Wonderful House in Seaside

Mom Dad Gma Gpa Uncle and two kids stayed 4 nights for sons bball tourney and family time. Comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes and spices. Quiet location with short walk to the beach and prom.

Wonderful home close to promenade

This house was nice and clean, comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed our time at the house so much! It was a block from the promenade and walkable to town! The host was communicative and helpful! We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We were very happy with the whole process of reserving and the communications with the property owner/management. The property was in an awesome location and very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. We had no issues with the wifi or technology. We were about a 1-2 minute walk to the beach (if that) and could see the ocean from the 2nd floor. Property was spacious and slept 8 of us comfortably. There is room for more but it was perfect for us. We fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Spring Break Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. 1/2 block to the promenade and easy beach access. Short walk via the promenade to Broadway Street and all the downtown restaurants and activities. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect Place to Stay!

This home was perfect for our beach stay. I appreciated the home’s decor, it’s just so cozy and doesn’t feel like a plain, sparse rental. Its location is fantastic- the beach is right out the door to your right, along the prom. It’s a short 10 min walk along the prom to the roundabout-main st. The home was equipped with everything. The fenced side yard was great to let our little dog out onto. We definitely would rent this home again! The pictures truly don’t do it justice.

Great location

We rented this house for our annual family get together. It worked out perfect for us. Very easy access to the beach via a short gravel alley and grassy path. The location is very walkable to the center of town, but far enough away to quiet and peaceful. With 4 bedroom and 2 baths and an outside picnic table and small fence yard our group of 10 was very comfortable. WE would happily stay there again.

Surprise delight

First the pictures do not do this home justice. It was so much nicer than the pistures show. Second the location was wonderful. It was so close to the Prom. We could walk to Broadway which was so convenient and there were several short trails to the beach. I hope this home is available every time I want to stay at the beach!

Amazing home

We had to reschedule from June due to Covid. Owner bent over backwards to accommodate new dates. Best customer service I’ve had in years. Immediately felt at home, gorgeous property and an amazing location. Everything was perfect. A short walk to a gorgeous beach. Shopping and restaurants were minutes away. We will be back

Right near the beach

Traveling with my 88 year old Mom and 2 sisters on an Oregon coast trip, we spent 3 beautiful days in this house. We were able to walk to the beach easily and it's a short walk to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. Home has been updated and has nice accommodations. Can't beat it for space. Only downside is packing large suitcases upstairs. There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 4 upstairs.

Labor Day weekend at Seaside

Good house for our family. The size was just right, and the location was great. We walked the boardwalk and the beach several times. The house was clean and parking was good. I’d suggest replacing the upstairs master mattress as it’s quite lumpy even with the memory foam topper. We didn’t receive any check out instructions so we did what we would expect from a renter. Overall a good rental and we would stay again!

Close to beach and promenade walking

The house was nice but there was no mat for the tub so it was slippery. Furniture was uncomfortable in the living room. Some of the remotes for the TVs did not work. the tub did not drain well in the upstairs bathroom.

Nice house close to the Prom!

The house was very nice and comfy. It was clean. It has a fantastic kitchen if you want to cook. Best kitchen and dishes of any house I've ever stayed in at Seaside. It has a private master for anyone who wants privacy. There are 4 nice bedrooms upstairs. Overall, it is a very comfortable house less than half a block, literally one house then the house to the prom. The south end of the prom is my favorite end. It is near all the great houses, nice and safe walking away from the hotels, and crowds etc. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom and hear the waves, although you kind of have to look past two houses in the middle of construction. There is a nice view it is just there are two houses in front being worked on, and the ocean is just past them. I did not mind, but there is quite a bit of noise early in the mornings. If you are a late sleeper and noise bothers you, this is a consideration. Overall, I liked being less than half a block from the south end of the prom, and easy walk to downtown. I'd stay here again! The downstairs bathroom does have a musty smell (extremely common at Seaside), but aired out when leaving the window open a bit. The rest of the house was just great. I prefer the beach access on the south end of the prom, as it is a bit more accessible, closer nicer walk than the north end. This house has great access to the beach, very close and easy.

Cousins' Thanksgiving

We had a delightful holiday. The house is well laid-out and it's an easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nicely remodeled. The living room had plenty of seating. The kitchen was well-appointed, though some of the skillets need replacing and there's no large pot for cooking pasta (fortunately we'd brought our own).

Favorite Beach House

Our stay was wonderful, this home is great. There were 5 adults, we each had our own room to stay in and the living room is spacious but cozy. Would recommend every time!
