett sowie ein Doppel / Doppel-Etagenbett. Die Hauptebene verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Gas-Kamin, ein Badezimmer, einen großen Esstisch, Flachbild-TV, DVD-Player und zwei Außendecks, eines mit einem neuen großen Jacuzzi (2017).

Wir möchten, dass Ihr Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm ist. Wir bieten kostenloses Wi-Fi, kostenlosen Zugang zu Netflix auf den Fernsehern, 200 Kabel-TV-Kanäle, eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, Skiaufbewahrung, Spiele und Möglichkeiten, viele Erinnerungen zu machen! Die Buslinie ist 75 Meter die Straße hinunter und es ist eine 8-minütige Busfahrt zum Peak 9 (der Bus bringt Sie auch zur Gondel, wenn Sie möchten). Im Sommer gibt es Wander- und Radwege direkt vor der Haustür und die Main Street ist weniger als 10 Minuten bergab entlang des Flusses. Making Memories w/ our college kids!

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. We skied Breck and Keystone. We hit a lot of good local restaurants and enjoyed the downtown bars and shopping. The hosts were very prompt when we had a question. Great place to stay we would stay there again!

Clean, accessible to bus stop, easy to find

We really enjoyed that each bedroom had their own bathroom. It made getting ready in The mornings quick and easy. The accessibility to the bus stop was great. We took the bus everyday. We also enjoyed the hot tub every evening.

Family ski trip

Check in & out was super simple. The owner was very easy to get ahold of with questions. The hot tub was perfect! They had a very well stocked kitchen & plenty of pillows & blankets to cuddle with. The garage was a nice amenity for ski gear. Price range was great. Very convenient to the Free bus!

Fabulous Breckenridge home

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this well-equipped house. Used the hot tub liberally, went skiing, snow-shoeing, went to the rec center, hiked Boreas Pass, and enjoyed the snow in the comfort of a lovely home. 3 generations, and lots for everyone to do. And the home is well-located, well-appointed, and Kevin was very attentive and responsive. A very gracious house, gracious host, and lovely place to station yourself in Summit County. We'd come back again.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. I think the highlight for everyone was the hot tub just off the living room. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. Location was great.

Thanksgiving family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving spent in Breckenridge. The property was clean and comfortable for 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we also enjoyed walking into town. The hot tub was an awesome way to enjoy the evenings. We would stay here again!!

Great location!

My teenage boys asked, "can we just move here" as soon as we walked in the house. The property has a very comfortable and familiar feel. You are very close to downtown Breckenridge, but the area is quiet with little traffic.

Perfect House

Casa Montana is a perfect house for 1 large or 2 small families. Kids loved the bunk room and big hot tub. Can't beat the convenience of the ski shuttle pickup just a few steps down the road. Will be looking to rent this house again next year.

Great Place and Great Location

A group of six adults stayed here over new years and the place was perfect. It was great for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen worked out perfectly for cooking breakfast before hitting the slopes in the morning. The place is only a couple hundred feet away from Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop, so it was super convenient to take the short bus ride into town. The only problem was we had to leave to go back home :(

Great place and location

The house was perfect! Bus route practically in front of house. Lots of trails and was able to walk to town. Breckinridge is beautiful and tons to do. Our last day a Mother and baby moose visited right in the back yard! What a sight to see! A++

Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

Kevin answered all of the questions that came to mind from the time we booked until after we checked in. Thank you! The private hot tub on the deck was wonderful, clean and HOT! We loved it! Catching the shuttle was great except leaving the base at the end of the ski day. We realize we were there during the busiest week of the season, so we adapted! Had everything we needed. Given the opportunity, we’ll be back for another stay!

Ski trip

The property was nice and conveniently located to the shuttle, which takes you around Breckinridge. The property was nicely equipped to satisfy all your needs. One thing for the manager to review would be the stove which had a missing handle, which the gas was on the stove when we arrived (the entire place smelled of gas). Also look at the dryer, understanding that the dryer is a plus, but the dryer didn’t dry properly. Overall a good place to stay. And would recommend this to friends

Great Ski Trip Spring Break Getaway!

We stayed in March for our spring break skiing trip! The condo was great and had essentials including a spacious hot tub, stocked pantry items, and a GREAT location to the shuttle! It was a great place to hang out as well as had plenty of sleeping locations! I would definitely recommend brining a humidifier (they had 1) as it got dry during the winter! We had 3 couples and the bunk bed was spacious enough for 1 adult couple to sleep on. Everything was great! Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful!

A perfect week in the mountains!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! The location is easy access to main street on the shuttle that has a stop very close to the house. It's a great home with a downstairs bedroom that can sleep 5. 3 teenage girls stayed in that room and enjoyed having their own little retreat. The hot tub was a hit each night after long bike rides and hikes. The owners were super responsive to all questions and timely in those responses. We'd definitely return. Breckenridge is a great destination with so many fun summer adventures. Thank you!!

First time in snow-this is the place.

