Haus am Wasser am Spokane River in Spokane (Ostseite von Spokane), 12 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Spokane und etwa 20 Minuten von CDA entfernt.

Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Bäder (oder 3 Schlafzimmer / 2. 5 Bäder) und 2 komplette Küchen. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind alle Queens und beide unteren Schlafzimmer sind Kings (eines hat auch ein Zustellbett in dem sehr großen Raum). Kommt mit eigenem Dock. Unglaubliche Aussicht auf das Wasser, Holzböden, 2 Kamine, riesige Terrasse, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Grill, komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen.

Das Haus kann auch in eine obere und eine untere Wohneinheit unterteilt werden, wenn Sie nicht die gesamte Immobilie benötigen (und dies zu geringeren Kosten) Bad. Beide Einheiten verfügen über eine eigene voll ausgestattete Küche.

E-Mail für die Preisgestaltung für die obere oder untere Einheit separat zu mieten. Während der Sommermonate "Hochsaison" können wir das Anwesen nicht trennen und ein Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Nächten ist erforderlich.

Beautiful location. Fun property.

The location was perfect as a stay while we attended a wedding. Jeff told us ahead of time that there were some landscaping changes being made, and the Pickleball court he is adding will be a really fun addition. We all enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard. All around enjoyable.

Spokane Valley Riverhouse

This house allowed us to create some wonderful family memories. The beautiful view, pool table, shuffleboard and open floor plan. Everything was available for everyday living. It is close to grocery stores in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Jeff was very hospitable to our family. We all loved it.

Relaxing stay

Sweet spot on the river

Lovely location

Our group of four stayed only for one night while we were traveling, but it was an enjoyable visit! The location on the water was so peaceful, and our accommodations were just right. Jeff, our host, met us to go over a few items and was extremely gracious and accessible. If we find ourselves going to the Spokane area again, we will certainly be looking this place up again!

Great house and host

5 great bedrooms, pool table, shuffle board and kayaks. Water is very cold but kayaking was fun. Jeff was a great host and immediately available if any questions or issues..would stay again.

The location is amazing. Right on the river with a dock. Lovely. The listing states it is the “entire house” but it was only the bottom floor. Not a huge issue but still…Overall a nice location and was a great place for our family.

Great having you Tim. There are only 2 options they allow: "entire house" or Shared Space" and it's not a shared space obviously. It also says very clearly it's the lower level of the owners 2nd home who isn't around very often so it's disappointing that you'd give it less than a 5 star review for that, again, when it states it clearly before someone books. But again, great having you, and glad you enjoyed your stay.

Hello, I'm a person who has traveled extensively so I've learned what I like and don't like in a property and have set this home up with everything I think a person would appreciate. Always open to suggestions though that would make a guest stay more enjoyable. As it states above, this is my 2nd home and I'm seldom there but your entire large floor is quiet and private regardless.

This property is the perfect setting in the perfect location. Right on the river which provides tons of activities as well as the peaceful and fantastic views it provides. Further, It's literally minutes to downtown and yet only about 20-25 minutes to beautiful Coeur d'Alene. About 5 minutes from the property is Arbor Crest Winery which has countless outdoor venues throughout the seasons.

Views, location, pricing, I feel one would be hard pressed to find a better value than this home.
We have two 1 person kayak's, one 2 person kayak, and 2 paddle boards available for rent at the property at far less cost than the local rental companies.
