Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Pool von Village Walk Phase 1 jetzt beheizt ist!
Kommen Sie und spielen Sie in unserem Blue Hawaiian Beach House! Sobald Sie dieses Haus betreten, werden Sie sich wie im Urlaub fühlen. Helle, lustige Farben und viel natürliches Licht werden Sie willkommen heißen. Der Grundriss wurde entworfen, um Ihnen großartige Räume zum Genießen Ihrer Zeit zu bieten. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche ist der perfekte Treffpunkt für Familienessen und sogar Filmabende mit einem schönen Flachbildfernseher. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 12 Personen für große Familien. Die Master-Suite befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und die zweite Etage mit einer zweiten Master-Suite. Alle vier Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und einen Fernseher. Der zweite Meister hat einen König zusammen mit einem privaten Bad, einem Minikühlschrank, einem Weinkühler und einer Kaffeekanne. Diese Suite kann vom Rest des Hauses abgeschlossen werden. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat eine Reihe von Etagenbetten mit einem vollen auf der Unterseite und einem Zwilling auf der Oberseite. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat eine Königin und zusätzlichen Raum für ein Pack n Play, wenn nötig. Das Haus bietet viele Extras wie eine Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause sind hier, 5 Fernseher, DVD-Player, Grill und das Haus ist auch tierfreundlich! Für eine virtuelle Tour klicken Sie hier STR # 381475
Planen Sie vor der Reise nach Port Aransas / Village Walk die korrekte Anzahl der von Ihnen gefahrenen Fahrzeuge gemäß den folgenden Regeln:

1) Der Blue Hawaiian VW97 bietet 3 gepflasterte Parkplätze, 2 in der Einfahrt und einen in der Garage, für 3 mittelgroße Fahrzeuge. Wenn Sie einen Golfwagen mieten, steht Ihnen ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
 
2) Parkanhänger werden von Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals zur Verfügung gestellt.
 
3) Alle Fahrzeuge müssen in der Einfahrt des VW 97 abgestellt sein. Kein Parken an der Straße, kein Parken in den roten Zonen und kein Parken in anderen Village Walk-Auffahrten
 
4) Im Village Walk sind keine Boote, Anhänger, Busse oder Wohnmobile gestattet
 
5) Das Abschleppen wird strikt durchgesetzt

Family beach trip

Stayed at the beautiful Blue Hawaiian for 7 days 4 adults, 3 children and a dog The house is beautiful and spacious, plenty of room for everyone The kitchen was functional with plenty of pots and pans Regular drip coffee maker and Keurig Washer and dryer downstairs and up We hosted family dinners there multiple nights with plenty of room Side notes that have been in previous reviews Beds are very low to the ground Mattresses are firm/hard Family room couches are also very low and firm Pantry staples are nonexistent so if you cook you’ll need to bring every thing Same with the paper products The upstairs is like a mother in law suite with a small kitchenette Bunk room for the kids upstairs and a wonderful covered porch Each bedroom has its own bathroom with is awesome We love the Village walk, have stayed there for years, this has been our favorite place Our only negative experience was a rowdy college crowd next door that was partying all night

We were so pleased upon entering at how clean the rental was. That isn’t always the case at a beach property by it was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning force. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a nice meal , the beds were comfortable and the property itself was nicely maintained. There are even two sets of washers and dryers !t was close proximity to the pool and had plenty of parking. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Pet friendly. Could not have asked for more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and perfect for our needs. The Village Walk was gated and had great access to the beach. We had two issues during our stay. We found blood stains on one set of sheets which tainted our view of the beautiful house. The sheets were hospital grade, beware of that. The second issue was many of the dishes and silverware we tried to use were dirty with food caked on them, right out of the cabinet and silverware drawer. We did complain and they sent someone with another set of hospital sheets, but we just rewashed all the dishes. We did find a few roaches but not an infestation. Overall the property was nice and with these fixes would have been perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at the Blue Hawaiian over sand fest. The house is so spacious! We had 6 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of beds for everyone and a table big enough for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and has anything you could need. The rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. They could use a few more pillows- kings only had 2. My only real complaint is the floors. By the end of the first night (pre beach) my feet were black. This could be a port a thing as everywhere we have stayed has had the same issue. This issue is small enough that this will be back to stay again! Oh and the pool is heated to the point you could just walk right in.