I’ve never gone anywhere out of the South. Casa Montana was a beautiful and quiet place. It felt just like home. Kevin literally provides all the necessary starter amenities you’ll need. Do not go to the grocery store until you check out the pantry first. The heated floors were so nice. I would stay at this place over and over again. Literally 5 minutes from town with a cute little market. 20 minutes from a Walmart. Hot tub was perfect. Everything was A++++++. Thank you again!

Incredible house in great location!

This property was wonderful! My group of 9 fit comfortably in the house. The hot tub was the greatest perk, along with the very close proximity to the shuttles. The garage was great for storing our boards and skis. The entrance to the house provides room to hang up all your gear. There were tons of extra sheets and towels in the house. Everything in the kitchen worked good. The only thing that could be added is Tupperware to store leftovers. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable and there was tons of extra blankets and towels. Great washer and drier! I absolutely recommend this property!

Functional space…but needs a little TLC.

We had a great time in Breck and our stay at the property was good. The layout and hot tub were great, but the property needs some TLC. The windows old and didn’t work well at all; the handle was completely broken on one and that window was partially open when we arrived. The carpet was a bit sad looking, but seemed clean enough. A few little annoying things like a broken toilet paper holder, slow draining tub, the window handle/crank and really cheap window blinds. A few minor updates and fixes and the place would be great.

Fantastic house and even better experience!

Absolutely fantastic all around. We were 3 couples who stayed 4 nights for a ski trip. I will usually book 3 ski trips a year between Breckenridge and Park City, so I am very familiar with what is out there when it comes to booking vacation rentals. This house was in a perfect location for us. A few steps away from the shuttle that takes you into town and to the ski lift, or a super quick and cheap Uber ride from Main Street if you are feeling lazy after enjoying Breck's nightlife (Uber to and from the house was extremely easy). The house itself is better than the pictures. Plenty of space and each of the 3 bedrooms had its own en suite bathroom which was perfect. The hot tub right off the living room was fantastic, it is new and works perfectly. The house was stocked with everything you would expect, lots (I mean LOTS) of towels, kitchen supplies, games and etc. Tv's in every room with a bunch of channels which worked out perfectly since the NCAA tournaments were on. On top of all this, Kevin was EXTREMELY responsive and very accommodating. We exchanged numerous emails along the way, and my group was very happy that all their questions were answered quickly. I even received Breckenridge town update emails forwarded along by Kevin. Thank you very much for having us, and we will certainly be back next year!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here - loved having bathrooms with each bedroom, and great showers. The house is well maintained, but as one reviewer said, the king bed in the upstairs bedroom looked like the frame needed to be repaired and it did have the paint buckets holding up one side. Perhaps a sturdier bed frame might work there. Also, one of the chairs in the dining room had a wonky leg, and one of the bar stools was also missing a leg. I attribute these to wear and tear, and can be easily repaired. The kitchen was GREAT and well stocked with everything you need. Loved the satellite TV and stereo system. WiFi was speedy and convenient. Nice linens on the beds and soft, fluffy towels. Plus towels specifically for the hot tub. Never ran out of hot water with six of us taking showers. The hot tub was a treat (that deck IS very small, but functional). The sofa bed was good sized and comfy. We used the laundry downstairs (both HE units, good sized) and the grill for cooking out one night. The home is a duplex, but we never heard or saw the neighbors next door. The location is perfect - really close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were good to work with. They left great recommendations for things to do/places to eat, which helped a lot. Thanks for a fun stay in Breck!

I have a beautiful wife and three beautiful kids who all love to ski. I retired from a career of U.S. Government service in 2014 and started my own consulting business, XK GROUP. Living in Washington, DC, we get out to Colorado as often as we can, but it makes sense to us to share our home with others rather than to leave it vacant for most of the year.

Our house is in the perfect location. It's in Breckenridge, but not right downtown. It is a short, 75 yard walk to the bus stop and the free bus takes you anywhere in town you want to go. You can also walk downtown, if you want. During the summer, you can walk or bike to town in less than 10 minutes to enjoy the festivals and restaurants the town has to offer. In the Winter, we pull our ski boots on, throw our skis over our shoulders, and clomp downhill 75 yards to the free bus stop. Five to ten minutes later, we are clicking into our bindings and are on the slopes at Peak 9. The neighborhood around the house is private and very quiet. The river and Four Ponds are just down the street and Maggie Pond is a four minute bus ride away. Our family loves being this close to the ski slopes and town, but also being where we can enjoy the privacy of a nice little neighborhood

We bought this house in 2014 and made some renovations. We have tried to provide all the comforts we have at home so that our vacation is really a vacation! The big living area, with two couches, a fireplace, the kitchen island, the dining room table, and the hot tub off the deck make for a great atmosphere to hang out together on vacation. Then, when folks head back to their bedrooms for a bit of privacy, each has their own bathroom and television. The location is perfect... Not quite downtown with all the noise and issues, but close enough that you can walk downtown, or jump on the free bus, and be there in minutes.
